First, we're sitting down for a few minutes. Appreciate all of you being here. It appears that tonight we have two guests. As such, I will recognize them, such as, and good to have you all here. Generally, if we have more than that, I couldn't name everybody. So, thanks for being here. Thank you, staff, for being here. I think we have a well-to-be-short agenda tonight. If you will, please stand with me. Join me in a moment of silence during which time I intend to pray for strength wisdom and guidance and ask you to do it. Do the same as you see fit, followed on the pledge of allegiance. I believe that the United States and America and the Republic for which it stands, one nation under the indivisibleible liberty and justice for all. Thank you. There may be people in the audience tonight have a birthday, but I'm not aware of that. But I will actually point out the council of 900 celebrating the birthday of Dave. Black people, we should have birthday day. It's not a rest. Monday. I have bad information. But I have a birthday in my name. Since it's not today, I'm not going to say it. We appreciate that. We can reconvene Monday. He probably get to tell a whole call about these old living liquor court things. I put them you two. It's really not worth much. 80 cat one. He'll laugh. Oh, who? There's anything on the consent agenda that anyone would like to have a room for individual discussion. If not, I will entertain a motion to approve the consent agenda present. So move. Second. So the motion from Dr. Fountain, the second from Miss Cargis, the discussion. All in favor say aye. Aye. All opposed. Motion carries. Thank you. Item five. It's a combined public hearing on the question of implementing and comprehensive updates of the City's land use regulations. Mr. Naley. Okay. This is the command line of the five. I know it's not going to come out. But we do have the public hearing on the street. No. If you were to open a public hearing, or RZ, or other four, and something big will open up to you. Hereby, I open the public hearing on these two items. Thank you, sir. As we presented this talk, this is a position of package of updating or zoning and something of these orders, we plan to roll it out in pieces, make it manageable about the staff, and the public and see what the point. And then in the consequence of that is once we got pieces out there starting to come in sort of unmanageable as to walk a squad and square it was where you're in the crossing. So working at our illegal and the same manager this idea of combining all those e-mushroom to one hearing will sort of go out. So that we can just do one eye of these bunch going forward. When we get everything rolled out, then you have the option of stopping everything going forward. If I may add, since it is about the hearing, you move it back to some other eye, before you can introduce your free to do something, So tonight we are dealing with the continued pieces, the RC111 and the RC113, and introduced the RC113 and the RC112. The reflection action here by the satisfaction was to minzauging on the clock along with the something. to the minimums of the number of people. It's really taken over one or three years from previous one, and you're going to have our year of four for some reason, and it's up here in the past. These are ways to design a performance standard. There's a share of many times there, specifically what to be used in the TA section. In one case, you would know it's a 9-1-1-1-1-3-1 in the F3 case. And then, if you'd like to hear a four-case, you're adding Center City Planning here, as well as in some position-vision case, for the additional sub-order. Again, these put a lot of section to the order. At the time we received the end time package, you're going to be touching about every article in the order. If you find out if you're going to have to. Again, we're comprehensive about tax revenues for sub-vision units. These concern primarily for seasonal aspects of the sub-vision units due process, along with some design requirements, increase in other requirements of the ordinance. And I'll be right in front of this board, we're upside walls and then making these sub-visuality consistent with requirements within the zone. So that's the purpose later. So been through the history, we originally started into design regulations where we skid site and building issues around 2000. From that we did a lot of landscaping, parking requirements that could be considered for the standard also, they just weren't discussed as designed for the standard. We've amended the 30 or 70, or the subject of the 20 or 70 times 62,000, but now we're at the comprehensive pack. We added the street trees, we added the extra pieces for the idea that you have some different types of pugs and that sort of thing. Nothing compared to this. And these amendments address recurring issues and add clarity to the enforcement of the zoning orders. Again, we've basically got all the pieces that we've been talking about available for discussion tonight.
