Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Tuesday, July 7, 2020 Meeting Minutes. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the accounts payable dated July 13, 2020, in the amount of $93,984.07. All in favor. Fund 100 General Fund 83,545.14 Manual Checks $0.00 TOTAL GENERAL FUND $83,545.14 Fund 227 SFC Technology Grant 591.11 Fund 238 911 9,812.32 Fund 240 Hazmat 35.50 TOTAL ALL FUNDS $93,984.07 Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the payroll dated July 17, 2020 in the amount of $107,853.28. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Application for Burial Expenses of a Deceased Service Person, Mr. Charles Walker in the amount of $100. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the FY 2020-21 County Human Services Plan Assurance of Compliance FY 2020-2021. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch approving the Guardian Ad Litem Provider Agreement between Fulton County and Janice M. Hawbaker the Associate of Kaminski, Hawbaker & Salawage, P.C. effective July 1, 2020 June 30, 2021. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Brian Barton, EMA/9-1-1 Director regarding ourchasing used 9-1-1 Consoles from Huntingdon County. The Commissioners agreed to proceed with that. The Commissioners met with Brad Seville, Building & Grounds Director regarding recent hail damage reported on the County Buildings. The Commissioners met with Lisa Mellott McConahy regarding HR Matters. The Commissioners met with Stephanie Stohon and Michael Lamb, Wessel & Co and Lisa Beatty, Fiscal Administrator regarding the COVID Relief Grant.
