Motion by Commissioner Shives authorizing Chairman Ulsh to endorse the FFY 2019 CDBG Modifications as presented by SEDA COG and Patti Hess as outlined below: Belfast Twp./Needmore Water - Phase IV: Current Budget: $179,732.00 Change: ($179,732.00 Revised Budget: $0.00 McConnellsburg Curb Cuts Current Budget: $0.00 Change: $125,497.04 Revised Budget: $125,497.04 McConnellsburg Curb Cuts and Handicap Accessible Parking Current Budget: $0.00 Change: $54,234.96 Revised Budget: $54,234.96 All ini favor. The Commissioners met with Berley Souder, County Coroner regarding Coroner Office Duties. The Commissioners held a Safety Committee Meeting. The Commissioners met with CES Engineering, the Fair Grounds Association, Todd Township, Jamie Shrawder-SEDA COG and Patti Hess regarding water management at the Fulton County Fairgrounds, which was: identified during a CDBG Project at the Fairgrounds, Jeremy Fletcher and Bucky Zeger were representing CES Engineers, Jana Malot and Paul Schmidt were representing the Fair Association and. Jim Gress was representing Todd Township. The group. discussed a temporary solution but are awaiting approval from the Fair Board before proceeding.. Motion by Commissioner Bunch authorizing Chairman Ulsh to endorse Change Order #1 for the McConnellsburg ADA Curb Cuts & Fairgrounds Project of which indicated the Heavy and Highway prevalling wage rates were changed to the 7/16/21 date which is no cost change. Backfill of fairgrounds ADA Paths can either be gravel or seeded topsoil which is a no cost change as well, All in favor. Chairman Ulsh asked If there was any public comment. None was noted.
