Mr. Zito Verified he does live there and own the property, The Exemption period is January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2029. Mr. Solomon made the motion to approve all Veteran Exemption. DAUPHIN COUNTY BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS PUBLIC MEETING & HEARINGS November 5, 2024 ExemptonRequest Church of God & Saints of God 2430 Raleigh Street Harrisburg, PA 17104 13-067-009 On April 9, 2024. The broad made the motion to defer a decision. The appellant came in for a hearing but didn't have sufficient information to prove that the property should be granted exempt status. Pastor Marshall presented the following. (Copy of the brochure, copy of the deed, Department of state of PA application.) The board made the motion on September 24, 2024. To defer a decision until additional information was submitted showing and proving exemption should be granted to this organization. 11/4/2024 - Pastor Stevie submitted additional information to support his case for exemption status. 11/5/2024 -Broad made the motion to approve exempt status.
