Thank you for your willingness to be here until I allow for a special meeting this evening. Several years ago, with great vision, the Board of Commissioners voted to grade and prepare a county-owned track of land on Daniel Road. This action was undertaken in preparation for a day like today. For your consideration this evening as a resolution regarding the conveyance of county owned property upon which the company code named Project Ruth has engaged in private negotiations to construct an industrial facility. Project Ruth's investment in the facility, business machinery and other personal property will generate property tax revenues over the next 10 years in an amount of at least sufficient to return to the county the fair market value of the property pursuant to North Carolina statutes. In addition to the substantial number of new permanent jobs project Ruth will create, paying above the median average hourly wage in North for county, the conveyance of this property is expected to stimulate the local economy, promote business, and serve as a catalyst for additional activity in the area. Thank you. Any comments or questions from the Board of Commissioners? This is a public hearing, so at that point I'd like to ask any member of the public, like to speak at this time time please come up and speak.
