Good evening ladies and gentlemen, we'll call the e-screen regular March weth to walk 2,000 meeting to order and welcome each and every one of you. Thank you for being here. I'm going to ask you to stand with me and go in and along with a soft meditation. I would invite you to pray in any manner that you are comfortable and also ask that you keep and one of our city employees just had a hip surgery this week. Steve Pay our safety manager is recovering from hip surgery and I think he's doing very well. He came home the day. Yes. Very well. It'd be nice if we could include him in our prayers, and we will follow the meditation with footage releases. Thank you. United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, in the visible liberty and justice for all of us. Thank you. We have a special guest tonight that I would like to introduce what we have from 3rd to 527, First Methodist Church. It's got George Kurnes, George is working on his citizenship in the community. And communications. Well then you do need to stand up for it. Chris. Welcome and good luck with your scouting career and as I have known, we say do not give up on your eagle because the eagle will open more doors for you than just about anything you can do as young as you may. Good luck. Thanks for being here tonight Now is the appointed time for the public comment period so if there's anyone audience that would like to address Counts on in the matter of city business or concern now is your opportunity who would like to go first It's all yours. Thanks for having me. We're doing the City Council members. Mayor, City Manager. My thing is that I want to talk about the latest, we talked about last year, about the East Side Project. The Martin Luther King Drive, that my concern is that if we can fix certain things around City, we can do something over there. This has been a long overdue project, and it needs to be fixed. And I'm asking the city council to get in touch with the state or whoever you need to get in touch with. Let's do something about that project. My question, my next question is, have any of y'all rode over there lately on the east side of town? I mean, Martin Luther King Drive? Is that really a Martin Luther King Drive? I mean, I'm asking my city council. That's the name. But it's doing it like a Martin Luther King Drive. That's what I'm asking, do it look like a Martin Luther King Drive? I know y'all went down other Martin Luther King drives throughout the whole state. Do that look like a Martin Luther King Drive? That's I'm not going to just target east east side. I'm talking about North Asperger, South Asperger, West Asperger, East Asperger. I'm asking my city council, we need to fix this situation. If we can spend money to put us in the city, we can't afford to pay. We can't afford to pay. We can't afford to pay. We can't afford to pay. We can't afford to pay. We can't afford to pay. We can't afford to pay I'm talking about North Asperger, South Asperger, West Asperger, East Asperger. I'm asking my city council, we need to fix this situation. If we can spend money to put a sign on our tile right there, we can spend money around town to fix certain things. And I'm asking y'all to do that. I'm not telling you and I'm not begging you, but I'm trying to come up here saying this when we can fix it. can fix this problem and this has been an ongoing problem for 20 years. Here we are in 21st century and we can't do nothing for our days out of town. They pay their taxes just like everybody else do but they can't they get the rest of everything else. Look at our pretty gem of their admin. Looks great. I give my city council and my mayor and the city manager, I give you a prop. It looks great. Y'all did a heck of a job on that building. It looks great. But I'm seeing to my city council, city manager, the mayor, let's do East Side of Town. Let's make it a nice part of town. Let's make it track that we want to go on that side of town. I don't live on that side of Port Town. I think everybody knows why I live but I won't say it. But anyway, let's fix that side of town. I'm asking. It's it. It have actually been working on a plan. Okay. We want to do the game drive. And we've submitted it to D&T including a determined gutter or a child on the side of the longs and walking straight in his way up in the street lights. With the street lights, if we can spend the money to put it over at me, I want to see them kind of lights on that side of the time, if it ain't but two. It'll be an improvement better than what it is now. Our standard requires considerably more than two things. I'm just saying, if it's not in the budget to do this, let's start with something. We have a plan that will be working on the whole century last year. Okay, that's great. We also said the government moves slowly and I know that. I understand. No, it's no excuse. We have submitted to the DOT in that interstate road, so whatever we do over there will have to evolve the industry. Understand that. And I like to see as a citizen of Asperl, I like to see more industry come to Asperl. I like what I'm just saying, I like to see more jobs, I like to see more opportunities for every walker life, not just black, white, whatever. I want to see more opportunities and it's not here, it's not here. We got to drive wouldn't. 30 miles to get a good job to pay the bills every month or whatever, but I like to see that happen. And my next thing, and I'm gonna sit down and I gotta leave, is that I was listening to some things last night I was talking to some people about the opium thing here in Asperger. It's getting worse. It's getting worse and worse and worse. And I'm asking my city council, I'm not telling you, but I like to see y'all out in the community talking to the people in the community. Ask them what can y'all do to help them? Because it's getting bad. The open use here in Asperger's getting real bad. We're averaging what about nine a day? Though these are more it's time people to get it right. It's time to get it right. It's time to get it right. And I'm going to close with this. Thank you for letting me stand up here for 5-10 minutes. But I'll see you next month. I hope that the Lord let me see it. Help is not as good as I wanted to be. But hey, I'm going to say this and I'm going to leave. I'm going to challenge you. See the counts. I'm going to challenge you. I'm gonna say this and I'm gonna leave. I'm gonna challenge you. See the cancel. I'm gonna challenge you. Yeah. I'm gonna do a leave with it. Yes sir. We can use your help. We mean in all the citizens in a manner. The project that you described the more of those can drive a widening project with permanent data, sidewalks and taking, taking rehabilitation comes out of the maintenance and pavement preservation fund. The only fund that the Department of Transportation has right now that is solving is the highway trust fund. And that's a special project fund for reconstruction like back to our barfax. It is all much to expand. There are several projects laid out in the Rock and Him barfax was the last one in the neighborhood of the Concrack. several projects laid out. And Rockett, him, Bob Pash was the last one in the number two, he was the contract. I tell you all that, I tell you. In this, I think the preservation of mine that's done, they're working on a three-week cash plug that haven't put a new project out to be in since March of the year ago. And it won't not be any new projects put out to be a big one. Start resharing or anything prior to July 1, 2021. Trevor and I looked at him, the regional planning board that lists these projects and everything has been washed on hold essentially. So the health that I'm asking you is, there's many factors involved in this. Compact, Senator Jerry Kiln. I know Jerry. Neil. Senator Hurley. This little require a legislative solution. It will require a bipartisan solution to the restructure of the situation. But I share all this with you not to bully the tears. But in a matter of what we do, there is no funding in the highway department at this time. The project is on the list. But as far as there's nothing for us to do, so execute until they restructure their funding in the highway department. Which is different from the state, it's two different funding propositions whatsoever. If you see your representative talent, they need to work on the highway department funding so that we can push for the very project you're asking for. I know Jerry, I know MacNeill, I know a lot of it. They need to hear from people other than just our sales. Is it this matter? Okay. I will at this moment. I will share this and I will leave that. I understand what you're saying, Mr. Walker, that that's good. But my thing is that we have 20 years to fix this problem. We have 20 years. Here we are in 2020 and we have done nothing for that side of town and it comes that and I'm gonna sit down and I'm gonna share this with you. Now we got people walking up and down that side of the street all the time and this hurt my heart is because one of my coworkers this past Sunday night got ran over in Lexington, Killed because it was no sidewalk. He's 43 years old and lead behind three kids. And my thing is to the City Council in the 90s, what are we going to do? We're going to wait for somebody to get killed before we act. It takes that kind of stuff. But I say to you the 90s, less get it right. I understand what you see on Mr. Muffet. I appreciate it. But it's time to quit making excuses. I'm not seeing you as I'm making excuses. I know I'm trying to do a serious job, I'm asking for you. I'll go talk to Jerry and McNeil and all of them. I know them very well. I serve on some things with them, but it's time to get it right. That's what I'm saying to my city council. And Mr. Mayor, City Manager, City Council members, thank you, and good night. Thank you, Mr. Honour. Thank you, Mr. Honour. Thank you. We're calling the City of New Mexico. Oh, you'll be. I'll be. Okay. It is active and vital. I'd like to invite Tammy O'Kale to come to the front and join me if you would. Ladies and gentlemen, years ago as our traditional economy, we had to again, the fall here, but always paid bills, well, waker and not- County Information Nurses, solving the core tourism development. And established that had only the opposite of the banks on campus. County goes to government agencies, but it's funded by all the local entities. And 29 years ago, by 29, you know, just made a reflection of the zoo in tourism promotion and marketing ideas. But she has found her last 29 years working on tourism and travel consumption. Right, okay. Y'all think of the gap that our traditional economy was leaving. I've been in all those years of how much tourism and travel assets that we have in North County hands. She has spent 29 years aged, So I was just trying to ask her, to have a little bit of a sense of the story of the first time I was in the school, and I was just trying to ask her, and I was just trying to ask her to have a little bit of a sense of the story of the first time I was in the school, and I was just trying to ask her to have a little bit of a sense of the story of the first time I was in the school, and I was just trying to ask her That is big. That is huge. And Channing is director of our tourism development authority. Back in 2013 she was appointed to the North Carolina board of travel tourism. And worked her way up and spent the last five years. I believe as chairman of that group, and normally on some nice chairman board one year, and then they're very good at it and nobody in the 40s. I would say in this case that Tammy's very good at, I believe in my heart, there's nobody, very, very few of you, if any, that are better at tourism, travel promotion, than Tammy O'Kelley. She was recently awarded the Orlando Athlete Travel Connect Conference. She was basically awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award for her work in Travel to Tourism. We're proud of her naturally and some of her families here tonight and some of her family is here tonight and some of her four chairs here. The two of them, the development four chairs here and we are very proud of her and only half of the city and the city council we wanted to present our own Tammy O'Kale, who is the best in what she does. A ask for a proud award for the recognition that she received in the oil. And the recognition that she brings to ask for a grand dog county. It's amazing what her work and her staff did for this county. So thank you for proud of you, and we love you. While 29 years sound a lot go on top of the room, you do $29. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. We'll love you again. While 29 years, San Juan go on top of the room, you do $29. Thank you. Thank you. Can I say a couple of words? Thank you from the bottom of my heart because honestly this means a lot more to me than any of the other things to be honest with you. And I really appreciate it. And I want to say thank you to the mayor. We go way back to my high school hops barbeque waitressing days. Telling on myself. You know it's true Katie. And he's been such a great supporter of tourism and I also want to think the city manager because I will say from a personal note John is a good friend and he's been there for me through the good times and some of the pretty hard ones and we have a deal between us that if either one is going through a hard day and needs to be reminded to keep putting one foot in front of the other, we call each other and we'll meet and we'll chat. And it probably seems like a silly thing but it means a lot to me because I probably call, I'm sure that I call him a lot more than he calls me. And he's not here tonight but I also want to thank how Johnson, our county manager because how took a chance on me and without him I would not be standing here tonight and I also want to recognize Phil Camp who was no longer with us but who also was just such a friend and such a help to me and understood tourism and understood the value of going to Raleigh with me and helping me lobby for Ashbro and Randolph Kellney and I sure miss him a lot. And I also want to think Linda Brown who is here somewhere. There she is because honestly I could not do this if it had not been for her and she's just been such a strong advocate for me and I want to thank her for that. And I am very thankful for our board chairman David Karin and Diane Via from the North Carolina Zoo where I started out and Amber Renee Schinas with us and of course I thank my family and especially my husband because he spends a lot of time without me and but he understands and I want to clarify one thing and I wish Mr. Armstrong was here because I hate for him to miss this but Ashboro was we're gonna be okay And we do have jobs in ashboro. I just had a conversation with Kevin Franklin just the other day About the job opportunities for the mass acne folks who were gonna be displaced and he said Tammy The job opportunities are here, our unemployment is low. We actually have a lot of employers who can't hire people, we're waiting to get people trained and we're trying to get people to go to work. So we're gonna be good here. Some of these projects might have to wait, but at the end of the day, we are all in this together and it is truly a partnership and I really appreciate it and I just can't tell you how much this means. Thank you. and life is that I've refused to use notes. And when I don't refer to them enough, I always leave something out. The lifetime of Tim were the award that Tim was awarded in Orlando came from the women in tourism and travel international group. The international group of women that in the travel tourism group. So it did not mean to slide. It was a connect marketplace, so you guys. But I didn't mean to slide that over looked at the importance in significance of that award. And it is always wonderful to be recognized by your peers. And as chairman of the state group and lifetime achievement award certainly obviously, you are well respected by your peers. Thank you. Okay, recently I don't have a black for you, but recently our own mayor Pro Tem Walker Moppet was appointed by the governor as chairman of the North Carolina Zoo Council. And you know, Ed Torrell coming here, you know, we're proud of Walker and he's been on the Zoo Council for a long time. And I was still scratching my head over how a democratic goater would appoint such a stonk to a poet. To that term and we're proud of who he walked her. And recently when I sat down here tonight, I found out that he was recently named Vice Chair of the RPO, which is rural planning organization, which he referred to earlier in his comments, Mr. Armstrong, about how he's funding and how he constructs and priorities. So many of you remember that the town of Jamaica made a career out of the RTO and lobbying for 73 and 74 for many years on behalf of the city and the county. So having someone in that position is certainly great for Asperger and the county. We appreciate you bringing home the bacon. We appreciate your work on from the half of us. And we're excited about what the zoo council and the Zoological Park has in store for the next three or four years. And we have tonight, Diane Via here, the funders of the magazine, and we're just really, really excited about reaching the million person milestone, and I think we're not far from that, and the expansions that you are designing and working on right now. So we have in that asset, an asset that nobody else in North Carolina has, and very, very few places in the whole country have an asset, tourism asset, as in North Carolina. So we're here to do what we can do to help you look that happen. I'll tell you about Lady Ride over over there does a whole lot for us. Yeah. Whole lot. Thank you. So longer we are believes that you are the chairman of the North Island Zoo Council and vice chairman of the RPO and expect great things from you. Well thank you very much. One night was it's an unbelievable honor of the night chairman that was served in so many years or mostly it's a very respectful of that. I will say that I'm very much looking forward to working with rich half-centimals and their current staff and the same society as we have bark on what will be the most exciting and expansive zoo programs that have been since quite frankly since the initial groundbreaking Australia Asia Fundraising is already well well in place this will easily top $100 million and about 600 thousand visitors and this will then the three four-year cycle is planning is already on what's going on. I look forward to doing what I can serve and thank you very much for your time. Thank you. We appreciate the notoriety of Brandar account showing our city. One thing I will one more in the tutorial comment here. We have a copy of the 2020 tourism guide for Randolph County that Tammy and her staff put out. Correct me here or yeah the 2019 guide that you did was awarded what? Travel guide of the year and that's also an international reward. Travel God of the Year and who would have guessed Randolph County did something like that. So just another example of the fine work that you do and your staffing. You go back and tell them we're proud of all of them. I'm going to call to the manager, Oliver, to take the next item. Thanks Mayor. Ask the retired public services director, Blank Laneis, and a good friend to come up. 36 years ago, started out, they got away, they all come to work on their corky heel and They worked on the way of the water worked all the way. We're tired. Last Friday. Now this is how an important point is, the big holy lift. Public services have been hit by the blue virus. My parole virus, the blue virus, my parole virus, the blue. So it would work for tens. So I've been half the people there on Monday. Everybody's here too, so you might be thirsty in about half on Friday. So we literally almost had to call a delaying that retirement to drop garbage truck. I mean, we were short-handed. I mean, David Hutchins, our public source director, now come on up your day with this. He texted me, Doug Kimpin, I sounded like, I'm not gonna make it tomorrow, I'll see you with set two, so when you had 60 people go home, you do an A's for people, yeah. So, uh, do I ain't left? And I left it's a big hole. I'm not a hooligan guy, I'm a showman. You're being a hooligan. He doesn't talk to other folks. He's a leafy draper. But, um, Duane's knowledge and his professionalism, and you just saw his candor's management. He just has the natural ability to manage people that fall in life behind him. He never, that's the racist voice in here. He gets mad, he's even keelel He just won the finest leaders I met and we joke a lot because We always say we've been through a lot together Two years ago With the public works just on Aaron air and I mean, keeping resources just on air and the Wayne was in the office over there and I told him to come on out and he actually came to work 10 more years. I tried to give this time to him, he was trying to give me some time back. So half of all of us, you're an inspiration to all of us, great leader and more importantly, I'm just one of the best friends of all. I just want to say that on behalf of all of us, great leader and more importantly, I'm just one of the best friends of all. I just want to say that on behalf of all of us, this is the official city retirement plaque. Now, I'll read it into the record here, presented to 2010 minutes. An appreciation for the voted service and public service of the vision. And this public service is a different tentative for 36 years to the city of Ashburg, 12, 17, 1984 to 29, 2020. Thanks very much. I would like to tell the Mayor of New Cancel that if you ever got a return on the message, this will live right now. I was just like to say thank you for everyone for working with me over the years. I spent over half my life here if you actually think about it. Because I'm 59 and I spent 36 years here so it don't seem like it. So thanks to each and every one of you. When you came to work here we were still in the old shop, right? Yes sir. The significance of that to the audience is that. Been bunch of changes. We had vehicles down there that had to be repainted. They would not fit in the garage. Yes. We would work on them out in the yard. Outside, because we wouldn't get into garage. Two tall garbage trucks and some of the bigger vehicles would not fit in the service garage. So you've seen a lot of change. A bunch. And have been a big part of a lot of that change. Thank you. Thank you, to everyone I'll be. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you Mr. Mayor, at their regular meeting on January 21, 2020, the Asheboro Airport Authority voted to recommend two people, Linda Brown and Keith Hodgin Jr. for your consideration and the appointment to fill a single vacancy on the airport authority. The point of that is that our requirement is that they fall over two names and we choose them. That's correct. That's why there were two names submitted for one decision, one clear by that. And you have those, you have more information or I believe is in there in your packet I will entertain a motion to accept one of these recommendations. Mr. Mayor I'm a Director of the Chair for consideration and evaluation of the many attributes and quality attributes above the candidates. I'd like to submit a nomination for Linda Brunner for our board. We have a motion to accept the application of Linda Brown for their board authority position. Do I have a second? Second. There's a second. There's Carter and the discussion. It's just that we're very fortunate to get two really good candidates. It's hard to get good candidates sometime, but how blessed are we that we get two good ones in this? It's always a tough decision when you get two really qualified folks, but good. It's good stuff. All in favor say aye. Aye. All opposed. Motion carries. Thank you. All in favor say aye. All opposed motion carries. Thank you. Mr. Mayor, with your permission and just for the record, Ms. Brown will be filling the unexpired term of Dr. Rich that will expire in 2022. So that's all I'm sure we'll be on there. Just a little bit. All right. Ms. Brown is here tonight. Congratulations. And thank you very is here tonight. Congratulations. And thank you very much for your interest in some of the net position. Thank you. Looking forward to it. Next item, Mr. Noodle, you are going to handle the business of all the Asperr planable. Mr. Spassel, is it an application for the Mainsam plan for it, by the President of the Linnan Garner. We did that so through last week. Ms. Garner's turn is such a tire January 1st of 2022. Any selection of video that they can see will serve out that term. We do have two applicants to present to council for consideration. They are Mr. Herod Anderson and Mr. Hermit Shipley. Both do reside in the city. We have to present the technical service. As with both applications, we will work a jet package for the board review and the operation. I'll be happy to say any questions on this. Councillor, any questions? I just want to know regarding these two applications. Here in the aisle, ask for a motion. Mayor Amidwe accept the application application of peril Anderson with publication. Again, if we have two very qualified candidates, I'm going to move Mr. Bell. We have a motion by Mr. Bell to set that picture out of the Anderson for the vacant sale on the actual plane board. I have a second. Second. Second. The slugs. Yeah. Thank you very much. Any discussion? I will say I. I. I. All opposed. I'm sure carries. I guess we already know the five. I guess we already know the five. Right to work. All right. Thank you for those two items. Council, you have in front, maybe a consent agenda. There's any item on consent agenda that you would like to remove for individual discussion or consideration. Here you know, I will entertain a motion to approve the consent agenda as presented. Mayor, I move we approve the consent agenda at the present. And the motion will miss the bell to approve the consent agenda. Do I have a second? Second. Second, Mr. Bucks. I'm going to discuss it. All the papers say aye. Aye. Any more opposed? Motion carries. I'm a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a little bit more of a is for consideration of a grant agreement between the NCUT Division of Aviation and the, and requires a 10% match from the city of 13,808 dollars. Staff recommends approval by reference. Can you give us a little overview of the rehabilitation. So they're going to be basically replacing all the lighting along the taxiway runway with newer LED lighting. Hopefully it's supposed to be more farant resistant because we've had a lot of issues with maintenance through the fire ants. And it also include all wiring, board under and under taxaways and everything like that. And also include the papi lights. I've found a lot of work, 138 pounds. It's good. Any questions? Okay. We need a motion to approve our reference. Yes sir. Very good. We approve my reference. I have a motion by Mr. Burke's to have a second. Thank you. Say you, Mr. Bale. In discussion. All fair to say aye. Bell. In discussion. I would say I am all opposed. Motion carries. Thank you sir. Mr. Augment, the report on computer software upgrade. Thank you. This current fiscal year we had until both the utility bill and operation and operation upgrade of our software. Remember, two years ago we were grant upgrading to Windows 10, which we still have it out. Don't have Windows 10. It's not supported anymore. We have switched to that. We've selected a new vendor as part of that process, which is munilink. Finance upgrades are going home. Want to report that staff training on the software will occur on March 17th. And the utility billing office will be closed that day. We sent closure notices out in the water bills. The bill in that day is on the website. It's in our Facebook and it's on our TV channel. That is the lowest volume day of our month. And that includes the bill in finance, water meter, environmental services and recreation staff. They all link in that software. They all be going for that. The final conversion will occur on March 26th. And then we'll be back at the B.F.A. operational, uh, on May the school's day. I think it will first. I just want to put that into the record that we will be closed that day. Contrary to what somebody's put on the place, we're not closed for St. Packers day. I don't know, I just admit my legs said the Patrick's Day better than me. My clothes. In my corner room. Yeah, thanks for that. We better pass it. We're doing courage-fingles if they do have questions you know to call or and of course they can still pay online, still pay for the machine, still pay on it by mail, and you can still pay by phone. And of course, if you're drafted, it'll be drafted. That's just one of the things you want. Okay. It would be a short meeting here. All right, upcoming events. Battery marks four things. The next installment of Sunset Signature Series. And while we have such an all-ghost grip of the patient tonight, the tourism authority, I will say that. The Sunset Signature Series is co-sponsored by the tourism development authority, part of the carolina, part of the development authority, the city of Ashburha and the Randolph-Frenzard and the Zoot. The last installment was a library, you know, whole hambers died hard. I was a member of the Friends of the Zoo in terms of that group of boys. I say that all the time. I was done that at the time. So it was habit. But the last installment was sold out. We actually had to turn people away. It's free, by the way. Get their early speed speed pain or Tim Decker Talks and paints and just incredible showmen and was on Jim Kimmel recently Quite a showman so that's Saturday 14th and 7. If you want to say you should probably get there around 6th. Same factory day celebration in Boston, Tannial Park on the 14th. That starts right after. Right about lunchtime. We're glad you're staying with us, but I think you would have been a great judge So and we'll start down there with you Okay Miss Knobes and you did a good job last week at your talk at the library. Thank you Mr. Berks while I was out campaigning at Porta Esprout, I did have a few people, four different people coming in and their complaints for similar type of businesses. One on at the corner of Beasley and Old Liberty Road, the automotive repair shop that's there that has 40 cars parked in the grass and they're frequently right on the white line of the road. I had two people complain about that. Two people complain about the automotive repair shop across from the Northgate Commons, the old Thomas Tire store that's up there. I had a complaints about that. And this morning had a third complaint for 43 minutes and 21 seconds on my phone this morning from an IRA citizen about just the condition overall appearance of that facility and I know Chuck's been over there to both of them on numerous occasions but I'm just getting more complaints about that for people in North-Fashburg. Something we can look into doing something I'm not sure exactly I think we're going to have to go take the inter-ordance. Yeah. Go ahead. Okay. Thank you for the kind of words. I look forward to working hard on these projects. Thank you. I have a question. Thank you. Is it something about the line around each side? Has that already been done? I have a question. Thank you, is it something about the light around the outside? Has that already been done? Is it going to be done? It's meant when we did, they got a whole new LED light. I don't know if that's anything. That's a point. But this dark thing, I mean, there's so far more. That might be, and that's something that the Trevor Thomas can address We can go and measure the foot canals between lights if there are dark areas we can request a new light pole We put up but all the straight lights in the city were converted to LED and probably put up, but all of the straight bikes in the city were inverted to the LED, which made a big difference, especially over there. But that's not to say they're not straight bikes that are too far apart. Yeah, that's why I think this is there too far. And we have that all over the place. If you can check in with that, I'm going to check in. We're going to get a couple more. We're going to get a couple more. We're going to get a couple more. We're going to get a couple more. Thank you. The real reason why the bill was closed in 17th is that you city manager first paid. You're not allowed to worship. John had to pay. John had to pay. John had to pay. I'm back up today. I could work with him. I'm not going to be in which part. I have to work with him. I'll see you in the next video. Yeah. And I'll take this out to Trinity and say, we'll play around with John's younger daughter, and I will have her 44. LAUGHTER Come on, come on. John, I just made it. Don't mind me, I'm going to Don't want to make it to the end. Don't mind me, but it's that curve. Okay, Mr. Schleer. I have since I was a kid, since the police academy, was just very complimentary of the police's walkroom, the police bring the police. The president of the academy of enrollment, the place where you're going to be. The president of that academy, with their skill, their expertise as a professionalism. He was just throwing on and on about how great a program that was and excited about the future of that program. But he was a very, very confident member of the place of enrollment. And again, just the quality and the first thing I'm pleased for something you should all be proud of. Thank you. Thank you all for being here. If there is enough I know else to come to the other side.
