Well, it did take some time and resources to investigate and it wasn't individual and it all got a family. So I think we should be thinking about should that become problem back county? We should be pretty and perhaps consider having some policy in place. Do you agree with the question? Is that a policy that along local DSS but in place? I'm going to actually I'm uncertain of that because we preserve all six. There's for another day. You're going to follow the question, I'll pay for you right here. You need both live one. I'm going to follow the question. I'll pay for your writing. Any folks like one? Please do the next item. One again is public comments. We have public comments for today. No public comments. And there will be public comments. If they get to two doors there, they'll walk the orders. On that personnel report. But not the director. Yes. Good afternoon, everyone. I'm going to start there. So we have behind us some of our new personnel and we're going to start on the evening, but we're going to have the managers to go ahead and introduce the people from your departments. And you are also seeing the fruits of that pay attention behind you. Go ahead. All right. So I have Ms. A&E here with us today. She is in investigation. We were excited to have her here and then I have this carly behind us. She is an intern in adult services so we are excited to have her as well. So the rest are gone. We had eight start Monday. So we have Andrea, Sherry, Emily, Rebecca, Rachel, and Erica, Teresa, Jessica, and you've been here a while. You got Madeline. I'll let them just tell you a little bit about the sales, but I'll at least start it Monday. So, my life. What have you been here two weeks? Three weeks. Okay. Oh, yeah. That's fine. That is sorry, Kristen. I have a lot coming. I guess that's a technique. You can just tell where you work I live in Bethesda. I'm Andrea Bennett. I was with an Acro-Glu staff and I get to see prior to coming here. They showed our office down and said I was forced to look for another position. But I'm very happy to be here because I wanted to, this is where I've been trying to get to, so I'm happy to be here. And I'll be there in Medicaid pathway. I'm Sherry Iceman. I think of the pink one, I think of North Carolina. I was the office manager. I was ready for a change, so I had to take care. And so I applied, I actually went to the job fair, I've never been to a job fair before. And I got to meet K-1 and had a minute of you right there on the spot, so I was very pleased for how that went. And then I got a call. So, yeah. I'm Emily Howe, I'm the healthcare first But in family power, they help care first and our work at Universal Mental Health and our job for a lot of care and lots of services. Whenever COVID happened, they did a layout because we didn't have it, but they come with the risk of care. So I went back to school for business and actually was a barender. And ended up here with you guys, because that's what I wanted. And I'm in a dual bed again. I'm Rachel, actually, I actually came from a marital malcalc fusion. I worked there for nine years, so I got laid off in June. Upon here multiple times, what would cost my twin sister a back of work here, could never get in the door, but did you transition over to the text office? I was able to apply this somewhere I wouldn't do long time. So just a lot of things to do. About part of it. One of my dear friends, I just graduated from A, my third role with my associate's in human services. And I'm still online with Lezma Craig to be my bachelor's in human services. I'm going to make my Sathur rule with my associates and human services. And I'm still online with Lisa McCrae to be my best solution in this instance. I'm excited to get my experience here. I'm a Shreve Williams, I'm from Louisiana. I work at US at casino and finance. And then I moved here a year ago. I got away here on a car practice. And I'm here there. And I'm a wheelchair-like heart-cracking and I've done here and there in my five years. I'm an image Jessica Levin's. I come from Rumbling Ballwell in my four other resort there, the front desk the last two years. I was just looking for a change and started applying in June, so I'm so excited to be here. My name is Madeline Svita. I bought property here in Rutherford County, moved from Wacom County, very happy to be here. And just had a temporary job when I first moved here, that I ended up getting too comfortable in and find the customer's shelter to move on. So very happy to be here too. My name's Kristen White. I came from all over in Cleveland County I'm very happy to be here too. My name's Kristen White. I came from Olive in Cleveland County and my previous job was Ivy. We had physical therapy and I was a patient coordinator there. I'm happy to be here and I'm going to see what the day's going on. Very good. I'm going to talk to an investigation here at the SS. I came here from San Francisco about a year ago and I just love North Carolina. I'm happy to be in the state and I'm happy to be in the state and happy to be at the SS. I'm currently on the end chair of the middle services and I'm a student at Lawsham State. Welcome all of you. Thank you. I'll have to say that we do the board work here. I actually do the board work. And especially with the Medicaid space, and we have had many, many changes in this community to the all-time coming for the citizens who've been missing out spot. Of course, I don't pretend that I know, but I don't know all the acronym. So you guys have come in here to say, if we give him no thinking, which you did and the fourth part of that is, you know, state, you are audits. Make sure that we're doing what's right, so don't be involved everybody. Because we all want it good to the people that take this form. The reason the state provided to us is the definitely. And I'm saying that is what you do is important and it's going to make difference with the Medicaid expansion and it's what's made the day or it's a day before. But now, coming forward, we're your board. You're welcome to come. You reach out to us. So you're great with your records as well anytime. But you know, the goal right now here is to serve a community. And you guys, thank you for which you're doing. How much you're getting ready to do it. And I enjoyed hearing about your background. You bring a lot of talent or expertise to the agency. And no doubt that we're going to have a great Medicaid expansion team and adult service work. I'm glad to have you all here. I want you to ask an assured that you know all of our board when you have one missing in the chair that you mentioned earlier, because Barbara Thompson, but also on the end, you can't see his name right now, now is David from the board members as well. They actually support the board members. We need every month that we talk about every day. That would reach out to the members you have something that you need to reach out to. It can come to me as well, but it's definitely a way to reach out to the board. And of course, our attorney is originally here, and then I think you know everybody else. Any questions from anybody? Hello, Joseph. Jordan. I just ran a couple of days. Well, thank you. I think we do appreciate the work that you do. Really, Dylan, thank you for coming. We're looking to spend more time with you as we move along. Now, we will continue on with our agenda and welcome to study. But now, if you want to go back to work, that's up to you. What's your pleasure? Well, we're going to have a great time. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. five that's eight or eight shows how many more we I feel all of the trail news. But it's so does the entronomy dominoes they got free that was posted today. So it's going to be quite a way to going quite a little bit. We've got some albums. We've got some albums. And I think that's the end of the story. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, we do. That was one of the things I think very, very life was a very innovative strategy. So we appreciate that. So we're going to the personnel report. And if you guys will just kind of review that and have a quick... There's a bunch of people working out here. I'm going to go ahead and do that. Here's my one with the prior balance that I'll see. The prior balance 78 on the bottom of the page. I'm just saying, I hate one thing. Um, because it doesn't seem to be an average. I wonder what it is. Look at it like employee never got time. And then like underneath, there's prior, it says prior balance. So I'm going to know it. So I probably have a letter. Uh, let's look. Yeah, let me just point out what that is. I'm going to see my. Yeah, I don't remember. or is this what he's looking at and is up and getting? Okay. Well really it's under each section. So it's prior balance. That was probably the month before it was first. Yeah, that was the month before. Yeah, so we added that. Yeah. And so you guys could see the difference from the month prior. I see, and the month's prior number is just happens to be under the employee number section there. And then, so looking at adult Medicaid, the prior balance was 29.6. And then the correct one is 34.02. That is correct. That would be a little bit better, so that it, because it literally does go under the employee number. Okay. Can we work on that? I would even suggest putting under maybe like the prior balance number, put it under these words as prior balance. I think that would be really clear. Yeah. I agree with that. Thank you very much. Any other questions? I can appreciate that. Director, from the outside, I was just going to discuss what the recording is. Okay. If you want to have their financial report, I We will see on page two our contribution from general fund for our program expenses is point 6 to 2 percent which is 16 percent under budget. That still looks a little odd and I have to show the negative amount there. We got point 6 to look at we have two pay periods in June. We got that reimbursement for the two pay periods in June. We got that reimbursement for the two pay periods in July, so that's still trickling down into that, so we've actually received a little more reimbursement then, so I'll spend those administrative expenses, so that's why I still, that'll even out eventually when we get more payroll in there. Then go into page three, your contribution of general fund for your programs is that it will be 100% that is 8.35 over budget. Again, that's where we have had some expenses and we've got to be staying reimbursement yet. So you have to remember, we pay up one month, claim it the next and then we get reimbursement the next. So it's kind kind of the way the money flows. There was a couple of lines that were over this month that were not over last month. I think everybody had it, we're in our talics. Everybody had a chance to look at those. I won't go through those individually. Read the notes unless you guys want me to. Do you know having questions with the report or are they seeing anything that looks odd that you want me to address? Very quick. I think that's it. She's just talking about that one page. No, I was saying, I mean, I'm not going to go through each one of those months unless you just want me to. I mean, the ones that I'm telling us were me, this month they weren't over last month. I could go through that. No, that's the thing. As at the very end, the very last page of our budget is 6.26% total budget, and that's right on the target where we need to be. It's actually one more one percent under, so we're actually on target. That's 16% for the two months. And I do have a question. Okay. Maybe a make a chinning in all the seven. Okay. The Medicaid expansion is set a cost on the plan something over our, our we expect. And we are going to be patient to that. We're just going to tell. Oh, yes. Yes. That one looks up down and balanced that out. That one is that we're coming this way there. So, you'll see that we've only, we have a purchase, we haven't paid for anything yet. We just have it in the income rent, so on is still in the PO. So we haven't actually paid any of those businesses and then claimed it for a reimbursement yet. That is bad. That we will. You're finding it, you're finding it for a lot of my directors, pretty much like what you'reers. Yeah, you know what I do. You both have these. You're finding it first on one. Yeah, and actually I've sent our radio program to say to get the computer equipment direct charge to the Medicaid because you have to do that. We have to keep that directly with Medicaid, but that won't be a problem once we get that money to the redirect charge. Thank you very much. Any other questions? Just here to you. All right. You see all this 23-3 numbers report. You'll get to look at those areas of our services and have questions. I'd like to note, take that on. The second page, we walk. You don't see all those zeros because there's some of those over there's no more funding. But that would give it all that you leave out as well as do that. Thank you, Dominique. Thank you for having me, sir. Thank you for coming. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. No, it's program update. It's like different kinds of products. Okay. All right. So just some updates from a total services. We had our first multi-disciplinary team meeting. Okay. All right. So just some updates from a total services. We had our first multi-disciplinary team meeting last week. It was a very successful meeting. We had a lot of community stakeholders around the table from hospice, from senior student just, you know, people who were with our adults on a databases. Had a lot of good feedback. It was a really good meeting. And so we'll have another meeting in October, just to find ways to assist our adult. We're getting a lot of adult protectors, such as cases and building a lot of elderly populations. So we are working to be able to come around and say we'll discuss what we can do better for the end. The APS unit adult services also had a review last month, yeah, about a few days ago, and it was a perfect review. They get very well with, you know, again, going out and doing the job and knowing what they supposed to do, but you know, make sure that we have the leads of our adult services, our bills. We have a few audits coming up in Children's Services. We got one in October and then we have another one coming up in November so we're working on records and you know just trying to keep together in Children's Services. We're also working on a training unit so that we can have a better process for the workers that come in and so that's something else that we're working on a training unit so that we can have a better process for the workforce that come in, so that's something else that we're working on too. So that's pretty much what we have going on my side of the world. Any comments or questions? Work? Just out of we've seen any sort of change that stands out with an increase in, let's say able by the adults better, not citizens, that sort of thing, they're pretty much business as usual. Business as you know. Yeah, I think so. Thank you, Mike. Thank you, Jeff. Appreciate it. You can have a service as an exit. I just want to find out on a services report. Just, I mean, I just want to keep it all the literature numbers. They're just not dropping off. They remain up there. We can be on a rule via Fintilide. But we're really struggling in that area. We do have two vacant seats. We're struggling in Kettle. We're just, we're just really struggling there. We do have three new positions that is being trying to grow now. So we hope that we can get back to Kettle, but we have 20, 78 that was over the years last month. So, but we had an increase of 40 something pushing it in this area, pre-COVID to COVID number stand. And we thought maybe it was stabilized by now, but it was just a bit of a sale. That's just that so, I felt that we're grossed, so I'm going to talk to you. Talk to you about that. You have, um, review of income like, um, We have reviewed income, we have the complete review, we have the complete review, we have the complete review, we have the complete review, we have the complete review, we have the complete review, we have the it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it is, it drop, it's just like, no. I'm not sure who I am. Oh, sorry. But we just continue to keep our hour on. Maybe, maybe, maybe, or just keep it. The person doesn't have to be the state or anything with it. It's just in case. In the end, I believe you were saying out, I made a case, I'm not, I've never seen this, I've seen the, the can manage around the commission of each month. I believe you guys want to do that in August. And so I'm sure you've had time to read that. So I won't go anywhere with you, but we did really work very hard on recruitment plan. And it was very fruitful. The one that you know we received, 15-year applications in August, including the hiring of the fan and we completed very something interviews. So pretty much that's been consuming our time. But of the Medicaid positions, like I said earlier, we have our 12 field, which is got to, with those openings, we provide someone that leads to opening, so we've got no end to all of those. But hopefully in a couple of weeks, what have that all of it finished? I hope. but hopefully in a couple of weeks we'll have that all of it finished, I hope. Oh, as far as the implementation of the big expansion policy, if you get a direct policy that we've got that file policy and we don't have a firm date as of yet. So as you all know, they have a past budget yet. I think I forgot the little bit of the end today, I'm not sure. A winged bet on. Oh, that's a casino, too. I'm going to be in the end today, I'm not sure. I'm going to be in the end. I'm going to be in the end today, I'm not sure. I'm going to be in the end today, I'm not sure. I'm going to be in the end today, I'm not sure. I'm going to be in the end today, I'm not sure. I'm going to be in the end today, I'm not sure. I'm going to be in the end today, I'm not sure a little bit more time to get the better prepared. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Can you have any questions? It's a really good message. Thank you. It's well put together. Thank you very much. I'm happy to see you for a couple of numbers. I'm happy to see you. What do you think for our government? For the past two months, to work in different countries. Thank you very much. Any questions? I just wanted to update the board on things that are going on here. We have a meeting on September 27th with Denise Cerci, our facilities director. Cerci, our facilities director and the person we build is a house on this campus and we wrote this house. We wrote and we wrote our comments. I think Peckley, no one ran somewhere on there. To build a house on this campus, to teach kids all close to floor and into it. So we're excited about that. So we just need you to know that this is going to really happen. We are also trying to close about shouldn't and it will foster clearance because that will also help keep the kids out of our offices. And one of the ways that we're doing that is we're proposing a reduction garden, which about should phones will pay for. The other options will be right out front, and that little area where you see the island there, so we're proposing that as well. The other thing is that child support, they just recently have an audit and where they made 100% so we're very happy with them and our finance department and all this had an audit. In May, but we literally just got the information back like last week. And it was a really good audit as well. It was a little area where something came out of one home to another but they actually fixed the code, got the money in the right section so that makes their audit very well. So the other thing that we're looking at just to put it out there is we're looking for licensing units that makes it we need to hire a supervisor and we're just thinking ahead we're using innovative strategies that they had because if we're going to have the house on site and of course if you watch the papers there's a person you hope they're out there and they're going to have the house too but DSS is one pretty much the man because none of these houses are licensed for other people we're going to have house too. But DSS is going to put it into a man because none of these houses are licensed for other people. We're going to come sort of man those. So that is something that I'm going to try to figure out how we can get money to have a licensing unit to also manage that. So things are going quite well and all our departments and real quicks are excited. We're working with Candy with the Federal Nutrition Services to try to build those gaps. But looks like things are going on all right. So we're kind of excited. What do you want? Oh, and I think we can copy. But you can, we're suppressive. I'll use one in the automation. And I think we gave you a copy of, did you give a, where's the press of it? I'll use it in an organization. You know, I want you to say the house. But, it's not a big one. Yeah, but anyway, we have, I can send it to you. It's a copy of, just so you can see the past. So, there's a sort of grant all of that stuff done. see the past and the whole slide. There's a sort of red all that's done. She. OK. If you can see. I did. Yep, I can see. It was Liam's last look. Hey, it's everything. I'm sorry. I think it was Liam's on the website at Jemba. Oh, OK. Oh. Great. Thank you so much. I just want you guys to be able to see what it looks like. Because it's kind of exciting to see them have raised in the team. Any questions from any of the managers in here? Have I left anything out? Yes. I think there's over here. What do you know? The lab data, because I can't. Yeah. Okay, right here. So you know where that Muncie built it is, but they call that. So the Muncie built it, they put that on, deals got gop, the deals, I'm sorry. Good deals. And get rid of that, and then there will be replacement with the house, with the playground, the fence thing, and all of that stuff. I cannot show you how excited we are. Okay. Sorry. All right. You all did a great job recruiting. I've solved it all over the place. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. I was watching after that. I'm going to be honest with you and tell you that this, I have to get credit to our economic services director and our human resources director because she actually gave us ideas. Our now-hours sign came from the economic services that had added the paper. Yeah, my whole point. They don't want to keep me stalled and advertised. Yeah. So they, I mean, we had a real, I'm just proud. Because when I take me out of supportive counties, because other counties are not where we are. And we're already full of staff, almost. I'll get a lot of competition too. Yes. I can't believe I need jobs or a vital one. I'm never seen that any job But if it works then she's saying pick up people are starting to get back to work. Yeah But thank you For your support You too, Mr. Lee I don't have anything else. I'm pretty much done. I am one of them. Oh, there are any announcements? Everybody? You're paying the question to the party. I'll make a motion that we're in general. Is that enough? Every time. I'm going to motion an exciting and existential. You're going to call a question all for you to raise a pay-in. This conference is no longer
