Well, if you want to go ahead and read in our first item on the agenda. Thank you, Madam Chair. Before that, can I check for public testimony? That would be a great idea. Thank you, ma'am. Thank you. So, Madam Chair, just noting that we do not have any testifiers in our remote sites, just checking if we have any testifiers here at the beginning of the meeting anywhere else, meaning here in Hilo, out in Kona, Pohor, YMIA. Hearing and seeing none Chair, you do not have any testifiers. So with that, I can move on to reading communication 32..4. Do we have any testifiers for communication 322.4? Hearing none, communication 322.4. Quarterly affordable housing report, January 1 to March 31, 2021, from Housing Administrator Susan Kay Coons dated May 31, 2021, transmitting the above report pursuant to Section 11-19 of the Hawaii County Code. It's been moved by Council Member Liloi and seconded by Council Member Inaba. At this time, I will go ahead and invite administrator coons. Oh the lights went on. Oh another off. Good morning administrator coons. Good morning. My name is Susan Coons. I'm with the Office of Housing and I am here to answer any questions that you might have about the quarterly report that we just submitted. What you mind going through and sharing with us what's in the report and if there are any major changes we should be. Sure. So for during this period, so this is from January 1st through March 31st. It's covering that period. We are reporting that there are 10 for unit sales developed and sold. So that was done by HICDC. It's a self-help project out in I'm a law. We also added to this report 24 Rendo units constructed and being rented. That is being done by the DHL Liopua Village 4 phase 2. And there were no other changes made to that section of the report. In Exhibit One, there is a change for the listing for Bridge, Analia. You see 47 outstanding excess credit balance. Hold on just a minute, I'm reading some notes here. Oh, okay. So this number was added after assessment of the files for this project and determined that these credits are being recognized as bonus credits and not excess credits. So bonus credits meaning that they were awarded prior to the formation of chapter 11 through an ordinance by the county council. Let's see. And there are no changes to exhibit two. If you remember, I'm reporting that there are additional units that were adding to being completed. We didn't add the self-help houses because they're not rentals, so we didn't add them to exhibit two. So, therefore, there's no changes to that report and there are no other changes for the rest of the listing. Thank you administrative council at this time. Council member Inaba. Thank you. Good morning, administrator. Good morning. Just wanting to confirm. So the 47 credits were already provided for enlisted in the previous report. Your folks are just notating now that they're considered boldness. Yes, yes. Yes. Okay. Got it. And then could you point us again to the HICDC? Oh, so on the first page of the memo, item number three is where we report to you for sale units developed and sold during this period. So you'll see 10 units there. Perfect. Okay, thank you so much. I think this is super helpful to help us all keep a pulse on where we are with Thank you so much. Thank you so much. You're welcome. I think this is super helpful to help us all keep a pulse on where we are with affordable housing. Thank you. Teri, you're welcome. Any other questions? In that case, I just have one question. Is this bridge in a layup project, the one that was involved in the affordable housing credit scandal? No. great. Thank you. You're welcome. Thank you for clarifying. If there are no other questions or comments, all those in favor of closing file on communication 322-4, please say aye. Anyone opposed? We have six, seven members with us here right now and two absent Council members Glimba and Evans There's no other business for today This committee is now closed
