Appointment ofl Patrick Steward to the Logan County Board of Adjustment for a three-year term to expire January 31, 2024. Appointment of Alma A. McArthur to the Logan County Lodging Tax Board for a two-year term to expire January 31, 2023. Appointment ofKathy Hradecky to the Logan County E-911 Authority Board for a three-year term to expire December 31, 2023. Approval of a 60-day extension for a Temporary Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License on behalf of Sterling GolfInvestments, LLC dba Northeastern 18. The board ratified the approval of Small Business Grant checks approved at the December 8, 2020 and December 15, 2020 Work Session. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve the consent agenda. Commissioner McBride seconded and the motion carried 2-0. Commissioner Pelton abstained due to being absent from the December 1, 2020 meeting. Chairmen McBride continued with New Business Commissioner Pelton moved to approve a contract for professional services between Logan County and Quantum Plus, Inc. for provision ofl Medical Director services for Logan County Ambulance Service. Commissioner Bauder seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve an application submitted by the City of Sterling for renewal of the license and vehicle permits for Logan County Ambulance Service. Commissioner Pelton seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Pelton moved to approve an application submitted by the Crook Fire Protection District for renewal of its Ambulance license and vehicle permits. Commissioner Bauder seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve the Logan County Lodging Tax Board Project, Herrmann Global 2021 Marketing Campaign in the amount of $5,250. Commissioner Pelton seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Pelton moved to approve the Logan County Lodging Tax Board Project, 2021 Logan County Visitor Center Budget in the amount of$11,800. Commissioner Pelton moved to approve Resolution 2020-45 levying general property taxes for the 2020 assessment year payable in 2021 to help defray the cost of government for Logan County, Colorado for the 2021 budget year. Commissioner Bauder seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve Resolution 2020-46 to adopt the Logan County Pest Control District Budget for 2021. Commissioner McBride seconded and the motion carried 2-1. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve Resolution 2020-47 to appropriate sums of money for the Logan County Pest Control District for 2021. Commissioner Pelton moved to approve Resolution 2020-48 levying general property taxes for the 2020 assessment year, payable in 2021 to help defray the costs of government for the Logan County Pest Control District for the 2021 budget year. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve Resolution 2020-49 concerning the establishment of emergency Reserve in Fiscal Year 2020 in compliance with Amendment One (Tabor) and transferring appropriated funds between funds.
