The meeting came to order at 3:00 p.m. Mr. Murphy recited the Pledge of Civility for all in attendance and shared correspondence. Roll call was taken. APPEALS FROM THE FLORIDA! BUILDING DEPARTMENT: There were no appeals. PRESENTATION OF TOPICS BY THE PUBLIC: There were no presentations oft topics by the public. PRESENTATION OF TOPICS BY BOARD MEMBERS: Mr. Lewis inquired about the new senate bill. Mr. Murphy read from Senate Bill 1702, specifically inspection timelines required by the bill, and confirmed that the jurisdiction is responsible for regarding those for whom the bill is applicable. Mr. Murphy stated that the City would be working with notifying office and prioritizing buildings from 1992 that complete the Sarasota County Property Appraiser's the Board structural inspections and milestone inspections.
