The meeting was called to order by the Chair at 9:05 a.m. Action: Member Edmonds moves to amend the agenda to include approval of Absentee Meeting Minutes of October 01, 2024. (second by Member King) Motion passes (for: Member Edmonds, Member King, Chair Grimes; against: Member Devore, Member Baker) Mrs. Bree Eldridge spoke during the public comment period. DS200 reading: 314 Absentee Officer Dixon presented: 320 civilian absentee ballots (39 include exception forms; 6 where the ID might be inside the ballot envelope); 63 military absentee ballots (52 emailed & duplicated, 11 mailed); 43 overseas (emailed & duplicated). Action: Member Edmonds moves to approve 2 civilian absentee ballots where the exception forms were inside the ballot envelope (second by Member King). Vote is unanimous in favor. Action: Member Edmonds moves to approve one civilian absentee ballot where the exception form is inside the ballot envelope (and an additional, crossed out signature appears on the outside of the envelope (second by Member King).
