SACA May Event Marketing PD-820824 $207.50 Total $7086.85 Citizen input, there was none Police report- there was none reported Candie Pederson and Michael Del Rossi reported the Scope of Services Sidewalk pressure cleaning 2 x per year /Gorilla Cleaning Irrigation is all supposed to operate in Circle Park Candie Pederson : Master Plan for the Circle Park should be drawn up by City for long term viability of Circle Park Joe Mladinich the City Attorney was supposed to send a certified letter about encroachment agreement to advise all landowners of their responsibility to maintain their sidewalks and curb to sidewalks in good order. Jonathan and Dan Lear reported on the new Restroom aesthetics proposals. The BID director unanimously agreed on OPTION 3 for the design of the restrooms buildings. Steve Stancel reported that we would need commission approval to donate property for restrooms, maintain the restrooms, BID to pay for structure. April 16 is the next City Commission meeting to propose Restroom Buildings. Al Motion passed to approve the Design Option 3 concept. We would like to present to the Commission. We would pay for restrooms. We would seek to use the right of Way. City would pay to maintain restrooms. Diana reported Ok to start Garage 4/23/2018. We are waiting to hear from FPL about burying all power lines. Allison and Brittany reported on Grapevine Communications marketing update. BID Budget Preparations- Susan Dodd reported: 1.
