137 Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners - Tuesday, December 6, 2022 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office Present: Commissioner Shives, Commissioner Bunch & Commissioner Ulsh (via telephone partial meeting) Absent: None Others Present: Hannah Beier, Photographer for Reuters Commissioner Bunch opened the meeting with silent prayer and all recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the Commissioners' Minutes of the November 29, 2022 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Salary Board Minutes of the November 29, 2022 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Accounts Payable dated December 2, 2022 in the amount of $19,195.22. All in favor. Fund 100 General Fund 18,450.97 Manual Checks $0.00 TOTAL GENERAL FUND $18,450.97 Fund 238 911 69.72 Fund 256 Domestic Relations 299.53 Fund 269 DCED Grant Funds-Election Integrity 375.00 TOTAL ALL FUNDS $19,195.22 Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Liquid Fuels county aid allocation allotment to Licking Creek Township for FFY 2022 in the amount of $2,442.98. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the Liquid Fuels county aid allocation allotment to Belfast Township for FFY 2022 in the amount of $2,088.33. Motion carried. Commissioner Shives abstained but due to only two Commissioners available at that time decided to vote yes in order to carry the motion. Motion by Commissioner Shives approving the Purchase of Service Agreement between "County of Ful- ton on behalf of Fulton County Services for Children and Fulton County Probation" and "International Corporate Training & Marketing, LLC (ICTM)" effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. All in favor. Commissioner Ulsh joined the meeting via telephone. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Tower Ownership Agreement between County of Fulton and Upward Broadband, LLC. All in favor. 138 Commissioners met with CDBG Coordinator Patti Hess in regards to the Wells Tannery Township Meeting. Commissioners asked Hess to reach out to Water Company to advise them to write letters to residents who receive water services. Commissioners discussed the Penn State 4-H Program.
