No sir. Thank you for the proof. Thank you Mr. Wood to approve. Thank you Mr. Stevenson, all in favor. Aye. A one question for the board. Back in the city of Compton. In 2015, he was brought up with a board. The zoning was incorrect. Out of the patch. Well, the shot was not raised. And the adjacent property in there also was up for sale. And they wanted to document the data so you have a commercial site. There's a service station that was there previously. I also do a new perspective on her that we've already talked about once before. And it perhaps worked anywhere and they told them up their sale of the property. before. We're told they're saying that we're told they're told they're told they're told they're told they're told they're told they're told they're told they're told they're We got a motion this perhaps to get it fixed second Mr. Osteen in discussion all the favor I Most of you can well it should have been From 1990 when the adopted the mass has been Just been brought up before I showed him the matter I'm not sure if it's in broad of the four. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Motion. Steve. Steve, may I go? All right. We have currently 900.8 active accounts since 20 that have been raised up by four. So people are starting to build that. FEMA, we're in the final stages of approval for reimbursement roughly about $630,000. Part of this will be for the warden who's been away for two place notes. FEMA has been either pricing other states in the whole panel and moving the list station across 3.9 to 20 warden, so we're just going to prop the, they're considered just an upgrade. I have reached out to our rule over association for help at this time. We're working on a $1.2 million grant with them to move the station and the control panel. We just completed our 22 to, it's going to be 23. 22, 23 out of'm 22 to 23 audit. For the first time ever, we had zero corrective actions on our report. This is the first time in over 10 years. So it was a very good audit. Good deal. Some of the board members and I feel is our obligation to inform you that our board meeting on Monday, 17 June ended up completely and early inappropriate. A board member threatened not only an employee but others in the gallery. It got to the point where the Sheriff's Office was called to send a deputy to our meeting. Next thing, rider pumps. We are on our final stages of replacement. We have had to purchase 14 schools of control wire due to the state not purchasing enough 75 to 100 foot tables for the long run. We have approximately 15% of the minus remaining to be completed. We have had contractor 15% of the minus remaining to be completed. We have had contractor concerns brought up to us and the county, Leon had obliged and looked at some of the completed installation. At this point we have stopped one contractor from going forward with any more installation in order to go back and do correct the issues. Today we did look at 60 and 10 of them needed to have some kind of correct the date. And that's all I have for the team. Thank you, Mr. Seve. See, all that on that meeting, you and I spike on the 2C. And sort of plan a place to, for the vice president. And so all that, the perils and y'all run all this through, right? The meeting, though, we're emerging, we're having on Monday, the chairman will refuse himself that the vice-comer will think over the house. Okay. That should have a little bit of a better careful meeting. And there's going to be one topic. Right. Right. Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Mr. Mailey. Meeting number one. Just a couple of quick stats updates on our projects. The EIC were still working on the value engineering items to see about reducing the cost of that we met with there in an instant yesterday came up with some more ideas there so we will have some of the next building. It present to y'all as far as that project goes. During that meeting yesterday we also discussed the two new fire stations on VWhew and one up at 351.49. We've got a good work as far as the full plan moving forward. So we'll be working on our task board borders and have those too, all as well for the next meeting. Old Town Fire Station, construction is still going on. They actually board-slab lab today, as well as the old. So that's moving on quite well right now. Um, the, uh, CDBG application or CDBG project for 9.5 97. Provided the county with a couple documents, uh, believing it's on tonight. Um, and that will allow us to submit the plans and the environmental review to floor commerce for review. Once those two items are approved, we will request authorization to add a power supply so we should be moving, getting closer, construction, and here in the near future, since we can get all that proved with Fort Commercial Field. And the last two things, A Second Avenue is advertising. It started last week. We've got a pre-bid meeting schedule for June 27th, and the bid opening will be July 16th for A Second Avenue. And Sheriff's Office evidence building, we sent another iteration of the full plan, how weeks or so ago. And we're looking for the Sheriff's Office to prove that, so we can start putting together the actual full set plans on that project and get that one to the floor. That is all I have. Let's show having questions for me. Thank you. Yes sir, thank you all. Mr. Lockler. You didn't check before. Just a couple of quick updates. We started work on the Horseshoe Beach Reging, County Sponey Reging, and Charlotte Island projects. It's kind of soft, but it doesn't really have to be bad. Survey work is started in Horseshoe. It's going to take another 30 days or so according to the survey to finish that. It's done a lot of plan survey and I've got a little bit of energy to get into all of the canals. We have a site visit set up for all of the set up next week. We have a coastal engineering set in Hutch. We're going to run all the places and make sure that they provide them with anything you can see and also get a geotech testing of the sediment in canal, sediment at the beach, and then sediment at the spoil site, we're going to match up in certain criteria to be able to bring that in. So, where we are on that, all I have on this here is any questions from it. Hang on, I have one man. You get me this to speak at in right now. If you go any questions, he can probably have. I was going to offer up. Of course you beat we own a survey. We had an all of a now survey about a year ago. We had our all of the now surveyed about a year ago. We had our own record. And we'd be glad to pass that forward to seeing you that second survey. I appreciate that. See, note of why we have to do a certain type of that symmetry survey of an hour, channel, but we can utilize that. We have to show conditions right now, versus what we've got to be designing tips. If they're good to you, then I can make sure I'm certain to take it. Yeah, more data's better than plastic. That's right. That's all I have now. Okay. Thank you very much. I'll be sure to get rid of that. Yeah. This is the better we get stuff in the world. I have one principle. Yes. I know they sent some paperwork about two you for some more information where we are So we got an RDI from both the Water Management District and Army Corps We're going to robust RDI with more than I had hoped 21 questions We're going to move this back if we can There's a site visit that has to be done organized Drive shoot for next week depends on their availability the district We're working to do it. Please. I'm just I mean please we need to get that though. I agree I hope for less than 21 questions Well, thank you very much. Yes, and I appreciate everybody. Thank you very much. I appreciate your very much. Thank you, Mr. John. Ms. Cindy, she's not here. Mr. Freeman, he's not here. Ms. Derrott. Mr. Rose. I do have one item for understeem code 4. We did get the I do have one item for understeem code enforcement. We did get the order back from BET on the tires behind the executive church in old town. They have 21 days to comply with that. There's some very high fines associated with that. It's a $2,000 court cost fee initially at front and then a $10,000 for a day. I'm happy about the D&P issue to that. I know you got some phone calls on that because they had another load of tires coming there and get off loaded. Yeah, very good. It's because they've already been issued a warning and they had an order in place coming down the pipeline. That could turn into something worse for that individual. But the order is in place to announce the waiting game for the 21 days to expire. I'll put a question on that. At $10,000 a day, it won't take that's fine long to exceed the property's values. Is there a cap on that or can it just run from billions of dollars on their transmission? In the same time? Yeah. It's a matter of whose hands it is seeing. It's still, it's still, there's got to be some stopping points to say this is our property. You no longer own this property. The people that own the property, that's not their property somebody else. You just kind of think what you said if it's their property, they're property. But where is the stopping point? Because we've been fighting this for years. Oh no, I think it's end of the 21 days. You'll start to see the state. We've added them. They will clean it up. I have a copy of that order, I've been sent that over. I had to kind of gather out my files quickly for the meetings. They had, so Mr. C kind of touched on a little bit. I got the phone calls, I got the emails, I got the text messages on the ground, the phone situation in swanity. Most of this board knows we went through a 31-T or the old utility company. Utility companies have a umbrella of scope of work that they operate underneath with some exemptions applied to them because their utility company, the building department doesn't get involved with doing inspections for them replacing a driver pump. That's within their scope of work of what they're allowed to do. No difference than it can be in central Florida with place in the transformable pool out there. That's a utility company that's their work. But due to the volume of calls and complaints and their meeting. I've got told that I have to attend their next Water Board meeting and answer some questions. So I went down to do a site visit and kind of see what some of this was. There are very blatant obvious correlations because we're now aware of it. We reported back to the utility company and made them aware of it. And I shared it on our Facebook page, public awareness, and the post made it all the way to New York. The distributor manufacturer is sending someone down to attend the meeting. It's to understand they'll have about three representatives there there and they're stating that they would not approve those installs set up like that. So hopefully the answers to the questions will get answered with that meeting and that's the way it works. There's something I write and you can go and get some reviews and resolve and move everybody safe. Curge of therefore reason. Protect safe from your people and equipment. And hopefully you can get resolved in peaceful, civil manner. That's very beautiful, yeah. I was asked to go and I went up into a horrible situation. You see under the line item American Coltie, this gentleman contact at the office come by with a little bit of a panic. The Reader had actually looked at the zoning map and told him inquiry information. I took it as that they had already did. There has been diligence research and told him we would talk about it at the meeting. After it's already on here, I got a chance to review it. His zoning does allow him to do what he wants to do. It's on the 82nd Avenue. It's fixing to be paved, brought in old town. It's with Zoned Commercial back in the day as a commerce park. And the gentleman's here. He wants to tell him about the building? If that's okay with everyone. Yeah, come on. Yes, my name is Magic. I'll be on there a whole American coffee. I will see corporation registered in state of Florida. The corporation was registered here in state of Florida back in 2018. I moved to Florida back in 2018. I moved to Florida back in 2004, although I moved between Florida and New York State by often due to business. So recently we decided to purchase a couple of acres in Oatown and the main decision was based on the fact that you being a resident of Seatless County as well, doing business there, getting permitted and getting all the paperwork done is basically road through hell. So we were looking for another place, as a sort of close proximity, doing our due diligence. We looked at this Dixie County and I gotta say, I was amazed how easy and troubled it is to get things done in Dixie County. Mr. Williams, in particular, was very extremely helpful that with the building of heart and the health department we were able to get things done literally in no time. So I'm extremely grateful to that. On another note, we try to go to a meeting like this and meeting that starts with a little prayer and a pledge of allegiance. I know I'm in the right place. I'm in the personal unit. About the business, we specialize in, I'm in the business for over three years, three four years. We specialize in production of liquid coffee concentrate, which is made for foot industry and catering hotels, restaurants, hospitals, whatever they're being done, quick beverage. But as soon as we have this planned operation, we want to switch into a retail business as well. So we will be offering affordable, I believe, all products. And I sure hope that we will be able to continue to do it as well. So at the meantime, it would be a lot because there's a lot of work we're setting up approximately 4,000 square feet facility on the two acres we've heard in the whole town. And I'm really hoping that before the end of the year facility on the two-inch, we first have an all-town. And I'm really hoping that before the end of the year, we'll be fully operational. I have no doubt that I can write place that's for sure. Any questions? I'll work on coffee.com is the website. Learn about company and things we do. And to be sure, we are very community oriented people and we love to give to the community every step of the life. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome. Good to have you. I wonder where has two. Right there. Right in front of... Catch them again if they have. They're on the new pay road. All right. The little side road. The parallel to US-19 kind of back Back behind where they built the trusses out there right behind Trail I feel well after you. All right. Good morning. I don't know if it already gets moving, darling. I'm sorry yourself. I'm sorry. That's all I have for the board on that. You only have one on the agenda tonight for the special exception. The next time I got to be that lucky. We have transitioned over into the zoning program. The Pummet number is associated with it. Our application number is associated with it. It will be a little bit different so that we can distinguish between permits and zoning. We're finally able to untangle that and separate those out. That's taking place now. The next batch of T.C. That's what it will be. Other than that. Thank you, sir. Mr. Scott. Hello. Good to see you. The Frichette Jones calls for you. I got one little more things to do. It's a little bit of context. Last year, in January, we got a state grant to do our next year 911 four services transition for our 911 system. So that's finally been completed. That whole project was was completely converted over to the new company and made sorry in April. Due to delays was due to getting AT&T to give us an update on when they were going to be buried. Anyways, with that, the grant agreement page that we all signed whenever we accepted the grant ends in March of 25. However, since it took them so long to get all of the stuff from AC and T, the service agreement with the company now extends beyond that grant. So the DFS keeps it back because of that. So I have an amendment here that the state already approved that this needs your own agreement. I approve on the same grant to extend that grant so we can get the full amount covered like it should be. Motion. Motion, Mr. Hatch. That can Mr. Osteen in the discussion. All in favor. All right. So I have an echo. Thank you, sir. I hope you felt the old new cameras on the job. It is. There's a big egg. Mr. Brown? That's all for this. There's a big egg. I don't know where they're going. How much? Mr. Maillom? Mm-hmm. Roll health. Not. Okay. Good day, or good? Good health. You may have that. Good. You mean that? I really like it. I had this nice video prepared for y'all tonight. But our team ain't gonna give it to I, not the team. Unfortunately, it was not his fault. The video was filmed from across the really big hotel on cell phone. So y'all all know that I went last week to spend the EMS meeting. That is, that meeting is set up, but in a three-day session they have committees for different things, a marammate call, a coverage, disaster response. All kinds of things related to EMS, those committees meet, they discuss what's going on in the meeting. In the week they have a board that sits and those representatives, those committees go through their coverage and what went on and they make any changes and vote and make recommendations and fix the things that they found and move the state forward in the EMS world. One of those committees that's been created not long ago is the Community Fair Medicine MAH, which will integrate health. Miss Stevens is our Community Fair Medicine paramedics standing behind me. We discussed some of the things that she did quite regularly and I went through some of that at night because I had something else I needed to get the old healthy. I was told a few weeks ago that it might be that she was possibly recognized. We went down two days early to the EGLE conference, which is a large state convention for EMS, our national convention only. There was some community of paramedics and presentations put together. There were three days of nothing but community of paramedics in some of the rooms and they were invited, we invited to speak at those meetings. We had a table set up, they spent, she spent three days. We kind of, she first and kind of filled it up a little bit, but she spent three days in there answering questions for other departments, other agencies, whomever, and they come. And a lot of things were accomplished. Some might not even allow to tell you in this public meeting because it's embarrassing. So a lot of things happened there. She was recognized over and our department was recognized for a lot of things that were carried on there. We were one of the first agencies I told you all, Mr. Tim Dorvis, when he was the UMF Chief prior to Mr. Ferguson wanted to start this program and we did in 2021 we officially keep it open. And we are currently the most well-progressed rural department in the state of Florida. Miss Stevens is in Hyde and Land right now. I think she has nine agencies wanting to send someone to ride her. We have about 12 that want our protocols and everything else that we've done and have done. We're working with them every day to try to give them to where we are. There are some other funding mechanisms that's coming. One of those is the Community Health Worker Program where we actually will contract with providers since we can't build, as I told you all, for Community Paramedicine work. The state is working on initiative to make it so that those agencies can contract with providers and someone like Miss Stevens can go out and see their patients in the home that perhaps they need a wellness check, a blood pressure check. Since we can't bill for it, we've been eating that in the past our area mess budget. With those contracts, she will be able to go out or they eat whomever and evaluate those patients and that contract will specify that that primary care agency will bill for that under their practice and pay us a really high percentage. A state is recommending 70-30. So when we get 70% of whatever they receive, they would get 30% because all they're doing is the billing and maintaining the patient records. I'm happy to say that Miss Allison was one of the first community certified community paramedics and members in the state of Florida to actually attend the health worker program. She informed me a few minutes ago on the phone and she thinks she has finished the program. It's about a 30-day program on line with some actual hands-on classes as well that she got at, in this case, someone went down. Some of the lecturers that go in there, she's got all of that completed as best she can tell. There is a state exam that comes after that, so she's working to get there. She will be to my knowledge and to the state's knowledge, the Department of Health's knowledge, she'll be the first certified community paramedic in the state of Florida that is also the certified community health worker. And I would be happy to tell you all that they they before yesterday or yesterday we signed the first contract in the way of Florida which is still not public to everyone with a practitioner to start building and collecting the mobile integrated health system and the community health worker. I have three more contracts that will pass out yesterday. One of them was well received. The other two they grunted and left with them after some of my supervisors upset them. I will leave that there. But I wanted to recognize Ms. Allison for the meeting that I was talking about the state meeting. They did recognize this, he counted when it came to that representative. She was recognized. it was video been recorded We have it if you would like to watch it But unfortunately the volume is such since the young leg is across the ring with cell phone But you can't hear it to the back of the room So anyone that wants to watch it will be happy to play it But she was recognized at the state VMS meeting She personally was not the name of the month called the Dixie County Community Paramedics Program. It was, and she is that. So that article was also hosted by Chief Ferguson, the article that was recognized. You have copies of it in the photo that we gave you in the Florida Far Chies magazine, which is a monthly magazine that comes out. Our department was highlighted there and this program was highlighted there and the unladied that was helping on board was recognizing our department as being that department was moving forward and prefer back to this article with Chief Ferguson Rook. I give you a new talk about if you haven't given it once and I'll give you a point. Sorry that we can't play play video but I would be very interested to see if I can not do. I want to recognize Miss Allison for what she has done. She worked diligently every day to make this happen. With that there are some other things that are coming in the state in this area. And they started out with community partners and just a program because it was being done nationally, but they didn't know what to do with it. And they left everything really open. So some of them are mental health workers. Some are doing strictly medications. There's all kinds of levels of what these people do. And that's what Stephen is involved with. And that's why we have to send her at least twice a month, too, I think that's what I think about the most of the time. I think that's what I think about the most of the time. I think that's what I think about the most of the time. I think that's what I think about the most of the time. I think that's what I think about the most of the time. I think that's what I think about the most of the time. I think that's what I think about the most to the point. Whatever it is that needs to be done should make sure it happens. Providing meals, providing medical equipment that we can't buy and provide just having the donated provided to them. Also assisting with Dr. Valsas as they call with those evaluations. So a lot of things are in the works in this part of the world. Ladies and gentlemen, I don't think it's not. But with that, as they begin to bring this to a more formal program, I write it down. There are some things that the state has recommended that we did at some of early, but it's again to get them around them as understanding with other agencies that we work with. We just got one of the people who was with Meridian. Meridian helped fill out one sign. I just had to sign and I come in and buy a call. Department of Health has done one. We actually are in the process of they are in the process of setting up a monthly program where she and the Department of Health representatives and nurses will go out to different locations in our county with their mobile clinic that they have and their mobile dental area and they will be going out on certain days of the month to probably departing across the street, across the United Christian Services on the day that they pass things out to the schools when they open back up first district community center, what are some others? Swony, when they get big visits with their food distribution. Anything where there's a large amount of people who are going to try to get them coordinated into those dates so that they can be there. We'll be talking to you more about our local Department of Health at the next meeting, so there will be some more good news to come with that. I think you'll all be very happy with the information that's fixed in the time that you have that or say. But with those things being said, one of the things that the state recommended to me was that we get some support from Board of County Commission. I know y'all have been very supportive and very verbal about that, but we wanted to make it formal so we had it in writing. We discussed whether to do a letter or a resolution. We opted with a resolution if the board was so cute to sign that, and if you give me just a moment, I'll read it to you. It's resolution 202447, Dixie County Community Care Medicine, Logan Williams, and the Health Program. We're at access to reliable health care is increasingly necessary for citizens of Dixie County. And we're at local health care services, it's not been made available to these communities due to the high cost of building and necessary facilities across specifically populated areas. And whereas the county emergency services are equipped with a necessary existing materials and staff to provide reliable health care to Dixie County and whereas the county community per medicine mobile integrated health program is uniquely qualified to help expand health care access for rural communities given their existing experience and success. Therefore be it resolved the Dixie County Board of County Commission supports the Dixie County Community Paramedics and Mobile Integrated Health Program to assist in health care services to the city citizens of Dixie County and resolve this day. We have a formal copy if the board would say to use the sign that we would much appreciate that to help into this program for. So, motion Mr. Hatch, second Mr. Osteen in discussion. All in favor. Thank you very much, John. There will be more to come before we just resolve in this resolution I might have liberated to give you some of the information yet still on public. The same as that contract, it is even you some of the information yet. I'm still on public. The same as that contract. It is even not public to most people yet. We were at the meetings and we knew it was coming. I knew the doctors and the people and we were able to get a template to set hours up with. So that will be moving forward. The other, the company that we did go with and have already contracted with is Mr. Logan Andrews. He is a resident Logan Andrews. He is a resident of the county. His office is across the river. He has a lot of home health care. He's very excited to get to work. He lives first. He wants to make it new. We actually have the contract today. So if he gets a patient, we can make it happen. We give one to poems medical represented yesterday. We give one to North Florida Medical yesterday who is our FQHC for the county and I also gave another to the Department of Health to actually cover the billing portions so that if they ever were to staff doctors back in her health department they could also assist us with the community that's very bad that we have. As y'all know that capability was taken away some years ago by the state and we were fighting every day, you get better health care here. And we'll see what happens next meeting. That's pretty much what I have. Miss Allison was also requested while we were there to do a video. The only way that performed the videoing actually filmed this Ivanka Trump's wedding as the mother-high profile people, the state contract had heard it come in. Miss Allison's on a 35 minute interview, they were four of us watching and all of us were crying. So she held hers off until we got done. The second in charge, the deputy director, I guess it is for the Department of Health, was one of his interviews and two other commercial services chiefs or members for interviews. So it was a very limited amount of interviews that occurred and she was one of those. So you should be proud of her. I think you will get to see the video at some point in the very near future. I know the case has been requested and things are moving. They want some of our logos and different things to do along with that. So stand by, gentlemen. There's more to come on that. But I do appreciate Joseph's help with that. And I also know I appreciate Thank you, Miss. I'm from the heart of the events in my house. To help with my mother. Well, thanks, I enjoyed the conversation. That is pretty much what I have, gentlemen. We did get the floor floor, and I've been up since 4 and 6. We were born concrete at 4.21. When21 I got there they had dumped six layers already, six trucks. So we have floors at the fire station in Old Town and this baby has a sure-gifted room to have somebody to work on to want it to hear the seat shortly. And if we can get the land and hold you we're still waiting to hear what we're moving forward with the other two. I have one other item that she'd run on the needs to get to y'all in senior packets but first there's an old have anything else to do. There's an unknown pair of medicine. I know that Alice needs done one step down and I adopted an 84-starle man's mother. Oh the son. It's really touching to see the passion firsthand. You hear about it on the street, but it was above the sun, the sun, the sun, the sun, and some of these folks, they just say they need an I've always supported the player medicine and it's time to get her some help. I'm sure they believe that. We got to figure that out. We're going to get hearts from health and thank you for everything you did. What are you talking about? What are you talking about? And so, that resolution, Mr. Hatt, that resolution was part of heating health. Hopefully there's some things coming that we may be able to do. And we'll see where that goes. But I am working on that. It's not we will continue to put in our plan and move it forward but it's a good program. The great thing is to get someone else there because I will tell you when we started this for first year she run correct me if I'm wrong 35 reports. 36th of our year, 52nd, 26 of you fixed the rate 68 and a 12. Last year we got a thousand 96 reports by herself. So she's a big help in us. But we will keep you posted on things as they go, I'm sorry, I took so long, but I felt it was worth that recognition since the slave flow was really nice. So there's still some other things there. We'll get you that. And there are still some other things there. We'll get you that. Go looking back at your students. They'll be probably a couple of hard-going, you know, presented to you all in the school. One thing is probably going to come back. With that, it's just going to be a road pressure and the length that we're watching the both of them in the Gulf. We're not too concerned on. We're going to Mexico and South Texas, which needs the ring. We'll look on page two and three. There's a 40% chance. We've got them in room three. That's right. Oh, all right. There's a 40% chance in next two days, two hours and seven days of informing. But as of 530 this afternoon, it's still holding there and they're looking at being in chocolate oppression, not a storm or anything more. So it's going to jump the water into the Georgia area's north of there, which as you all know, and about ten days very similar. So just keep that in mind. And when we get to a position where the FWC turns to a node or weight zone, we will notify you guys with all and much on closing the vote ramps. So we can automatically do that if it's what the vote still wishes to be and we'll continue doing that. The other thing in the packet, if you'll look on this here, Commissioner Hatch asked Chief Brown to give him some numbers and break up some of the grants that we're working on. I gave this to you guys. The first one is the hazard mitigation grants. This is how this works is through project work sheets when you get affected by a storm, a percentage of the cost goes to mitigation against other issues. So as you can tell, we wrote these six projects for this, for a totaling of 11 million, 500 or $55,317. The first one is Old Town Canal Project. Mr. Locklear and Associates, we have worked on that. That's to alleviate the flooding into the Old Town Hammock area and take it from Chapis Road out to the river and down 19. The next one is the J.O. 911 generator. That is to make that a fully powered self-sufficient unit. So when power goes out, it will be just, there will be no interruption of power. It will continue to run just like our UC does. So right now, how it's set up, the generator only runs on emergency power and they have to go manually flip the switch to get that to work. The other one is the 349 South erosion control that in other words, that's your seawalls on 349 South. There's the four road elevations in Swoney. There is the countywide emergency warning system, which is our radio system that we first was in here. That's why I look back over there. That the road department school board, and the fire, and EMS, and also the sheriff's office uses the sheriff's office now is going to a the slurred radio system, but we have to have a backup unit. So that's what that is for. And the last one there will be the generator here at the courthouse. That will be the same thing. So when the power goes out, it will run the courthouse at 100% capacity. If you look on page two, this is the last one to program. This is the Hurricane Delia Legislative and Appropriations Program. This is what is paying for the Dredging and Swoney for shoe, the rebuild of station three, the building of station six, and the shirt on the Petri Nourishment Program. To the sum of $10,100 to $5,596. This money here is already in our bank account. This was done. It had to be given by the state. I cannot remember the date, but they gave us a 30-day window. By the time you 30, it was a publication. Well, no, this one's before that. On this one was, so it had to be done quicker and they said we're just going to go ahead and cut you a check and then you go and spend the money as needed for that. So that is where that's at. And then of course all of the project worksheets on the second last page. These numbers on these are fluid numbers. With that being said, if you look at the second item on their shirt on the beep or shirt on the right, it has $50,000. That is, if it was covered under insurance, that's what they'll pay. Well, in the state of 40, you can't ensure a rent. So they are, I sent, telling us, sent you an email requesting a certified stance engineer report. That's what FEMA's asking for the funds or the amount that you told us that was gonna be to repair that road. So it should be in your email box if you're working on that force. But, and then we go down the list and the process steps, the trash cans and grills for the park that's already obligated, we have that checking hand. So we can go out if we want to buy grills and picking tables and trash cans right now. Excuse me, we can go buy them now. We have that funds in hand. And it just goes down. Everything right now is pretty much an insurance pending. So they were in insurance review with that side of it. Anybody have any questions on this? Thank you, Pregierta. I appreciate it. Yeah. Real quick, if I could, on the very front page, y'. I appreciate that. Yeah. Real quick, if I could, on the very front page, you'll look at that. Real quick, on that, the 75-25% match. The county should have to come up with 25% of that on the H&GP funds. There was a waiver submitted for each one of those costs. So the reason I put that in there is we have not been approved for the waiver or denied. All right. It's still pending and they won't do the approval until the project's approved. So if the project's approved and it's, I'm going to use the canal system. Right there. The federal cut us a check for the 3.4 and then either A, the county has to come up with a 1.1 or the waiver will cover the 1.1 in the state will cover it. So even though it says the county match in there, that is for what the county would have to do if we did not get the waiver. So we'll just take the 3 point forward and have the other median. The problem is though everything we do has to have a match. So if we spend $100,000, we've got to meet 25% of that. So on all these projects. Anything else? Want me to meet? Thank you. Thank you so much. You found a deal, man. Anything else? This case Yeah, she's He's not here miss Andy Thank you miss Andy, Mr. Powell. the preliminary rate resolution 2024-43 or fire protection services for the federal assessment since we are 23. Number six, we request Board approval to execute resolution 20-45 for the FDOT bridge delivery and the VAM and road closure during construction. The motion Mr. O's team is second Mr. Wood any discussion? All in favor. And number seven, the first board approval for a gold date for time in the fouries on July 8, 2024. There have been no long-term work of complaints for the period of second period of January 1, 2024 to present. The motion Mr. Osteen, second. Second, Mr. Feeds and all in favor. So, the mental mental health authority of the minister, the number one is the to be the 28 in Orlando. Ms. Martha has provided you guys with your case case impact and so they will answer the conference registration. And a reminder that in the first more counting conditions meeting in the U.R. infection, we used to view out a third until the fourth of all day. And this reminder that that meeting won't be on the third in the fourth of all day. This reminder that that meeting will be on the third in the year. County offices will be closed from two nine to four, four and observations of a defense holiday. And then also I should have this on the actual item should have followed out after the fact. So normally traditionally the governor, if a holiday holds on the third state or a Tuesday, the governor usually closes state offices on that Friday or that Monday. So I anticipate the governor can make an announcement sometime next week in time to close her state offices for Friday through out of fifth fifth. I'm just going to ask the board now if the governor closes the state offices for the fifth the board will follow suit and if the time goes as orcey closes on that day of the negotiations is a problem. I'll see you there. Need a motion. Close. I'll be close. You're going to be close. There's something close. We've got a motion that stands. Second, Mr. Stevenson, in discussion. All in favor. That's in the room. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. It was David and then Mr. Stevens was second and we all agreed. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. No more task force. Did you all ever agree on the date? We are looking at doing that probably the third week of July that I have left. And they will that date down for sure yet. I don't know if all of you support them or the public. If that's come or that's not. All right. Yeah. Miss Watson. We're actually looking at. Prior to the board meetings. I have a couple of comments, Jim. I have the deeds prepared for the property that we agreed to sell to the Heather Davis Rebocable Fund. So I will be presenting those for you to sign to not miss a story. I've not got the money as to yet. I anticipate it will be coming in shortly. Let's hit in and I'll record them, but I'll hold them into such a time that I'll rather need to be in tune with another time. It's possible you get your hope signed in a whole day. There is an issue that I was asked about. Some research on it is a ship loan that was taken out in 2005 on the Brandy Corbin. I have talked with the Telhazi Ship Office. They have advised that the board can take action on this, that there is nothing in the ship policy that would prevent the board from making a decision on this loan. And they're not shell, there is possible default, there's some description in the description on this property. But there is a possible default either 6 months after it was taken out or at the 30 month mark. So anywhere from 18-17 would be owed to the county or 37-5 would be owed to the county. Yes. But the board has the option of pursuing that or making another recommendation of forgiven alone. I like the motion to accept the lean or close action. We've got a motion, Mr. Hatch, that is satisfaction of the lean and we've got a second, Mr. Osteen, in discussion. All the favour? I will prepare that satisfaction, get it the second? Mr. Redding. Thank you. I will prepare that satisfaction, get it sent over to the county manager. And of course, as usual, Mr. Story, it'll be available for you to sign at some point in the future. Just call me and, cause I'm all around, so. Yes, sir. And I'm just, hey, that won't take me but a minute. We've got the information. I just needed direction there to go. The other, sorry. We did have a mediation mission. Miss Angie was kind enough to set in. She was going to sit in for a couple hours to stay still on the day. Just kind of give you an update that was on Melden case. There was a mediation. There was no change in here. But it's probably what I understand from... It went rather well. So we are awaiting a response. Much better than anticipated. I told you the parameter I think was around $75,000. It was syncing, but there's good luck as it points to be considerably less if any at all or will be going to trial. So I'll keep the updated on that. We do have another mediation pending on knee smear, and I'll update all of that for Chris. OK. So that's all I got to do on it. I'll stay shall I? That's that for Chris. Okay. So, that's very helpful. That's all I got, Joe. Thank you, Ms. Chena. Thanks, Bob. I don't have anything other than to state that I've won and opposed and I'm very grateful and thankful. And as a thank you to all of you, my husband and I are going to do a cookout next Saturday the 29th at the city park at 11 so we'd love for you to eat with us. Thank you miss Paul. Thank you miss Paul. Hi. Is that it miss Barbie? Yes, that's it. Commissioner Adams. Mr. Wood? Is that it, Miss Bobby? Yes, that's it. Commissioner Adams. Mr. Wood? I just got something to get repalled. And I'd really like to improve the lives of the Joe Adams program. And guys have a really hard time backing them boats in the streets of the tournaments. Prior to daylight, somebody's got to really sit there and set lights holding on for them. And there's somebody to get lights down there on that dock. I mean, if it's over panel or whatever, there's way to get lights down there. So, it's work on that. And get the drive these guys under and check it out. We've got power up to, I mean, there's citizens living there. Right, right. But I'm not, there's a dog. That there's that bug there. Right, but I'm not there's a dog. There's that bug around there's two out that bug dog. Big ramps is one in the middle and we need to put the life on that dog in the middle. I heard the middle and be done. You guys cannot see when they bite your boats in there at all. Okay, that's all right. Hey, drive a lot of it. Mr. Hatch? Yeah, I was nod on the post so I'll be going to the barbie. He's having a fight for us. I don't know how to find him. But I want to talk about this HSA and SSA. I want a clear cut path where this board wants to go with this. So who wants to explain each one of them? We're done talking about them in the workshop. I like the FSA. That's what I like. There's any questions about either one of what direction? Motion to, for us to go to FSA. We got a motion. Mr. Hatch, to go to the F S S A naught. F S S A. And we got a second, Mr. Stevenson, in the discussion, all in favor. I've probably done this a year. But it is a facial. I do want to say also that the audit for our display that it's submitted. Thank you. I was hard work on that. We appreciate that. hope everybody has a happy place to do a some of y'all might not be here. So we got a meeting in the third, correct? And remind everybody of the third meeting. Other than that, that's all I got. The Christine? Yes, I have a couple of them. First off, VTAC has started the moving off skin so, grandchildren, children, brain, some supporting VTACs, meaning we spend a lot of time with effort, that's how it makes that a better place. So, Mr. Leon, that nightmare I'll call you about yesterday. I believe the day is Mr. Brady That's it because I got that crank I hope there's some way we can help them somehow That man has been to the trap No, no, he's going to this not me I know it's a 10-a-world. Okay. Okay. So you have to understand. I'm not going to be picking the powder. I'm going to turn it back on to that house. And it's houses all over this. Over hospitals, the banks are damaged. It works on a theme. And so when we see them, we're like, oh yeah, we got to go do an inspection on that. They're trying to find out. They're trying to find out for the house. They're trying to find out for the house. They're trying to find out for the house. They're over half a million dollars. And I I'm not having a whole that's going to be. I do know that there's several parcels that will combine from there to a city subdivision. Just for the possibility that it could be under different parcel number. We have records back to 1975. How will we have you to look as far as I can and try to help that person. I understand her to see. I didn't bring the stuff in my office. I knew what I was doing. I wasn't prepared for all the white lunches on it. I'm sorry. I have him on my heart. That man is going to feel a little tired. Now I'm going to do it up to him. That man I have him on my heart that man is gonna feel a little tired right now I just want to try and help man. I know you do too Let's just talk to you You can't miss Leon But you got rules got like you got rules and guidelines. You got the right time to go on the job. What did I put with all the amount and at the end of it, if I can't help him, I will tell him how to go without trying to I think I'm going to forward. There's always a way you can take the house and elevate it to base load and bring it into compliance. based on the bill. I want to save the car facts on it. See, I mean, it's not at all those chains, but it'll be struck in the oil and work to save this permitted. I live in the world as breakfast. That's what it is. And, um, what's the house billed about 30 or 40 years yet? I don't know how these are going to have to pay it with a nice number in 19. That their power hole was put there and that there was nothing to be a house there. They was more powerful and it was time and everything. That's when the eggs used to work in the wood department and we can go and help her. the and and and and and and Okay. Story phone calls from Sony. I've had just really phone calls from there. Hello, yeah. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. Hello. in the day I got to have a permit for the time that back to pretty funny. It doesn't help with this, but it does with this being brought home right now after the time on. Now when the auditor, when the FEMA auditor is running around taking pictures and you have a stack of sheetrock out in front of your place, they photograph it, they send it I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. They photographed it. They sent it to us. They sent it to us. They sent it to us. They sent it to us. They sent it to us. They sent it to us. They sent it to us. They sent it to us. They sent it to us. They sent it of neat. This is a bad way. I hate it for the family. Thank you, Mr. Lee. Yes, sir. I'll stall them time on the next week. Thank you, sir. Thank you. Mr. Steven. I got a cuff while I was on the purchase done left, but he got some trees out from roads and got some really good feedback from the citizens on how the men that went out and took care of the tree and got off the fence without dabbing and all that. I want to make sure they're all recognized. And we're going to be working on a goat hemblebots getting a garter spree and so get it out. We're going to have somewhere around 12 campers slots there. And they're going to be numbered when they can be redded and so full. And I've got a lot of thank you from the citizens on purpose landing. The man Daniel was to see if he kind of got a COVID put in there, but where did he want to collapse? We put another in the road to help get that water through there. So, the little nose lines and I got something here from this barbie. I believe we had a speaking unit. I didn't really say anything about it in one bit. I've talked about a check that was found at the county. I was wrong, it was $6.10 for $106, right there it is if you want to look at it. And, it said that I wouldn't be a truthful but dirty as well. But anyway, but it was from 2019. Correct. When did you go in office? 2021. Now, and when I went in office, November, you didn't go in until January. Too much difference, don't you? And you did not go into office in 19. You went in the money. The man must have checked. He's running. In all for years, the statement where we could make the payroll with Tom Franklin, we went in all for some. But anyway. How do you talk about the county finance? When they're better now than they've turned in. I didn't say anything. What you said? I, I, I, I I Miss Barbie Now it's my turn I Hate to do that. That's what chairman that night night. No, no Mr The chairman that's what I've learned in three years. It's like the county's books me to do And I hated the tap on you. I hated the tap on you. But I'm going to say this. I've been here six years. The first couple of years, we didn't get no paper. We were working in the blind. You can talk to this man right here. He's been here longer than any of us. He's working in the blind for a long time. Okay? I want to thank you, annual staff, Miss Barbie, for getting it straight now. And I know Miss Jackie says, you'll still go a little ways to go, but I'm gonna tell you, in my eyes, y'all done thick to it. The audit is on time. Caught up. When I come here six years ago, they were behind by three years from audit. So when she come in office, they were three years behind. Okay? I don't doubt behind. They must have heard. They got it called up. Got it called up, called up. This year, from last year's, the first year, it's on time. We called up. Dixie County is on, called up. OK? I've been getting letters, and it scares the hell out of me. When Tyler Hassey sends me a letter, Mr. Chairman, we need to know it explanation on this finances week, I'll start it out with 16 finance. Then it got better. We think that had you come up there, Mr. Chairman, I'll give it to Mr. Jackie, I'll give it to Mr. Paul, I'll give it to him. I said, you don't need to do something this, I don't want to do it there, because I, I said, I don't desire to share it, and I don't want to do it there and, so then question them. They've got it fixed. We got one finding. And we fixed and have it fixed. We won't have none finding next year. Isn't that my correct? That's my goal. No, it's just going to be done. But I got all faith in you. Because you you bought it from 16 findings to one right as of right now and by this time next year The ex-censal mill top with the courthouse Thank you, Miss Barbie and your staff. I know you couldn't do it by yourself. Take some teens Just like it takes a few months here takes five not one one person can't take and Crack myself Ain't just us five it takes all of y'all back at least five up Telling us what we need to do. Have to make it better and everything else so We all got to work together in this county. We want our county better We all got to work together and I county. We want our county better, we all got to work together and I think we've been doing it the last, well I can say the last six years, the county's been working better and better every year working together and the county is in better shape now than it was six years ago. You may not see it but I do. It's got a little bit better, a little bit better, a little bit better, a little bit better, a little bit better. And I don't think the citizens for having the trust in all of us, and I'm thinking the citizens for helping us. And thinking these fool men, thinking this, everybody, like I say it, everybody we've got to work together to get it done. So we've had a good meeting. Thank you all very much. And Mr. Dale's got one more thing to say. I wanted to welcome Mr. Magic to the county and his business. And you'll be in my district. And if you have any issues, or do you think you need a call, I'll give you my card, and I'll get to go out. And I also wanted to mention we had a park attendant pass. Mr. Shane White Eagle, he was at the Waldo Park on spillers. And he passed away. So you know what, he's his family and his dogs and everything. And that's it. I appreciate it. All right, now it's y'all's turn. I know we got. Mr. Noble, you need to speak again. Yes sir. All right, come on. Thank y'all very much for the time. I got a couple notes so I want to go over. I need to direct a Miss Gardner. I couldn't write down fast enough. What was the number five when you have it or has it less? I think it was maybe your software mapping software from that many more in systems. What is it? That's how you want me to move to Okay, Thank you. And Oh, that'd be great. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Oh, that'd be great. Thank you. Oh, and I'm not speaking as the council of the four few beats, but I am a council member. I'd like to see, I've been to a couple meetings now where, oh, I can find a poll location for fire station. I'd like to see maybe a sit down negotiation with force you. We own 100 acres there. It's 350 more than the main lines. It's the main line, the command line route. And in fact, Urbis of Den right before he said the surge line is the Dixie main line, which by elevations, if you look on one side of the road, first the other side of the road, they're identical elevations. And I just don't know why we wouldn't consider if you can't find a piece of land within that five miles. Why not come back to Horseshoe? Let's talk about a five acre piece in that corner. Even if we got a foot fielder then. I'm negotiating with us. And I mean, the town made and donated. I don't know just to get the fire station within the zone that we think Mr. Brown don't know just to get the fire station within the zone that we think Mr. Brown stated that we needed to be within a certain classification and I'd like to see that negotiation done before we go away. Plus, whatever water plant right there within 8 to the mildly kept by the water to that facility. Go ahead and then, Brown. A couple of things. What we have to be told, you need a U-1 to be second. The reason we have not is because this storm came to show that seven additional fee of surge projected. Fortunately, the lower clear does look spotted in clouds. That seven foot of surge didn't come. That water was standing in the intersection of the main high. So unless that property at the 17 higher, we're still going to have some problem. It would be more than happy to help. Killa, you know, as you know, our water plan is, it's 5 or 6 foot, and we didn't get put about a 1 foot surge on that burn. But before we scratch it and move it, we'll get it up into the panel, or wherever we're going to put it. I just like to have it sit down. We have a meeting on January, I mean June 27th, and I'll bring you up to the council meeting. I'll leave it back in town. We've got a few more to come. We've got a lot of fighting to show in. We're happy to do whatever we want. We already negotiated. So when I asked him that file in my own range, they had reached out to questions. And we asked him to the back of the question. I'm waiting for an answer. We've got fortunate. There is not a lot of additional funds. There's a lot of feelings like having exactly a set. One of the more self-dressed people have to about to get over-apparised. People are so ill. Because they can't be far in the world. So we tried to look at that. And we actually looked at the other patient that you can find with the spot that you haven't set down. So there was a lot of practice that went into that and wasn't just too loud. We were trying to get to a safe area so we don't ask them to know maybe a lot of sort of parts like here is so safe as we've had to. But yesterday we'd be happy. Any day you will do sit down with your friends. I'll let you out sit down with you. As far as I would say, that's the only thing. I'll let you out of town next week. I'll get that set up. And I guess you will probably update me on this too. You've done it in a fast meeting, but just kind of a new update on the county park in Horseshoe, where are we at? County Park in Horseshoe. The PWs have been written. We're awaiting answers from FEMA. That part is for a future interview. I said to place on those two different parts that are in insurance review. Once that is done, they evaluate what insurance is given or not given through the county. And what is eligible in this office that will look forward to approval of this approval that they will rest in the amounts. And as far as done, there was only a little bit more of a phase in the event of events where it would be a week for a part. You know, if you're doing it, that's not what we're doing. We get asked all the time from some visitors and residents to tell you what. For a flow timeline, I mean, I will tell you exactly what I've told you this post. I do not work with the federal dose and on the themes. I cannot see them up. I represent it as working every day. You general, the shift the day I see free emails a day is on all-repegates, not just the whole people. I get a full time. As soon as they allow us a number and spend up a check, we are prepared to start working every day. She's gone or is working every day. I have hired another young lady to work on that. It is not just the horseshoe park. It is the pier is the rick raft. It is the road that Sherd Island is the park that Sherd Island The road going between Gina and Horsesham, there are a lot of frontiers that are submitted and still they tell us we have it against. We can't do the work. They did take everything they could to set the building up. They must try to find different ways to document that money that we've got today. And the day that we've just filed the projects and facts and documentation is there. But as we get through it, we're going to start seeing what we're going to get for our... Going track grip, we'll review all of that. She'll see that to the panel. They will review the best send for the will. They have questions. Send them back to the panel. Questions sent back to Atlanta, as soon as they give us those numbers, they can tell us all those dollars are counted and it didn't work unless the board used to take out the loan. We have to wait on waiting for the statute from the... I hope that answers the question. I don't know, but it's not our answer, what I'll say, but we just can't control that part of it. I'm just going to post it that way. So it's a little gray area there for me. We're dealing with the same things in town or shoe itself. And what you tell me and then what we are doing and what we have to do with, to cut it short, we have to get the, we get to all that stuff too and we've got four projects in the portal. We have not been refunded any of our projects since our time. There's four completed in the portal. We have to have completed and paid employees before they send us any money. before they send us the anywhere. And go have a project put in. Yeah, so, so, so, maybe a small project. A large project, you have to do to work up front, it's reimbursed, we'll show it highway, it's going to do that way, it's going to be a dollar project. Or we'll have to take money, I was at long and close range, we discussed earlier. In the workshop, they will have to fulfill that obligation and pay that road. then getting a force it was a pretty mess they were reimbursed that it is smaller project which we have tried to put ours up into so that we get that money up front so the board can't afford to do that because we are officially constrained and we don't have an excess amount of funding out there at the fixed list so the governor and I have tried to make sure that as many as we could we're broken into small projects yeah hence the reason we didn't build the bathrooms the provisions all the governor and I have tried to make sure that as many as we could we're broken into small projects Yeah, hence the reason we didn't build the bathrooms the provisions all the docs and everything in one project Because it carries in above that frame Right and that is what prevents us from having to Fix it and then you reaburch However, if there is an approval process for both projects Yes, or both are still I had a note on here I wanted to think the county for getting down there and fixing the catwalk. I kind of overlooked that but the catwalk to the teared down there, thanks for coming down there and getting that done. Again we're just trying to get it back to our normal situation, we're coming on the one minute in the first one here in a couple months. Any help? I saw a real looking for you. Thank you. Thank you. I could tell you this was a little bit more sure that we're about far, 15 quicker than the county. That's right. So we get those same colds. Well, I don't know if I'm always good, but I tell them every time they come to me, they call the counter-commitation. Where is that? It's just... So that can't even... I heard it's just like this, actually. Thank y'all. I heard it's Missouri on the... Oh, I got called on the Capitol. He had it up perfectly well. Oh, yes. It's an experiment, too, buy-ups on board here in North Korea. You know, that information is nicer. That's what happens at Down Beauty. Nice, we understand. Or I understand. I'll give you. Miss, good rich. Mary? You're coming. You'll turn. I'll turn. You'll turn. First of all, I wanted to say thank you for growing out my cover. Okay, but it just still needs to be cleaned out all the way down the road. We get some bad stories out there. But I'm sure you'll know once I know. The other thing was I was wondering where are we with other converts and other groups. You'd be glad to know that Whiteknife contacted me. Yes, the day I believed it was and they have received another million plus funding. Million five. Million five and not it's going to be spit in the old townhouse area. So I'm going to put in some ditches and canals to put drainage in there. They've already got engineers out there working on that. When they're going to be doing the pre-contaction, I think I've walked forward and talked about earlier. Okay. Right. That's upcoming next meeting. So that is in the works. The government sent the money. They got it in hand and they're working on it now. Just to clarify, the budget has been signed. We got it, yep, but they signed it. The government is going to send the oath of so out for the grand agreement. There is not many money sent to... If we got it, yes. They send the words. It's coming. Okay, it's coming. There is one other concern though. When they were blowing out the benches, they had the prisoners out there. You know, they're very nice, they're very polite and everything. But the heat that's been out there, it's hot. I don't have no food. I should have had food. I should have had food. Every one of them ought to have a cool water cooler. So I got them all my truck. I didn't fly them all over. I always miss my eight man every week in New York. I was seeing the food. I never leave without that stuff. But I've seen it. Whatever. You don't think much. I'm going to break this wet out there. I never leave without that. But I'll see whatever. You don't take much from going to break this wet out there in this. Yeah. I mean, we appreciate you putting that on. No. That's funny. Thank you, miss Rick. Thank you, miss Rick. Anybody else? Go on more. Need a motion to adjourn. Motion? You got a motion, Mr. Seedson, Mr. Wood. Aye. Mr. Lear.
