Five (5) minutes will be allowed during a Public Hearing. Comments will be allowed before considering each item on the agenda, provided that the City Secretary has received a speaker request form before the start of the meeting. 4. Presentation, Briefing and Discussion from Birkhoff, Hendricks & Carter, L.L.P. Professional Engineers regarding potential update to the Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan and Impact Fes for the City of Crandall Water and Wastewater Impact Fee Update. In compliance with Chapter 395, Texas Local Government Code, the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee will assist in the review and recommendation of update to the land use assumptions and capital improvements plan fort the consideration of potential water and wastewater impact fees update by the City Council in Crandall. 5. Discussion and Action on a recommendation finding projected 10-year growth rate to be consistent with the updated Land Use Plan and the updated Water and Wastewater Capital Improvements Plan to be consistent with the updated Land Use Plan. 6. The Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Crandall may act on any item listed in Executive Session in Open Session or move any item from Executive Session to Open Session for action.
