Does any commission have any road concerns at this time? I do not. I'm good. I do not. Okay, I do not. Commission have any broken concerns at this time? I'm good. Okay, I do not. In public. His farm also is indicate that one is a lobby. He says no. All right. Lucky Miss Chris. At this time, we do have not received any the I'm here tonight to request approval of a budget amendment. Color of the essential single-handedly rehabilitation life will be passed recovery 2017 funds. The North Thai Health and Finance A to C on several programs, which is that ESRLPDR program. Duke and County REOC actors funding through the program. We were originally allocated $150,000 to $3,000 units. We had them thought additional units. That could be assisted. So we get access a one-fold to assist the additional units. So current order today, we have received a free roll-prime housing finance agency for $321,465.2.7 years in the program. So we need a budget and then it should create the receipt of the additional funds in the program. So much. Second. I've got a motion in second to approve the budget amendment for the addition of $17,000, $64,000, $65,000 and funding from the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, Central Single Family Rehabilitation Lone Poo. Is that the recovery 2017 balance? And this discussion. Those are the folks there. Aye. Those against NA. All right, thank you, ma'am. All right, I got a question for you. Um, are you going to be around tomorrow? Okay, I need to talk to you about. You're spicy chest and our finance officer will be appearing on my after-miss cheap deputy health. All right, well, come on. Miss just good evening. Good evening, ma'am. Mr. Chairman, they were the board. I would like to request that you designate Montgomery technology systems as a self-sort vendor for the request of the different county county jail control system. This is a system that controls the locks on the current containment system. The issue we're having with securing more than one flight for our vendors is the fact that the jail inspector has indicated that we need to have a vendor that is bonded and licensed to do this type of work in the state of North Carolina. Place this vendor is in Georgia. We do have the option of another vendor in Minnesota, but they are not licensed in the state of North Carolina. So that could cause a potential liability issue in the future if we have someone come in that's not followed by the need to work. So that's why I'm asking you to make an exception to the general statute's related purchasing and allow us to use this one vendor for the purpose of this contract of our control system in the jail. Maybe I need questions about the current issues we're having. I have Captain Hainchee with the other one, kind of jail. We are going to answer any questions because I'm not an expert on that. Okay, do I have a motion? Can I get them a motion? Sure, maybe. Second. Okay. I've got a motion in second to designate Montgomery technology systems as the sole source vendor for the replacement of the Duke and County Joe control system in the discussion. Great. It was last This last Got a question. Oh, I was gonna ask you know if this system it controls the whole gel or part of it It controls the lock-in system and're having issues now, and I can't give you the specifics, but basically the lock, the tumbler and the lock is more nailed. And we have to replace the system that controls that and those tumblers and the locks. Okay, you don't have to know when that old system was put in in the Control system was probably doing System we currently have was designed by Jim out there. It was now the seat on the O computer program. Since I took over to jail 30 years ago, Tom and Mr. Franklin, it's now over to Wheel of the system. Yes, the electric shock control and our control ring, one of those always there. That the total locks throughout the jail and control blue. Even coming into the jail. Some of the doors that we have come in in the jail are not controlled as well as they should be. Probably we've gotten this system, as now on this computer, it's good enough to hold another electronics board and two different locations in the jail that controlled the old port that was built in 35. And the other port that was added only in 1994, in 1995 actually. And discontrolled panel, when it goes down, we lose fire. The jail's up to start using keys to go to those locks, go open. When we lose power and lose the system and the time that was just uses, and we have an own verify, the accounting maintenance, and everything they could do is solid. We sent about the last four years that I've been involved with jail, and I'll try to find somebody that was very consistent. It wasn't too a few months ago or actually, they were found in that side company at Kangling Deadly Supporting. So the problem with the system, the fit drugs, and it's computer methods of, and the other controls that it looks to, that's, there's nobody replaced. You're safety security, you're officers, and that jail was gonna drop, at least say the property. And that's where it's wanted to share, and your safety security, your officers in that jail is going to drop the residing policy. And that's your one chair, and I have made it for our evening. Now we've got a company that was going to try to give us a conference. And you say once this was in the 7th and the other one in late 90s? This is, this old sister was put in about mid 90s. The whole part of jail was built in the 75th of the 40th of the jail was built in 95th. Okay. But the system itself was built probably in 90th or 90th of the 70th and 90th. Well short period time we had a different system and if we had that, when the jail was remodeled in 95th we had a different system. People went down, they installed this one since I've been in different areas of the night five, we had a different system. People went down, they installed this one since I've been in different areas of the jail. As a gentleman, we built this and able to put it all together to see his company shut down so it was small company. I don't have faith, you know, from all sort of other women. He passed away and we've been able to put them in, they know every time I hear it looks like something. We don't have to invite it. We really completely rebuild the system until we found this gun. So what the hole is going to be? A hole in the system under there? The hole in the gun system? Along with door locks and other control systems. I almost previously did it at the now. Along with some new features like our lobby doors and other stuff that can be controlled at that point. So that's going to be our annual site. But you know the question. Yeah. I'll just want to ask the question because sometimes if something is all and you put something new and then you still are involved. It's best to put all new specific for the Okay. Yeah. All right. Well, that's what we will get rid of your vote on right now. Have a motion on the floor. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Those against any. Emotion carried. Thank you sir. Thank you, ma'am. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. sir. I know the board. Fair before you deny it, you request a mission to accept a grant, I'll provide more talent in public safety. So $1,000 grant that is intended to support our local emergency planning committee to go to us to have a membership grant to encourage encouraging members to remain on the community and offer their opinions and questions to the general secretary. I would like to ask if you could please do that. Thank you. motion the second to accept the no-colonist emergency management tier two grant funds in the amount of $1,000 and authorize a necessary budget of them. You know the discussion? Those are the babies out. Close the game, Senator. Good motion, Perry. Thank you. All right, thank you. Need the closed session. Yes, sir. All right, you get the motion. I know the guy's open, it's right. Get a motion. I know you got both hands for a legal second. Good motion. Second. Go out of open and close those things out. I guess it may work here. We are a closed session at this time. Okay. You know, the way. I'm going to turn it over to the executive director. The resolution will be the order. I don't want to say goodbye to you but I'm going to get it. Yeah. I'm going to leave that motion to adopt a resolution of authorizing the dead trauma signatures of the Chinese election. Mr. Chairman Tim Wilson here asking that the board adopt a resolution authorizing electronic signatures and transactions with Gabby authorizing you and Mr. Brinson to sign electronically on contracts going forward and the admission to adopt the proposed resolution authorizing electronic signatures and transactions with authorizing legalization and acceptance of a electronic signature in the county transactions including the non-limited contracts and person. So, I'm going to say. All right, I've got a motion and say to adopt the resolution of the rise on electronic signatures and transactions, which are the rises of the utilization and acceptance of electronic signatures and county transactions, including not limited to contracts and purchase orders and discussion. Those are the papers I. All right. Those are against papers that I know it's against them. Okay motion carries. All right is there any other business for this board? Mr. Branson you have anything else sir? Nice to meet you, Mr. Chairman. I do not. Mr. Bressing, you have anything else, sir? No, sir, Mr. Chairman, I do not. OK, you have any reports or anything that you need to tell us about before we end. Remind the board of the 100th Veterans State for a celebration this Saturday in Warsaw.
