The proposed 9,100 square foot private club will be located within the Quay Blocks 7 & 8 development. Memberships will be offered to the public who meet the club criteria for membership. Associated parking will be provided within a proposed parking garage. Application to be filed for this project includes: A Minor Conditional Use Application for a Private Club. This is not a public hearing. The purpose of the workshop is to inform neighboring property owners, residents, and business owners of the nature of the proposed development or land use request, explain the site plan, and solicit comments.
