I'm going to call the ambulance. Anybody can take your voice. Anybody can take your voice. Okay. I got a question. The second person, my guy. Okay. We have a passing guest with us today. And they are a first-only event. Call them at 830-1200. They are first on the event. Call on the A3 first. Well, the meeting will call. We'll see that tells you about A3. The existence. No, please have a hold. You know somebody, a three question? Okay. And excuse us for Okay. Okay. Well, good evening, Mr. Mayor. And City Council Members and city manager. And I'm here to talk about A3. And A3 stands for, Ashborough, a lot active in A. I'm kind of just what's in here. This is refresh. Mr. Mayor, we are being courted so we can get the money back. I'm sorry, can't you leave me to introduce yourself? Can you? Janet Hughes, community wellness manager of Randolph-Postil. Thank you, and I'll introduce yourself. Janet Hughes, Community Wellness Manager, Randall Ponceville. Thank you. Sorry. Never been. So I should go with Larry's order. OK. All right. Melissa. And thank you for allowing us to be this night to talk about that egg where you can or support us here from other hospitals and communities. As a fifth community grantee, the City of Ashbrook, has the opportunity back in May to meet with the active living by design, technical support team, to discuss the sustainability of the work we've already started with our walking programs, and hiring Lisa on us, our active living formula, and all the good programs that she has offered me. And after going through the brainstorming process, and hiring Lisa on as our active living coordinator and all the good private issues of operating community. And after going through the brainstorming process with active living by design, one primary issue came to the surface that would be key for our sustainability. And that issue was to need to form a leadership structure. So after many meetings and much discussion, we formed a grassroots bottom-up organizational structure. So after many meetings and much discussion, we form a grassroots bottom-up organizational structure. A3 consists of volunteers with an interest in promoting helping wellness in our community and I've made out having to cut these but I have a flood chart that we developed. We guess to take a look at that. Thank you. Okay, so take a look at that. Again, keep in mind that we are a grassroots, that comes from the bottom, blows up to the top. On this flow chart, you'll also see our mission statement. A3 is a grassroots effort encouraging this astro community to embrace and value a healthy and holistic lifestyle through education, support, and advocacy. So that's our mission statement, our vision statement. Astro will become a community that supports and empowers its citizens to reach optimal health and achieve their personal goals. And we decided to go with personal goals because I want to go to the different first setting, that and mine or whoever. So there are individuals, everyone's goal is to, and that's fine, that's that's really fine. Now please, I didn't want to, and that's fine, that's absolutely fine. Now please, I didn't want to point out that final block on a blood chart that you have there, this is just possible, the people that might want to serve on the A3 wellness committee. We're not committing anyone to be a part of that. Although some of these folks already are involved, such as Candy with Senior Adults, Patrick O'Hare, who's a prominent Catholic, Martin C.A., but these are just possible people that could be interested in participating in this committee. Now, the new leadership structure provides a free, the needed guidelines for a workable committee with terminus, and that's always key, not signing on for a lot of sentence. It provides functionality to the committee and makes for a friendlier environment to serve thereby providing the opportunity to involve more people. And we all have been involved with different committees and it's always good to have some fresh people coming into the fresh ideas and new energy. So, without return, we have a situation that we're also currently working to revamp the eighth rewebside and make it a useful local resource. We really want to have that local component here with timely articles. Really about many of our own people here in the city, Dr. Gatt, has agreed to ask for our goals, Jim Rich, New York Dondeson, Townsburg, New York Dondeson, Wright, New York Dondeson, and others, timely articles with health and wellness tips, as well as update information on activities in the community, always were writing back to health and wellness. The A3 website is a3ashburah.com. And last but not least, A3 has applied for a grant for a program in the areas of nutrition and dyslexivity. We would be premature to discuss the details of the grant this time. We will have a status of grant application in January. Any questions? as a web application in January. Any questions? Personally, I appreciate all your hard work on the live for years from this project. Thank you. I think it's an important thing for me to be very success and this structure that you put on the floor, let me tell you a few things, and I'll get you some weather. I'm Lisa Park. I'm active living coordinator for the City of Asheville. Normally, when I'm calling these gatherings, I'll do the warm-up and the icebreaker. And everybody up the way you're going to have to. But you guys are off the hook tonight. Felix Ford asked me to give a recap of what I've done, what the active living coordinator has done in the past, what I'm doing now and what our plans are for the future. So I just wanted to do a quick recap for you. First of all, I think we've made some great strides in our community about becoming more fit and active. In the past two years, we have had two really successful mayor's fitness challenges. I combined total of 1188 individuals walked and total of 83,600 days by mile, which is just amazing. Presently I'm a part-time employee at the city, and I'm leading group walks and teaching several classes, which are offered three to the community. Monday, Thursday, we did the farmers market and walked for an hour approximately three miles and used our downtown side of walking house to do that. Each day, I have anywhere from five to 10 to 15 people walking. A lot of times you see us out in the yellow shirts and we look like we're organized rioters. I'm so excited. But it's a lot of fun. On Tuesday and Thursday, I teach chair stretch classes at the Randolph County Senior Center. We use balls and weights and tubing to stretch and strengthen approximately 15 to 20 being what participated that. And I also teach a similar class at first half of the church. We have, by the way, five to 10 to 12 people that join me all the Monday mornings for that. Presently in the middle of my second walk with ease class, and the walk with ease class is a six week class is designed by our prize foundation for those individuals who are not physically active but strive to become more so and become healthier. We meet three times a week landing Wednesday Friday and our program includes self-paced, fluid blocks, short, healthy related topics, and motivational methods for sleeping to walk the program. This class is a collaborative effort the city of Ashbro, they need to teach the class. The Randolph County Senior Center, the pace for all of the purchases, all the books, and the materials needed for the class and the host church. In the spring, Central United Methodist Church was kind enough to host us and we had our classes there and walked in the inside gym. Presently I had that first Baptist church that we were walking there and in the spring and this next spring, Patrick O'Hara has said that you're glad to have us to teach the class at the Y. So we're getting all around offering this class to a lot of different people, a lot of different venues. Next year, we plan to offer all these walks and classes. And in addition, we're gonna teach a class called a Matter of Balance. And that's a class again in conjunction with the senior center. It's a follow-up prevention class for seniors. I also plan to implement an exercise program for the city employees of the city of Asheboro. And that same conjunction with the city nurse should be there over 8. The other three are better than the migraines. I'm sure I'll see a lot of good places there. Thanks a lot. It's been great and I work more to an exciting new year. It's going to be fun. Thank you. You want to jump. Thanks a lot. It's been great and I want to be forward to an exciting new year. It's going to be fun. Thank you. Any questions? All from our family. We're actually really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, places, positions, where we fly up into the tank, and with part of the city's commitment to the state community and the perfect wonderful job. We've got a lot of excitement, energy, and a very fortunate to have you. Thank you. It's been a lot of fun. I can go and sing a little more. That's right. That's not here. Thank you. Thank you for other side. That's right, get on that. That is not here. Thank you for the meal. That's good. That's good. Right on my way. Everybody's like that. Or be on a break. But it's not very much. It's not very successful. So I have here a sampling of only 40 hours a week. No, not 20 hours a week. But it's a lot of fun. We do a lot of classes and not big. A lot of individuals are healthy or poor. It's great. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for your prayers. Actually, it's a two-part time job. I love trying to go around for a job. That's right, and I'm actually going to go run for God. Do I? I'm going to go here. I'm going to go there and leave the symbol. I really guess tonight, when you're on the farm, say, a 40-year-old, only a great comedian, and very young, so I don't know. The guy in the neighborhood, the sprig of the jade, I have nothing to add to what the NLA said. We take the city involvement in the city's commitment for those of us who serve some of that small there in the present. We have that involved in helping the public. Thank you. And we could only have a better partner at the staff level. Janet, the public center, Austin, Swiss mayor. It's been perfect. I'll still just been part of it. Then me, I'm not going to say I can be around that much, but I have to be under me for the time being. Dan, just one way you started this, Dan, in the position of, I can't forget to honor five to include it in the director's responsibility for the more they can fit in any kind of request. And thank you, just to be ready than 50 million people. We're going to stay. And thank you. Just to be able to leave the whole charge. So it's quite a great, you know, I have the hospital all the time. So thank you. OK, anything else on any free? Any free businesses? Reads a lot. That's a lot. Thank you for being here. I'll surprise you here. We only like to. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I agree. I agree. I agree. I agree. I agree. I agree. the I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. and the C-MAS program has been implemented in the mission to create a baseline for all our services that we provide for the S-City and just to help some better performance standards and see where we can meet with from year to year in C-MAS program and also with other cities in the website. So, a background on the ICMAS International of seeing how the S-City is being engaged in the S-City and the mission is to create excellence So, a background on the ICMAS International of seeing how the position of the management of solicitations is used. The mission is to create excellence in local governments. This organization is kind of resource for municipalities so they can see different trends and different topics, other things that we're working on. And try to get some ideas for what they can do to make their city better. The CPM is a certain form of spangemen, and that's what this survey's one group, and that was created in the mid 1990s. The background on this is there's 175 years of value in the whole of the country. Cities, they've been ranked cities in the common populations, so there's cities under 10,000, 10,000, 5,000 which we've all in there are cities 50 to 100,000 and 2,500 and then 5,000 above. So the Sanville, Carolina, we're the only 10 to 50,000 population when Sanville, Carolina, a great poor national National also this may be in this program. It's just been driven, common measures are partly questions. So that way when a city's like Griggs or our answer to the same questions we do, we can say, you know, our city can prepare to the city to raise our seat, you know, how we compete with the city who has more resources than we do. We say, hey, we did fix a model of that, so making making. I wonder why that is. Or, you know, we may lack somewhere in another department. So we can kind of compare, we also can compare the cities of the evil sides to us. For grant description, essentially, the CPM 101, which is sort of we filled out, the San Francisco for the CPM, the introductory local for the sake of an introductory approach to the parent performance measurement and the key part is the protocols of that collection. To the right we're working to try to create our own survey, try to write our own questions, try to out all of them ourselves, it's been a huge expansion. We wouldn't have the ability to compare with other municipalities. So the deal with ICMA allows us to a cheaper way to analyze all of our environments and also compare other municipalities. The basic city 101 is a single part of the for small communities like us. And we also apply to the new performance measurements. So if you just now started the performance measurement we entered the CBM 101. it's a hundred and one question across 14 service areas of each of our departments. It's basically your basis. So the one we used completed was for 2011-2004. The benefits, we need to split the performance of these departments. Compare with our peer responsibilities. Make evidence- based decisions. So, you know, we can look at that emphasis. We can figure out what parrots, maybe these mobile resources, or which ones are really inefficient and how they do stuff. And so we can, you know, whether it's much allocation or, you know, creating new programs, a little more informed, we made a concrete data to help us do that. So there's the CPM, they've great questions. So we don't get to pretty much the setting, we also need to be putting to a, and then this question is going to apply to us. But they try to have a few questions per department and general questions they think is a good representation of how efficient that is. The government survey, external and external, so external, like fire, police, things like that. Internal will be put in management, you resources, that kind of thing. And those will be 14 departments or service areas that they reserve. Now, I just want you to thank about, we'll get our audit in a couple of months to remember how the data has some growth bandwidth transportation in that street. It's an engineering that did environmental services in solid waste and recycling. Above the state use police department, there's also other force enforcement available inspections. You see, so how those were more service oriented than the department one? Like we didn't actually get that question, when we kind of answered a little bit of the library service, we were like, we were halfway down and that wasn't city. And also the procurement we were really doing because we're decentralized, so it didn't really apply to us. But you know, it also gives us a little baseline to see a city who does do, you know, that type of procurement, or they do do the EMS and see how efficiently they do it and maybe an option. We definitely want to stay over at and not add that on a very long way to the future. And we're going to try to add that on. So the question time is there's input measures, which is expenditure, you know, how much you spend on labor, how much it calls you. To fix a bubble. Outfit measures is you know the number of bubbles, how many do we fix in the last few years. Outcome effectiveness, that more pertains to how fast our pressure is going to be into the same after they're called. How many seconds? Or what percentage of you in them in five minutes? Those are the similar types of questions that were on the survey. In efficiency, how much does it cost to fix a bubble? Because if it's costing us, you know, X amount of dollars and a similar size city, like various South Carolina, also is in the ICU-Many survey, you know, if it's costing them cheaper, them cheaper, what's the difference there? How come they're saving money like, well, we can't? Title line, we submitted it not over. So we actually said email two days ago, so we should get our debt of verification numbers tomorrow. And let us know if we need to adjust anything. They go through it. There seems to be an anomaly, the numbers, or maybe a missing number. We'll get back to us in less than a minute, so we should get that tomorrow. The secondary thing is all right. We'll give them a head that go ahead and run it. Should have I remember with the final report in December or early January. So that way you know why that early for the budget process next year. Outcomes, like I've been saying, it's learn how official. City services being delivered in terms of calls. Also not just calls, but what kind of benefit is the city getting from these services? Do we need to expand programs and cut back programs? It's also about, you know, Trinidad will be don't need an expanding work and really have the city. You know, we can learn from this, we can pair these results to ours, we can also compare our results to from this year, with the coming year. So, in 2015, we can look back and, you know, in populations, you know, we can project 2015, we can look back and if populations, we can project that, we can project services and we can really help us in the budget process. Like, I'm not trying to now, so I'm creating this based on this year. Like I said, it's the budget application or allocation. And those outcomes must be more informed regarding the delivery services. So, for more informed, we can make a decision more concrete to think about what we have. The better we're going to be able to provide services for the consistent measure. I'm very interested. What do you mean? Especially for the council people, which is in the deal with larger issues, and mission and policies, which I've said, there's always a question of the effectiveness of the institutionries, the first edition. You can use the questions exactly. You think of a free room, there's a lot of trouble. I have a still children who would be more effective with just every child in the nation, all about the right. You need to look at them, ever drop through the cells, through the crack, through a bullet, but they never be a borderline case. On the other hand, is that very efficient? So we're always trying to balance the conditions, the conditions, the conditions. We have a local issue that is not found. I'm not going to want to hang out. So if I just sit on the next thing, then I'll ask 911, be wanting to hang out. Somebody just sits over and says, I'm not going to want to delay some fire. So we don't know what the outcome is. That's the most efficient, maybe not, for this really most effective evaluation. Well, they say the arrow to the second side, not the efficient side. So that's what we're trying to do. I'm just going to think better to say this. And actually, we collect along the data that actually asks about how we're able to further up, further than one central report in the invention market ourselves. And in North Carolina, as a state, in a invention market project, you're about 20 years ago in some of our situations like how we're going to participate in it, and that's the only thing we're being on. in some of our situations like how to push it all, and participate in it, and invest in one of our people. But this is a broader, broader approach. And this year, we had all information, but it was a big problem. They didn't know we needed to collect it in a certain way, and we're going to answer these questions, because we didn't have these questions last year to start collecting stuff. So in a couple of years, I think they you know, they've been dealing with this survey and being more informed and more accurate. When we go on, this will start compiling data and a way to answer these questions. Do you want to have any questions? I move a lot. The section of our only product is service. We'll get a boarder or another. We'll get an absolute one to make. Then by the way, what's the cam board? What we can't fold? I'm going to go to the right border. I'm going to go to the right border. I'm going to go to the right border. I'm going to go to the right border. I'm going to go to the right border. I'm going to go to the right border. I'm going to go to the right border. I'm going to go to the right border. I'm going to go to the right border. I'm going to go to the right border. I'm going to go to the So we've, that's how we live in major river forms. We're praying to press one. Yeah, sorry about that. We're going to do both for one. Okay, if you just have a question. Is the city of Agisperping the city of Vienna, obviously, you know, Yeah, I'm actually a member of Icing in May. Because the city pays my membership. I see a member of ICMA, the City of Plays of My Membership is on the Long and Road Carolina Indiana National Association. The City is the member of the Center for Performance Management in ICA and that is what I would love to have a thousand dollars in advance of some of the results. I mean, the cost of this compared to us doing ourselves and the man hours, I mean, it's not equal. Okay, so what it would be. Which I'd be carnival-like, the second, the asset of 9,000 or 7,000, 6, 6, 6, that, thanks to the product sector and the kind of, okay, a tarpa-focused, benchmarking, categorization, and, you know, like I said, you know, even if we did it around the comparison to other these files, we're on the comparison to our set up. So, to many say, it was a program that is very inefficient, but it's efficient on our standards, but in other cities of Long Mod as we're going through wrong way or not know the right way. So, that's what's big advantage of having five other jurisdictions. I was saying, right, there's a lot of money behind it. I've been raised in John and Andrew the war last year. I've been proud of John for the current war. And ready to ask you. Oh, just looking at that. When we have the opportunity to, when we're questioning how we're looking at results, if we see a peer group that is doing something more effectively or fish, we have the ability to call them and then listen. So we're looking at this and how can you do it weekend? And I think we're even giving opportunity to have a report from them. So like Rear South Carolina is the closest city that I found that is comparable in size. And so, if we're going to compare us to a town between 10,000 and 50,000, you know, we can call the B2CMA or even probably rear software on itself, and say, hey, can we hear that from the CDM server? And we can look at it and see, you know, oh, what we thought we compared, but you know, their budgets are kind of half a month. You know, there are some analysis and distractions. So I think we're going to get their numbers and their whole system and just some of that. So, in the hope of wanting to share that data and learn, there's not a lot of ad and you notice there was a focused on service. That was good. But Crystal makes it a good mention about career South Carolina. You know, if I said to her, gas is a lot cheaper than South Carolina. A little tax structure is different for one thing. So they didn't focus on how different the revenue sharing was. It's more being home delivery side. So every city in the country gets to talk with every jurisdiction of a bus at this camp. So that's the focus of the revenue stream that we've decentralized gas tax in North Carolina and South Carolina is a dispersed sales tax and property tax. Thanks, Chris. I'm a forward, let's go to the board of shifts, election project. We have two items last time. Last time we talked about this,, we're talking about versus in this 33 acres on the column, on the column, on the column. We're so, we're so, we're going to have conversations with both the, Mr. Davis, member manager, who were a little bit of barbs as well as, we have been in negotiations for discussions with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources for a few percent match for watershed grant. So what we would like to do at this time is ask for questions, counsel's permission to do two of them. First is, I'll do the first item A, or the Chris did item B, and then we got the floor sheet, and we got the things out. Yeah. Again, we talked about this property, this is the property of the, that's the property, the reasonable cry from the dairy family is needed for a watershed and maintain full payment of other, my team of full control and balance of a watershed. It is the appraised value. We did have one question there about the appraised value. There's a big question. Remember what we were looking at doing in our select platform? You went to look at this thing in the van, remember? And if you select a candidate's printout, I did it for our select. That's what I do. Only this is what we look like. We did, we settled with Anne Rans. And we did our appraisal with a certified wish that we could place it in place. And the cost of property will collect the residential use if it is not in effect. In fact, clear code does affect the value and may affect the positive layer and may be based on, I guess, whether they clear it or not, it can crash and save it in fact, and all that. It's like, then the intended use presented some and we used residential networks, really the first batch. So that job, it is not effective. But price, we just want to get that in the river. So that was a really good question. They have done, and so we have, have a very important city term in thinking. And yes, we're going to get where at the city of Axburg is committed to identifying and pursuing the. Yes, the resolution. We do have a resolution authorizing an author to see if actually we're approaching certain real properties. This is a parcel ID number, which we've been seeing to the Red River Mayor in the farm. And the little river in the downtown city is there. And what's found in the library company, which owns the parcel land. And the parcel ID number is 774223386633349 Number 774-233-863-334-9-naker within a watershed for Lake Lucas in Black Creek Town, and the CFS for the Cross for Water Quality and Continued Protect Natural Administration and from the watershed and inventory of land, potential detrimental land, and the land starting activities. Whereas the member of the Farm of LL sleep member manager and the farm of LL sleep is questioning this and we have the parcel. And they send consideration to the pack of the rate of value for 100 per parcel, which is 415,000 in no 100 stoppers. The City Council is included in purchase prices, reasonable amount of position, land is considered and the council bill that can send you back to resources. I'm sitting and putting the high-altitude water supply. Now I'll be resolving the city council to enter to a confident purchase and contract to the resolution of the attachment aid. You get that on every day and you're ready. And... Attachement and forfeiting here is reference and fully and copy-fullly is here by approved. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. where I said purchase this property, to come behind it with the program to get people to imagine. Unlike you heard before, and other projects, and other projects and community bottened them, block projects and the bigger, we can't start anything until you receive the money. That is not the guy that's given this by being the only, that's the guy that actually said this. I'm sure the watershed, get the watershed balanced, by being the only, as they have actually said, was to ensure the watershed balance applied for the grant. And so then there are money, money, funds available, and still in the state, and a budget for this. And again, this is the appraised value. So we feel that's a good point. In question, we'll ask questions in the jar. We'll give you the details of the grant. That was good. We've got some great places, especially in the current you did. I'll entertain the motion to approve the resolution by the reference. We know lives might have probably wheeled the homes out there, so it's not the last track out there, but I have a home. That's not a problem, but it's out of the lake. Since the data case seems to be pretty much down there, it's usually cracked and re-peaked, and so we can build a council retreat. I'll make the motion to adopt this resolution by writing this. I have motion by Mr. Parks, the other side. I have a second, Mr. Hunter. I have a discussion. I will say that somebody who probably had questions, said to some of the seniors or heard about this, I had a couple and I'll share this with you just so you'll know the answers. And I had somebody, they lived out that way, say, like, when you got a building, a park out there, when you got out of the land, came to the other park, and so I'm so full on the end. I guess what I told the person was, where I'm buying this to build a park. We're building a park. They don't know what's going on. If at some point we're building a park, and we'll be very passing technique, maybe some walk-in trail, no access to water, the parking area, you gotta talk to them. So the park is in some of them. This is about protecting our watershed and not getting another game. Do you talk about the city like doing our park to protect the environment, the watershed and the great place. So any questions or down or any discussion on the page. I remember being in the middle of the week. I had great treatment facilities, first class treatment, works, but the maintenance of the water sheath and the take from the water sheath should make the money to the treatment point. That's where we were accomplished. Yeah. Any time we'll come back and say, I'm actually able to fight for whole part of the audio there. All of our emotions. So yeah, all of our emotions. Thank you. Chris, do you want to do the presentation on the grant for the court? Yes. I'm disabled without having to as Greg Borgall. The grant is actually the water recreation of the resource grant, the water environment and the resources. So, as far as the grant were allowed to acquire the property prior to receiving the grant, as we've already started application process with them in my discussions and back at work with the gentleman here and dinner. But part of the grant is that we will have our reparations there, even though we will be water-excessing. They do encourage you know the water supply protection and other such things, which is part of our plan for the recreation facility. We're planning for the Farbys pavement to be brought off and brought off and eventually get to the watershed. So not only are we protecting it by a person-land from approaching development, we're also protecting it with what we're actually on the foot there. And so that enhances our ability to use print. And the state, they're in favor of the project. I think it's a good project to do. We've mentioned that we involved the 4.1 for acre track just more with the adjacent property just the north. So it's a continual effort in the city to protect this area and protect the watershed. So the state's in favor. And I think it's a great project. I think it's a viable project and one more protecting for our watershed and it's up to 50%. And so if it was less leisure, it's kind. And a lot of them on money, you know, we can give up to 50% of the project. How do you think they have? I the projects. I'll leave that there. I just wouldn't mention it, too. They also mentioned that this is a great show line protection case, too. We have show line protection, we want to know code ordinance out in place out there. How it would have been on like Lucas. Yeah, maybe we can get out the next printer somewhere we can get out the next frame or something. We can get out the boat to the boat side. I don't know if I can make it there. You can see you have to really go out on the lake to see the approach of civilization. You can see where the clear cuts been violated and we've been doing a little back. I mean, we've actually had a year remember the marbles back then, we won't hear a game from the lake. So yeah, those should have long after they took us. We don't appreciate the and Mary's motion second. And one of the components of the grant and the question is, does he put into a public act or a public? Right, right. It can't be restricted. We can't say it is a city council retreat. We can't. We can't walk you in. We can't walk you in. We can't walk you in. That's the main public. I'll put your strike. But I I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I We have a plan in the tent to do so. There isn't a firm from what I've seen in my conversations. There isn't a defined death on what to have to find. I mean, that may, once we get the grant, they say it's actually being done by a certain day. We may encounter that. But in the conversation we've had with him, that we said that the grant-fitting work request thing is for the acquisition of property of the 33.080 contractors and that we would budget the recreational facility to become a New Year's budget of 2013-14. So I think as long as we still have the intent of planning to do it, we're still good as far as the grant talking about us. And the key word here is low impact recreational for sure. Right or wrong. and the key word here is low impact rate for racial and racial diversity. Right, and faster, picnic and racial walking. Right, so it's not one of the grants where we've dealt with the password. Thank you, you know, as John said about 100,000 again, build an $18 million facility. And I'm trying to take what we do. They just want something that's gonna be a fabulous family of swarrow people who are trying to use the purpose payment. You're going to just want to off and help the watershed. That's almost when you go for the projects, protect the watershed. But you know, while we have this property, my little Mexican keeps on today, it's a recreation facility. We have a motion. I mean, hey, the translation of your packet, that one is kind of a motion to the program. I'll read it down the resolution of my motion for Mr. Fale. Okay, that's right. Check. Ms. Carter, in discussion. All thanks, Adam. Hi. Thank you, Chris. I'm Gary. Down the road, I think it was a very, very good evening. Thank you. I think it was a very good evening. I'm sorry, 18 is 33 or 10 broads. Because I'm 30 to say 40. OK. Mayor, we got some noise. I put the shelf on again. Item five mayor is, is the end is retiring up our there for the when we should first you say you thank you I would be happy if you had a yeah thanks so so we would like to initiate the end of important counsel of the committee to begin the process in the process where November 1st just to make it easier to relate in one. Step 1 is that all times I have a case of instructions for. We'll be coming from the website and the website. This file names for American University of Internal Service and application for the main thing by the city clerk. We have some applications on file mayor and nobody should actually check all for here to the party. So if somebody get in there for the party, fly boy, maybe get their own box. Do you know somebody that they can come to see you in the population. And it was on line. So it's that's already all that the group will. The step two will be clear from the board making see us as a flexible channel. So we'll do all that and remember the first. And then we'll probably, we have nobody checked, we'll put somebody in the bottom of the group, make sure they're in the middle box. the the list is board to the board and the board is permanent of two recommendations. Of course, on the list we have one and each of them first and then the side for accounts consideration. And then the accounts of select the point. I think that's the last question. Now, Mayor, the airport authority meets once a quarter. Right, they're not. Yeah, once a quarter. So it might be that our meetings still a lot up with theirs, and they might have to have a special meeting. But they can't have special meetings by their old assembly. I'll show you. I'll show you the impact through that. Right. Well, we'll just, yeah. Yeah. Right. And we're going to like it in the spring. Probably times we actually had a joint meeting with airport authority for the workshop. And this out there and we do a lot of airports, stuff through here, and we've got the vision 100 money and all that air, but it's kind of hard to see it. Just don't fight. We probably need to have it out there, and probably review where we've been, and where we've been, and so I think we'd like to do that in spring, or actually, back to the Westwater plant before the sea ridden was going on out there. It's a pretty big operation. We will thank a lot as city operation, but we've been contrasting with the Department of Air being the biggest best operator. The plan is ground to the natural world. We can break the plan. But if you want to have any feedback or good often, we may have things like the museum, especially at the moment. You might hear about it. Well, they do a great thing. Thanks. Thank you, James. Father, you can call me. Thanks. Thank you, Jim. Those are all of you. And I'll be out of the band. I'm sorry, but I'm sorry. I just want to be like this. I guess. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Okay. Thanks, down. Any questions about the process? The only bias interest is that you're currently doing that. A lot of the application will come up. The mayor will make sure we can capture the resolution. I'm going to have a nice time. I'm going to have a nice time. I'm going to have a nice time. I'm going to have a nice time. I'm going to have a nice time. I'm going to have a nice time. I'm going to have a nice time. I'm going to have a nice time. I'm going to have a nice time. And then I'll vote every Sunday, John. Yeah, they usually vote for you. No, I don't know why we weren't in there. I'll tell you. And then celebrating accomplishments. I noticed there weren't any aids in there. Yeah, we weren't in person. I'll vote for a good point. We asked somebody who did vote in here. Well, the last few years, Casey Dunn, I think you talked to the President since you were working on it. OK. I don't know. There's some changes to lead to. I'm going to start with the transition. I'm just going to point you the important to that position. We have it in front of the... I'll come in and answer. Okay. I just want to... I ran on there, but I just want to... This happened here, I'm in there. It's a normal, we don't want to. This time of year, we know it's starting to bounce. I know every 15 accounts of which rules is in the way in the end of the year, the Christians, that are several events coming up. The last card show, seats in the chain, pretty quick, now, phone. I thought it was actually a week away, but actually the 16 minutes episode, according to Bill Ray, who was interviewed for the chairman of the faculty and the precarious, is Sunday night. A lot of times, 60 minutes runs late because of the bell game. I didn't check this week. So, to create a part of the late game is Halloween, and it's just in the heart of the following, the understanding in the heart of the league. The comprehensive transportation workshop is the continuation of what we have, the October record meeting, the L2DOT personnel we're in here. That is the continuation of that. Whoever seeks the election day is the way to earn the voting, I don't know if you're going to vote for the election. I think I'm going to have to go to it, because it will be invited to the line. And it is? I'm going to do something. 7 o'clock, 30 November, then there's a regular schedule where we're members at the public worst conference room. So we'll make sure we highlight that on the agenda. And we'll call our final line. We'll just still be on the list. I hope the tracker trade apart, down the Hamilton Sunset, is kind of the only thing I would just really beg of answer, usually 4,5 thousand people come to that pretty, pretty good event. The career treatment, the drive magazine is doing the call and fit courthouse from 6 to 8, but 6 to 8, so I don, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six to eight, six that the Courthouse is my brand, and that's why we will be doing some tours and some ghostly history of the Courthouse and I had probably been at the church. So, yeah, there's just a few things to do. But if you've not been up there, I'll be leaving. I'll be like, or the church, or the parks, or the recnors, it's a really cool thing. I don't think I'm only, I don't think I'm only, I don't think I'm only, I don't think I'm only, I don't think I'm only, I don't think I'm only, I don't think I'm only, I don't think I'm only, I don't think I'm only, I don't think I'm only, I don't think I'm only, I don't think I'm only, I don't think I'm only, I don't think I'm going to have a lot of work. I'm going to have a lot of work. I'm going to have a lot of work. I'm going to have a lot of work. I got this day off right on the right floor. We're here today for 30,000. And we'll, that will actually be. Will, since we came three and two places at once, will put on your November agenda. We'll thank you and what we got. And three, four, other than it's, with a 365 million second. 365 million dollar project and going to be built in three years. They decided it was starting in 2014 this means because it's not a build that I'll have to give some advice now by far. the other five were not scared of or not but. the district center of the Mariner hour at the ribbon cutting, then I attended a board meeting with this later at the TVA down there, and they did approve $10,000 for this year and $10,000 for the next year for the regional American Legion term. And this team is from Kentucky, Kentucky, Virginia and Washington, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, some of them in this lottery. So they change and hold them against them. It's the host thing. It's the way they change these states. They change. They can't be identical. I believe the first week or so of August 13th, the first week of all the 14, and remarkably, it really lines up with the hotel, the man in the Nashville that is a tradition of very low period, the hotel's in Nashville, school starts, high school sports, you know, the band can't all that starts up, and there's not completely traditionally that much business travel, there've periods of the American agent's term needs to be 280 rooms. So that lines up. We have to be honest, it will be a lot of short. There must be spillover in here. They ask just the teams. We have to pay for the payment. We're there. So it's significant. So we feel pretty good about that. And the board is a little happy. that's an effort that we've covered. That's where it's going to be. They build those small business and putting their partner in that. We use some of our allocation from TDA to sponsor and support that. They'll be having selling hands for the program and getting sponsorships. It's a pretty big thing. Southeast region. The long-term days of Southeast Asian countries. And it's the American League World Series, of course, is in a children's, so it's a four-year-old scene, actually. Yes, so it's a great good happen. I'm in the same state. It's a really, really good happen. If I look at it and I request anything else, I'll be fixed to six. I'll just have to ask you about the seat. I'll just have to ask you about the seat. Are you about the seats, but I don't nice to meet you about everything. Yeah. About quarterback. About what? I knew about the seats, but I didn't know if there was anything else. I don't know if I should talk about the concession stand, but it's been a long work like, you know, recorded by any way, it's a real open gas. And out there, some department built the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the core and the and a few blue, that's two-hour down-top bar activities, particularly in the Sunnark-on-Strip series. And the co-honest is the biggest contributor to our arch-of-rack program. We don't do any work. So, on the rare things that we get money for, we're not doing that. So, yeah, yes, we have current relationships. I can say we talking to the college and the clinical discussion states. Okay. Do you think I ought to be here? I'm going to be. Staff, appreciate your time. I can tell you a bit here today. Thank you all for your hard work. Unfortunately, I have a staff member that we have. And the city runs as well. So, I think to these young people, should have a staff member that we have, and the city runs as well as we do. So, thanks for the e-tails, nice. I appreciate it. We should have your advisory and child, as well as you. Always helpful to be there. Do big ups and dips. Big information, as much as you like. Our job. Big up. Big up. Big up. Big up. Big up. Big up. Big up. Big up. Big up. Big up. Big up. Big up. Big up.
