Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Tuesday, September 29, 2020 Meeting Minutes. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the accounts payable dated October 2, 2020, in the amount of $243,274.55. All in favor. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives authorizing Chairman Ulsh to endorse the Coronavirus Relief Fund Municipal Agreement between the County of Fulton and Bethel Township. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch authorizing Chairman Ulsh to endorse the Southern Alleghenies Planning and Development Commission's Local Workforce Development Grant Appication/Agreement. All favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve an additional applicant (after all documents were received) for Round 1 of the COVID Cares Relief Grant. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Brad Seville, Director of Building & Grounds along with Mr. Bob Woolridge regarding consultation on the repair of the slate work at the Courthouse. The Commissioners met with Eldon Martin, IT Director for the purpose of Network Security. Eldon stated that the Department of State in conjunction with CCAP are recommending the County have this enhanced security on our Computer Network. Follow up on this matter will occur next week. The Commissioners met with Dan Miller, Chief Probation Officer regrading Juvenile Grant in Aid signatures. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to authorize endorsement on the. Juvenile Probation Services Grant Agreement effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives authorizing Chairman Uish to endorse the Grant in Aid Financial Statement for the period of. July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Brian Barton, EMA/9-1-1 Director regarding the CLEAN terminal agreement for the 9- 1-1 Center. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh authorizing Brain Barton to endorse the CLEAN Agreement with the Pennsylvania State Police for the 9-1-1 Center. All in favor. Brian also updated the Board that CAD equipment is on site, the phone and radio equipment are to arrive at Compros the end of October. Brian is currently working with Rick Harrison from Mission Critical Partners Inc. on a draft SOG that will be reviewed with the Communications Committee at an upcoming meeting. Brian is also in the process of conducting Criti-Call Testing on dispatcher applicants. The Commissioners met with John K. Johnston, Fulton County Sportsmen for Youth regarding follow up with the COVID Cares Grant. The Commissioners met with Jeff Gibson, owner of Tower Ridge regarding flashing lights on Route 30 as a result of all the. motorcycle accidents at this location. The Commissioners will contact PENNDOT to discuss this matter in further detail. The Commissionèrs met with Patty Suders Fix regarding Personnel Matters. Motion by Commissioner Shives to hire Susan Mellott pending all clearances) as Office Deputy. -Deputy Recorder in the Prothonotary's Office beginning October 12th.
