Randal Hubbard has requested a rezone for Tax Parcel 082 020A located on Center Church Rd from A2 (General Agriculture) to AR (Agriculture Residential) to subdivide two five acre lots for family. DISTRICT I 1 Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval. 2. Clifford Proffer has requested a rezone for Tax Parcel 052 032 located at 1525 Athens Rd from A2 (General Agriculture) to HI (Heavy Industrial) for a concrete batch plant. DISTRICT 4 Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval. 3. Paula Wagnon for the Estate of Oneta Nation has requested a rezone for Tax Parcel 071 011 located at 1333 Crawford Smithonia Rd from A2 (General Agriculture) to AR (Agriculture Residential) to subdivide 7.82 acres for family. DISTRICT 5 Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval. 4. USA Land Group has requested a variance to the number of parcels accessible by a private drive from three parcels to four parcels for Tax Parcel 087 079 located at 490 Watson Mill Rd. Applicant is subdividing 135.69 acres into 6 parcels (20+ acres and up) and requesting four of the parcels be accessible by a private drive. Applicant informs that all owners agree that the drive will be privately maintained and property owners will be waiving the right to request county maintenance. DISTRICT5 Zoning Board recommended approval upon the condition that parcels cannot be further subdivided and that the property owners will perpetually maintain the private access drive. 5. ODR, LLC is requesting a Change in Conditions to the previously rezoned Tax Parcel 075 014B located on Oglethorpe Drive. Applicant is requesting that the age restriction of 55+ be removed and that there be no age restriction. DISTRICT1 Applicant has requested to withdraw application. 6. Oglethorpe County has initiated a rezone for Tax Parcel 048 009 located on Suddeth Rd from Al (Intensive Agriculture) to A2 (General Agriculture) for the purpose of complying to Section 500.06(B) of the Oglethorpe County Unified Development Code.
