Tamiami Trail in Sarasota, Florida (PID# 2025-05-0023), which is zoned North Trail (NT), located within the North Trail Overlay District (NTOD). The proposed development consists of an 11,040 square-foot mixed-use building. The structure will include a first and second-level parking garage, general office space on the third floor, and the fourth floor shall contain eight (8) residential units. In addition, a modified driveway will be constructed in accordance with City of Sarasota specifications to facilitate solid waste collection. Improvements within thei right-of-way will include the removal ofunused driveways and thei installation of an 8-foot sidewalk (along North Tamiami Trail), and a 5-foot sidewalk (along 13th Street). All right-of-way enhancements will be constructed in compliance with the current City of Sarasota code requirements. The proposed landscaping plan will adhere to all applicable City of Sarasota design standards and will be prepared, signed, and sealed by a state-licensed landscape architect.
