PENN WASTE Collection Update: 4th of July Holiday Residential & Commercial Customers: Due to the 4th of July holiday, all regular Friday Penn Waste trash and recycling collections will be delayed (1) day. Friday customers will be collected Saturday. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday customers will not be affected by the holiday.
