Good evening everyone. Welcome to the Thursday April 10th meeting of the Asperger City Council. We appreciate you being here. If you will, at this time please stand and join me in a moment of silent meditation and I invite you to pray in any matter that you see fit. I would ask that you all take them all to remember Phil Campos had some surgery today and pre-series surgery and on the chair the camp family needs our prayers right now make sure Phil holds for this bill is commissioner. So we will follow the moment of silence with the legislature. Thank you. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic of the Wiesensans, one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Thank you. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I and agenda as presented. Move to previous presented. That was motion by Mr. Burns. That was second. Second. Second, Mr. Baker. Any discussion? All of the players say aye. All opposed. Thank you motion carries. Aye for it. Mr. Donald will present the event. The event is held on item 48, it's the only case RC 14-101, a legislative zoning hearing, continuing from March meeting. So I know. Thank you, Mayor. Good evening. Before I begin, those were kind of speakers seem to know much better that we're going to tell that on this period. Please help the same question. Anchor, are there cool with your faculty or the members of the humanists by three-year names. So let's put it in. There's a letter in the next class. The FFU on this request is Ternard and Phyllis. Mr. A. A. Gowmore, president, and the location of the property of the press of the returning team is 1743 and 173 by the Salter students. down more for the commission. The location of the property is plus of the engineering team. It is 1743 and 173-5-Salt Bay Street. This is the rest of the zone for the board and also the rest of the zone for the electric, engineering, general, commercial. From these signs over the plus, the disunder and anger of current there are two same changes that are meant to be done with properties and there are two impact items. You need an idea of what the problem calls and relationships in the city and what is the problem, the plus and the reason I don't think is that one in red on the street is on the more side of the clean solterry street just less than the other street and the heat saw very stream, just less above the end of the screen. So I just need to take the grass out. Just ease the rock pressure with the road. The road will fall. Going in a little closer to see the surrounding zoning in the area, and the 30-procise zone is our head north 40s, up to the west and north. If I wanted that trail zoning, she goes immediately to the west, and this is to general commercial. There are two residential properties that are zone of our head and to the south, and so the property net can go for their ease. It has much voting on these 60 drives and then some low density breath-hands for the sea. Everybody's information on the green color property, but things corporate women's, the area, with spot patch, but as of in the information on the business, it's a terrible period of pain. Including the breathable magnet or tannis. There is a strain on the property and it's really important to put it in the toilet and put the side of the person increasing of the site, that are partially increasing of a breathable kind of constraints that can be used in the snow and bees on the property, and relatively flat towards the southern portion of the world. I think I look at the area of the area, you can see the development patterns, the damage, the health and institutional resources to the West commercial use of this primary to the South, except for the changing rate that the South views. And these are South views, and the market is with us. So these. You'll make this property is outside of the city where it is. And so it is available on the front of the department. The National Water is here to require the annexation to make that connection. Peace Hall is very straight. Is the state maintained? Minor thoroughfare at this location. We deployed a description of the B2 districts, which is the Request of District, which describes a simple or sophisticated survey, to district which is the request of district, which is described as the city board and it's estimated to serve the convenience bills, shop and get retail and service meetings of the members public and technically the district is applied to minor and major third-person, the storage long low-level streets. This is a general district request. I mean, don't have any idea what they go there. The property is reserved. We want to general business. That would allow any of the Houston's permitted. So the district, which is a property, means that it's just a district in the city. We've given some photos in our presentation. This is the subject property of 1743. We call it very street. We do you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow you follow The residential properties of the south are basically at the or western, something probably, this would be industrial use to the western. Looking at the city's comprehensive plan, the area's benefit is the economic development area. It's appropriate for investment, local commercial and industrial, non-residential use is the and the pedestrian on residential uses. This proposed 90s map does the bed of bodies that they're probably small commercial uses in the request system system. We have our recommendations. The process is planning goals. We've included in your packet there are six that are generally supportive of this request. We did not find any that were currently negative fours or plus. But the staff and the planning board were meeting this request at first. Maybe we're immediately recommended approval. We do believe it's possible with the area. Is support by the leg about the plan? They're for easy recommended approval of this request. Thank you, Mr. Nell. Oh, that question. And then, try a few back up to the color coordinated red and green line subject property. The green line that goes through the middle subject property is that what delineates between the arcane and the r40s? Yes sir. Okay. Mr. Brown, we're in present. You have any questions for me or any of you? We'll be sure we'll be in half as. And you have the question for me or any of you, we're currently at A's and we have the questions for Mr. Noble. Does anyone have a luck to speak if they were this request? I see the answer to questions that they talk about. Gallemore represents Phil Sainley. I don't know if some cash in there. Okay, cash out. Anyone else in audience can like to speak to this request. Very well. I will soon see if the language is placed. I'll tell you the discussion. And ask the council what they would like to do. And I will move with the request based on staff. Recommendation. Thank you, Mr. Pliel. I have a motion. Just a fail, do I have a second? Second? Second, much harder. Do you need a discussion? second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. In there, this is the same property, probably the other one that is the previous case, or in different piece of property, point, cell, case, case. Is there a request we've zoneed the more set of five, the e-resistant, rest-pressure rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, rest, back towards downtown, on its all very street. Probably out there is the street, this is where. Probably out there in the red gear. At the intersection of cold red roads, it doesn't swear red. South, in the automatically changed areas around the far part of this tunnel. the ground floor. So you know what the flow is there you can see here. There's a better idea of the zoning development. And here again, this is the area that's out of our 75. There are three parcels out of the car 75. Here's the time performing commercial use of the west property. There is a residential structure. There's a little bit of property, a multi-family residential to the east, and then generally a commercial elsewhere is around the property. To rest the map to the area, so this again is a fashion in the area. It is a very flat piece of property. Start out a jurisdiction on the training that I wanted. It's a property of the wood. The better idea of the molding, then how we do the heat and the heat and the oxygen. So, for the eventual surface of the area, this is being on the forming, we're going to be like them into the west. This is a property that is inside the city of women's also services are available. You solve very street and color, throw their boat, and maintain low space, and they are minor bearers. You have a B-cogester getting headed to serve, area street and over and through our booths, maintenance space, and the area of minor fair repairs. We have the B2 district in the damage reserve, but B is good, it's chopper's good, three families service needs of the public, the carriage loan, local and streets on the candy truck these are, minor fair repairs. This is also a request to a general district. So all these permitted by the city's own wardens would be an offerage of the property fee. I'll see you then. So I'm getting property limited area here. You see, he saw a very bad back post-hound storage. That was where the rents were right. 34. I was sick to go. We were blessed. Long he saw very, very quickly. So the property. So if you east the way through the sub-it property, this is a view looking north of Polaray Drone. You can see you need a joining residential stretch on the left. This is looking south. and city needs to be a joint residential structure on the left. This is looking south along the square right, and it's on the Paul's street in Southern California. This is an area identified by the city's comprehensive plan of the primary growth area, appropriate for investment, due to the existence of marketing, similar, infrastructure that's already placed. The program proposed my end-use map of the record that was commercial, the development for this property is well, we found that there were seven goals in policies that generally support the request. We did not find any of that before. We named it for the request, but it's actually a plain rule or it can occur that this is the request. It's a whole new property plan if the fact that playing the board, it's incurred that this is a request. It's a whole new drawing plan and the catwalks that you have is a framing area and that's what we do right now. It's a sure, other request. I think the request is a wish to know. That's true. Once again, the African is here and any questions are there. If you're anyone in the audience audience would like to address the council, we're drawing this request. Here in the room, we will move to the derivative phase and our council is here to resolve all. And based on the staff action rationale, I'm moving that we approved the request. Have a motion, my Mr. Bell, to approve of the base goals, staff recommendation, until I have a second. Second. Second. Second, Mr. Brooks. Second, Mr. Brooks. Uh, can we discuss it? Uh, I'll play it tonight. Uh, I'll vote. Motion carries. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Mr. Kary, thank you. Mr. Kary, thank you. Mr. Kary, thank you. Mr. Kary, thank you. Mr. Kary, thank you. Mr. Kary, thank you. Mr. Kary, thank you. Mr. Kary, thank you. Mr. Kary, thank you. Mr. Kary, thank you. that. This is Anglone. It was the only opportunity that sufficient application to serve on the redevelopment commission as its last Friday. This is a seat formally held by Ms. Paul Cormon since I came in in the year 2018. This is the law that she's going to want to issue. The second recommended council appointed this fund to commission for a five year turn of the entire month. I'm going to be a second. The second recommended counsel is appointing the commission for a five-year period of time on people's work. You know, thank you. Any questions? May I have a motion? I know we have to move on. There's no bones. There's no submission. Okay, you have a motion. Let Mr. Baker go. I will second. Second. Second Mr. Foyers. Any discussion? All folks, I don't know. All folks, Mary and you did have them. You need this moment for time. Let me get the read of them up to Mr. and they're flattened for a service. And as she's been a loyal inspector support to City of Mashburg area on time. There they are. So, I'll put on this in here. Sorry, listen. Okay, most of you are curious, no kidding. Mr. Nell, you also have a report on the information or workshop that you know, the information gathered from this way. We didn't have any other workshop in March 27 in the discussion with the students that informed the public of the safety agreements for Federalists for the dry. Six individuals attended this workshops and we're here to map, show them the proposed agreements and provide comments on the projects. I concluded a copy of my letter that you were given summarizing this comment along with We have been told that the state board of trustees, on the other hand, is probably the only one that has been told that the state board of trustees is going to give their bill ahead for this project. I concluded a copy of my letter to be working in summarizing these comments on a long letter to support the state board of trustees. The board of trustees is currently here, is in fact, over all these other comments were positive for misinterpreted and one that is coming to the Senate. I think he has We haven't told them the same order translation. They're going in for this project after the A1 week. We'll expect the OT to finish this on a project. We put out the data and how it comes. I think we're hopeful that we'll see the solid project coming late this summer. We've been on the web data and have read the project and they will see. That's the goal whole new decision. Thank you for completing my interview. Thank you. I do want to acknowledge that tremendous assistance that you're receiving from Senator Kiliman's and representatives, Hurley McNeil, and moving this product forward as well. It seems that it would be very helpful if the responses are in place. We wouldn't have gotten to where we are today had been for the unit of the O.T. for a little bit of change. Is that okay? Does that include paving that area out there as well? Repaving it is in bad shape. It does, okay. I think for the same thing, I think we needed, I think, for the nonprofit that that was on that little cathode. It is a limited expect on this drive. And we're going to have to work on that project. And I think the part that we're working on, I hope we should be sure. Thanks, sir. I have 40 Ms. Johnson. Ms. Nishar, presentation. How are you doing? Ms. Nishar, this is an don't. This is my informational law. This is a protectory. I'm on the roll. I guess I'll get back to the waiting. You're not going to understand that problem. There are a lot of contracts. I'm going to get for credit for the U.S.A. for the show. She should find a folder and then get a commission about certain cases of a recognize and private community that take over Gerrard and the commission and the general of our inter-pression where they are, that they have seen this and that they have been attacked and we think that the highlights of all national and policy are the people who are being attacked by these are the concerns that are consistent to these people who are going to hear from the air. Sorry. This is not going to turn into a flip. What do you mean? This is very nice. This is a very nice flip. This may have pointed down for public comment. I mean, we know visitors in the audience tonight don't like to address the city council. It matters at city business. Okay, well, here we go, we'll move on to item six. Steve Norton will present the Police Department's annual report, and we'll see if you have one. Thank you. Thank you, Spire. Council, Dr. Overn. And I'd like to see you in the hall of fail plans for all of your sports past year and continue to support your goals. As we know, there's a place for our function. We functioned a little more effectively, a little more patiently, we support in the public, which cannot be as effectively what we would like in the practical. And that's also a kind of public that way. Also very pleased and honored. My best years report from 2000 are changing the manual reports and the rareities. Any other medical thankful this year, that I've known after a college, any other health disheareries in the U.S., which is always something for a very medical and accurate. Just a little forward, but we're going to do just kind of highlights, obviously, before you have a little detail on the course of how I think some of the highlights are. In 2013, how did of National Police Department, served as a population of just under 26 hours, and that's the same question I think that has been passed. As of the end of the year last year, we had 76 more blue-high-maltred green, seven non-sports, blue-high-maltred snails, and now it's 20-centred. Last year also, we began the implementation. We made a lot of changes into the department. We had some requirements, and we also do the tire. And it said, well, we have to do, again, very important, and I'm going to have the right to stay afterwards with the right option, though there are more of us, and all of our student personnel have contributed and breakfasts, a lot of the ideas and some of my career currently happening. I'm pleased that for us those Chinese and the deployment that just took me and I, and I'm continuing my leadership all idea that we can continue obviously our service to the label and for our fish and to make the poor thing. I'm very pleased that as far as progress and importance may, I think that I cannot be more proud of our media plan and media organization. And expect that progress continued. We also had two more community watch programs, the exact community watch program, and now that is on main, playing at Princess Tuk-Tuk-Tuk-Tuk-Tuk-Tuk-Tuk-Tuk-Tuk-Tuk-Tuk-Tuk-Tuk-Tuk It raises total about 16. You know, we've got a couple of others having in the works. Had around 1,323 hours total of training for all the important personnel. That's a tremendous amount of training hours. Not full spread out over 76, one personnel and the seven subpoenas. ABC, we had 439 inspections of ABC establishments, 33 in plant kits, all we had to submit four violations. I think that's pretty good. It's big time. I think more people that work ABC, which I know Brenda, Masters, is retiring and's got randoms over that as the sordid and control grows. If you can't do a fine job, you're going to get a great job training. I'm getting everybody at the speed. I think we've been getting very clean with that. At 23,000 and 18 calls for service across the 27% of them. They're being called to requires a public report. Now those calls for service do not count traffic stocks. Some of the various miscellaneous things we do is my plan is to generate an incident report or we take some type of property. So there's actually a lot more that's done than that. Actually, captures and data. At 28007 to the arrests made 5,600 and 14 offenses. Every spot time was about 5 minutes and 15 seconds for the top 10 most critical calls to clear more some of them serious dials, no nuts or your skulls. Clearly that being added we can get there a bit quicker, I'm thinking of the big global community. It has had a hundred ninety-three million out of this. It broke six thousand and four hundred ninety-one track of South Asians. And in the West Asian, six thousand and six hundred and big seven track of crashes. A good portion of the record, thirty, thirty, thirty-four percent of those are in parking lot. It's a very minor crash. And again, most of the reasons for the crash and those are in parking lots, very minor crashes. And, again, most of the reasons for a crash to include hearing collisions, very reduced feedback, and some small calls. I think after that, the attention and then packing, like collisions, and then, failure to deal with it, like those were tough, four calls, and that's consistent is very consistent. We're going to try to crash the causes over the years. Although it's been a slight increase in reported violent crimes over the last five years in Nashville, we're spreading a flat end out, a little miss, big increase if you look at the trends. We're reporting top-of-the-crime events that trended upward in that same time, mostly created by property crimes. So we would have a big spag, that's not bad, much different that we've been staying in the country in general. What we're seeing in the tree end is a, in some places, most places we've been doing that peak in the topocrine. But here, we're very fortunate, In some places, most places, food and food are not taken by the profit crime. Here, we're very fortunate as compared to 2012, our profit crime reported by the actually drops, and cited the reported profit crime, which also brought the total profit crime index down. Of course, we operated high-large or high-large, 40 UCLs, or sometimes it adds a little bit here from the DCR to have to convert it back. But essentially, it was a pretty decent year. Me and I see it roughly the time that's good. The old road, and in this, it's pretty good. So here, it's really by large means, just to be quite frank with you, which is a property crime that's wrapped in the old road. It's good. a property crime that's wrapped in real-world goods. And that's pretty too much of it. Again, I don't want to let the community all share this in the staff and push it off the floor and work the day. I think my job is a lot easier to make people that we have. And obviously, we want to be able to cancel the measure and hopefully do work for them for the day. I think it's pretty much the same for that time. Mayor. Thank you for your time. Mayor. Thank you for your time. Mayor. Thank you for your time. Mayor. Thank you for your time. Mayor. Thank you for your time. Mayor. Thank you for your time. Mayor. Thank you for your time. Mayor. Thank you for your time. Mayor. Thank I just can't say enough about the job. She's going to have this first year. A lot of change. If you notice the last few council meetings almost every one, we have a place officer retired. I'm going to see some more senior officers retired. We got a lot of young officers coming up over there and they're doing a great job of mentor them and leading them and he's really made some pretty significant changes in our staffing and our teamwork over there and he's done a great job for his first year and we look forward to things. Not only growing up, a 16, I think now he's a 16 neighborhood watching you. That's a lot. I mean that's pretty much one for neighborhoods. So then they're just done a great job over there. But I would remiss if I didn't mention the jobs Chief Nord has done. I also commend you. I don't work closely with you as a manager does, but all my interactions have been very positive and very professional and you've got great officers who do wonderful jobs. But I was just doing some figuring. That's 23,000 calls over 63 a day year-round. And I think you certainly think the way I'm often saying that they do well. And I appreciate your report. That was a very short and concise report for a whole lot of work. Thank you. All right. A lot of work. What other, I appreciate both the else comments. Thank you, Judy. Thank you, Judy. a lot of work. What other project would be else? Comments and thank you for your time. Thank you, Jake. All right. I have seven, Mr. Leonard. Seven, seven, eight, seven, eight, seven. I was always in a brilliant agreement with North Carolina Department of Transportation for the moment. Yes sir, thank you Mr. Mayor. This resolution will be prepared by the City of Green. And it's for the Green reflecting changes in the calls, as well as the, the city will be left with a ring of 30, 30, 40, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50 I'm just wondering if every year since my age. And I think they realized that we were going much more. And we had, that day could be much, the cost. So they were doing a lot better. They got the moment less. Well, as we all know, the appearance of our community is very important to us and if there's an area that's not being taken away, we are generally taking it over. That's one thing. We've been playing for a lot. But now I'm entertaining the most, motion for this by reference. I mean Mr. Mothick makes the motion go ahead a second. Second, Mr. Barrel, any discussion? I'll play with that. I'll post. Motion carries. Thank you. Mr. Leonard, you're going to stop there in the parking regulations. Apple, to the downtown area. It's our point. You also have an ordinance to clear about these areas. I'm just going to leave the parking regulations and do some math showing the math. That would be fantastic. So the math is basically scheduled. So, I will take this opportunity to say in my defense I did not say there was enough parking down there. I guess I answered. I came back up here and listened to the tape. I was taking a pass. It was very hard in the playbook for my students on the parking. I thought, I didn't say that. So I came back to a very listen to the tape, and I didn't say that. So, but it's a pretty good thing to do it. It's a pretty good-fledged. Now, may I take an issue with you saying there's some letter to the editor? No, to the paper is, let's say, come on here. Anonymous column to the detail. With Roman carries a great deal of work. It does one year at the target. That's the point, that's the point. Okay, just a good question. Yes sir. Do you have any maps or adopted by reference in the resolution? Okay. I have a motion to approve my reference. And I move you to a piece of these wooden sticks. And I'll move that down to Mr. Bale. The second time, Mr. Drew Bale. Just like keeping some of the ball, it's complicated so I'm looking at anything that's going to be a discussion. I want to play with that. I always, most of the carries, like you. Mr. Thank you. Oh, Mr. Hutchins, another city boy that has been under the gun lightly, doing fine in job. Mr. Hutchins don't break the phone to the operation for free removal. I'll call up Mr. Sadie after you get an ice call. Thank you, thank you. And really, you know, too much maintenance. We have to get my skull done for the next week. Thank you, mate. Um, and real quick, you know, if you buy tickets, we have to buy a 30-year-old brand. And buy a pass of eight of them. Next week, kids, how far do you want to go in next week? So you're going to get more of your mowing? Huh? You're logging for your mowing? I know, you're going to get more of your mowing. I know I've got a couple days ago, it looks pretty bad out here. Now, the phone was actually launched, it's 8.7, and so we started out getting pretty dead in there, equipment, that's all. Traffin trailer, it's a walkin' four trailer, the guys can move this idea up through it. Back out, we've got a big stuff up, set it in the plastic tray, and we got a bunch of magic gear, that walked forward to the front to glory. So what's now or not using that kind of switch, because now we're seeing things. Totally an hour's work. This is pitch for somebody by car close to street. They just now managed to clean that. Right now, it's just a pick up. 6 to 777 hours. 6 to 200 and 7 hours. That's, and roughly, it probably just gets, and the numbers I say almost like 1 to the 3rd of that or both of them, that's probably over time. And those were man hours dedicated to just picking up the green. And reason why we didn't start picking up the green to master the chin and the Monday after the storm. So we got back to March 7th on Man Island, because there was a lot of time left in the streets. That was our first priority in the district, so we didn't start picking up on Monday. I don't agree with you so far as of yesterday. Now I asked this morning before we started out again, was my 1,000, 1,000 was 1930 times, was 8000 gbps, it's kind of a rough estimate but I did it's 10,000, 10,000 times the growth rate turns out to 8,000 gbps, I think they like gbps. I'm going to see some of these brush piles of the lights in my cold pump on the street. As you're doing right around town, the streets don't look like that anymore. One of the things we're doing right now today is the Gargostrucks running on the east side of town. They're getting brush points. And no more, they were on all town today on the east out and number of points in the hit we could probably pick them up half a day with nothing else. They're going to be running the west side and marlin along those morns and what the hit does upset and then hopefully no words will cover the the town today. Our whole town will be covered in the next two days. And that should be the end of our cutoff day being said. And that's pretty much it, must be having questions. Okay. How long do the manager speak for a client? You should. That is the manager's trick. Oh man. Till the next half lady man, drive on. Now, now what's that is? That's big tree across the street. I think I'm going to get it across the street. Yeah, I'm going to smith you up. Now we had to get the street up and point that up very quickly. I don't think that's how it took well. The whole town was, was as scary, but. Grace going with all those huge trees. Really took them on children, you know. A lot of big trees all together, that last time I had a small zone, was actually around 200 trees that fell into the streets. That's not counting thousands of children on buildings of just the streets. They were actually blocking the entire street. And about 80, 88 of those were wrapped up in pyro-miles of utilities. But now we have some people who are in facility maintenance and from our resources, who came down electrical space, had the tears off the fire count of the years. So we went outside, we had all the trees cleaned up a Friday night except for one of the power so we went back out Saturday morning they checked those lines and made sure that they kept the check home to be out clean and then by Saturday about five o'clock all streets were clean. Two comments, one you guys have done an amazing job and I have had numerous citizens stop me and tell me to pass on their thanks. You've done a great job. Everything they were doing in town, I've had somebody from individual neighborhoods talk to me about what a great job you did and how quickly you got a lot of that cleaned up. The second comment I have had actually had just this week, three people stopped me and said that they were having trouble getting it to the street and they were waiting for professional crews to come get something off their house or in your backyard or whatever they kind of Interested or concerned about what happens after Saturday as far as Charging I know that's our policy and that's what we said, but there are people out there still trying to get them to the street That's not your policy question, that's a policy question for these people. How do you mean to put your own spot? Did you clear that up? What is that suggestion? On my way, I always say, we'll say it's cash, but it's... That's fair enough. I guess Mary could call us tomorrow our first thing Monday we can send a supervisor out there could she can assess the situation that's a good idea we sent some on to it and it's not really good to do that we can make another one okay go back right now most everybody's going to of all the people that used to trim up this time of the year. For people who were thinking about curving the trees to side of the wood. Well, and that might be the fair way to assess each individual situation. I've been a friend and still got one on the house and waiting for a tree-cree to come do it. Good job. And if you will, tell all of your people, good job. What's up, what's up, what's up? Any comments? I'm sorry, I'm sorry. And importantly, I've also heard no complaints. I mean, nobody's at 20, 20, everybody's been pretty tall and over the size of what happened. I've heard any Michael Point service have been. Many people have heard of this and have more complaint telling powerfully not to be able to watch that fight. That's not the biggest thing. That's not the biggest thing. It's not almost the same topic. It's the most important thing to talk about the energy and how the devil can get those energy in the town. Call the mayor. And time also says, get you a general. Attempt, leave it on. Or the energy is not worth the same. Okay. Thank you very much, Dave. Thank you. Good job. Absolutely. Okay, and you are going to give us a review of the existing recycle recycling contract and request a review. But I suppose there's too much of a sudden contract with an experienced unit area and we're just reviewing the contract as a local folk. And the condition made the same $30 a pound, $36 a month a term. And it permits no maintenance or recycle materials. Again, it's been one of the most popular programs. I thank the City's every time we got it down to a part. And the co-mainland is the most important part of it. No, we have a part of it. We air. This is starting our curbside. I've been granking in curbside and that is one of the best things that we've done in the city. It's very convenient. So we've been operating mayor month to month and we just asked that he give us permission to go ahead and rework the contract and set it. We'll adopt it in June. We'll arrange a lot of one startup and have another three year period. We'll see what happens with the county land feeling all that and gives us some time to see how that all that shakes out. Oh, Kim might be able to do that. That's a problem. Thank you. I'm going to have to go to the next slide. and the and the and the and the and the and the and the and the and the and the and the and the and the andth and 10th in terms And I will say that we are currently setting an escrow account associated with the banking terms. But there is the possibility that there will not be a need for the escrow account and the bank is okay with only the amount of money that comes out to the application is sufficient and necessary. At least in 4,300 actually purchase and receive those The reason for that is really actually, first of all, the students, those who are really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really Yes, I'm trying to see if that's the right answer. Just in the city. There are actually a bunch of my reference. There are any questions on the cabinet? It's like friends. Any questions in the series? I want a tiny motion to approve this resolution by reference. Move to approve by reference. Any motion by Mr. Burk's? Here's your hand. I was saying. Second. Second. The third. In discussion. All right, I'll say off. And all the parts of the carries. Thank you. You were doing other words. Later. Yes, later. Just at this moment. Yeah. Yeah. I notice that we don't have a Yes, I just I just know Yeah, I never say we don't have a number at the top of the resolution is that something that I I'm just wondering what it is. Yeah. Yeah. No, no. That is the resolution now. That is the question. The chair has ordered four minutes after all of the results. I thank you for this. If many of these cheap world box so much. No box of box. No box of box. No box of box. Box of box. All right. This race, I am Aaron. Very, so very wonderful. Thank you. Thank you. Yes, sir. As you heard, the previous presentation by the attentionist is that he was taking the opportunity to read on the number of the cars you were earlier at. Two days. I'm going to be reading on the part of the earlier part today. I swear that really isn't that the amount of time that I'm going to take for granted. The thing that I'm proud is on the part of the federal community in the third round process that has required a must-feel application for questions that are about to be a designated contact. So all the contacts that are on this resolution are obviously not so much of our own, so I really need to discuss this in private contact. This is the first step, and the additional documents that are going to get other financial steps to make these days through the emergency period of emergency. separate version of the use of all of these new systems. So, there is a key number of our members and our colleagues, and thank you for that. I have a question for you. I would like to ask you a question. I would like to ask you a question. I would like to ask you a question. I would like to ask you a question. This is step one, I do not have for this, this will be very, very, very, very, very, obviously, we've got to anticipate the number of this. And so I'm going to head to college, and I'm going to make this year, and we're going to make every, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, I recommend that you adopt this resolution. I reference to the rules to start the process. This is the case. Questions and a few. It has been made just for the record. President asked the clarinet. That was asked to do. And we should get 100% reimbursement in a well-documented cost involved in a claim from the storm. That's what we have to say. The federal first aid research is getting reimbursed. Whether they... I agree with all the rates that is yet to be determined. Because FEMA has some rates that there are some of the puttin and some stuff that there is in the Herschel Pino rate. So, there's been going to have to be just some discussion on that. We've used in our documentation our palble rates which is another approved way of valuing the services that we provide, but I do yet to determine whether this go around with all the different kinds of things. So whether it's 100% of what I actually have on paper, it will be what they bring to the pre-verse at place on the air. Well, let's hope it's home somewhere I cost. And I know you're very diligent in your record keeping. Things I've been in here and were probably very impressed with the documentation to date. And unfortunately, man, we've had some prior experience, to be honest, so we kind of met with him before. I'll entertain the motion to approve by reference. No, we approve by reference. I'll give her a second. Off second. That's motion by Mr. Bateson, the second. One minute back. No, I'm sorry. Thank you. Thank you. Sorry. We won her many back. Oh, they're in discussion. All opposed. All opposed. Motion carries. Thank you. Thank you. Just as an aside, I will say, by an audience, no, this one, that definitely will be almost. But I think Mr. Hutchins told me that they would use the Fox and they would use the Fox in the 75 terms of salt. We were not a little far from the South, and we didn't feel good. There's a nest ring here, and we're kind of up there in the South. Our public acts, information channel channel like Matt, with the winter storm, saying this behind us, that this spring, or day early, we find a spell on the hurricane, saying that they had a so they were short-eyed at the South by yesterday. Yeah, they should, you know, as the land spill, I found a way to shoot down the wall. See, personal preparedness, because in power, I mean, 10 to power was out down the day, actually. So, from all times, so, very cool. Oh, you have on your agenda there, some upcoming events where I've been since $1,000 and it's Thursday and we are co-hosting that with the TA and the organizing episode. The committee meeting points to 30 misconstissette News Service on that. Judge Meade. Miss Horner, Miss Hanna. Okay. No time for your chamber, no time. The event is Saturday the 26th. The procedure is in fact, it's been out there. It's been taken. Not only is it placed in the room. Mayor's prayer breakfast is my first. Our speaker this year is so we just stay and then we just stay and that's the day we have it. 6.45. They actually will start serving. They'll about 6.30 if you were inclined to be there early. So we have a webinar coming up and we have a webinar coming up and it has information on she being your packet. We're up sign up for it. It's been a long time. I looked on the website. I didn't say the sign up. See, did you say the sign up? She'd get jammed. My idea is that we're in register online. We have a lot of information. We're going to send you a mail. It's going to be created through that search. We have registered online, and I will also mention the business group that are on. It's going to be pretty pretty, we have to register. We have to register. Oh yeah. If it means it's two hours, less than half years somewhere else, then this has required. Sorry, if you don't do it at the webinar, you're going to have to find another time to do it, either online or in person or in classes and all. So we'll set it up here mayor, show it in here, show it on the big screen in here and they'll be, you know, we'll have some snacks for you guys. Now, to clarify about the registration, we need to do that in the visual here. Is Joe somebody that can hear you at the COE? I think that Joe knows if you're going to be there and let us register first. If that, if they, the lead comes back and says you need to do it on your own, we'll have it. But Clark Wheel, get through that because he's got the additional requirement. I think he'll two birds and one star. So I understand Clark's problem, the long-standing. Also, we were far too renewed in Staten-Rican on the interest SER by April 15th. Is that for S&B? We're all from RPO. As you all know, I was just here for your press. It's a little special, because I, and this train to just renew. And I was able to just renew. And I was able to just renew. And I was able to just renew. And I was able to have a budget workshop in here on the way We're trying to go early and get back. Things were a little bad as far as actually. They started to catch us back. So, um, so, uh, we're going to know if we're going to catch us back. Yeah, we're meeting the next day. We're meeting the next day. Next day, okay. Yeah, that's where it is. Yeah, where is it? Yeah. Okay. That's the next item. You were sitting down for meeting in budget, but we're hearing about Thursday June 5th. And the budget adoption on the 20th of May. One thing not only. I'm sure the count is looking forward as the annual meeting, the summer meeting with the Housing Authority. And I think you may have received an invitation at your house, but we were talking with the Housing Authority this week, that may change. So look for it. Oh, you can. The May 13th. They have changed it already. We're all going to. Okay, sure. May 13th. No, May 13th. All right. So you Okay, they're ahead of us. Okay. And the budget adoption. One thing I'd like to just make sure no further record are order resources directed Michael Rooney. Graduates tomorrow from the municipal administration course at the UNC School of Government. So if you say Michael, they're very do I hear more than that. I'm not going to all for your time. Thank you. Thank you. I'm very grateful. I'm always very grateful. You're here. This is your name. I'm going to go to the building day there. Check the hill tomorrow the Michael's graduation. That's something I would have worked great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. Great. But the downside to this short agenda is that there's not a lot going on in the city as far as the building. And the economy's booming at some time, our planning is only working, compared to the reality of the show. So, it's going to be a good thing to see. Oh, Mr. Howard. There's one of which everybody is happy and blessed at Easter a couple of weeks in advance. What's your name? Mr. Howard. Good evening. Thank you all for being here and I will adjourn the meeting. All right, that's you, Paul. I'm Dr, I just wanted to apologize. I'm sorry, I just wanted to apologize. I'm sorry, I just wanted to apologize. I'm sorry, I just wanted to apologize. I'm sorry, I just wanted to apologize.
