Chairman McBride asked ifthere were any revisions for the agenda. None were indicated. The Board continued with the Consent Agenda items: Approval of the Minutes ofthe December 10, 2019 meeting. Approval of an application for renewal of a Fermented Malt Beverage Liquor License on behalf ofPJ Marina, LLC. Commissioner Pelton moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Commissioner Bauder seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Chairman McBride continued with Unfinished Business: Commissioner Bauder moved to award the proposal for Onsite and/or Remote Technical Support for Information Technology and Computer Support Services for Logan County Governmental Offices to Paramount Technologies out of Brush, Colorado. Commissioner Pelton seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Pelton moved to award the bid for a Secuity Camera System for Logan County Governmental Offices to Paramount Technologies in the amount of $6,315.08. Commissioner Bauder seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve Resolution 2019-51 for Subdivision Exemption on behalf of Duane R. Kuhn and Patricia A. Kuhn to create a 5.0-acre parcel from a 160-acre parcel in an Agricultural (A) zone located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 8 North, Range 50 West, of the 6th Principal Meridian, in Logan County, Colorado. Commissioner Pelton seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Chairman McBride continued with New Business: Commissioner Pelton moved to approve the Logan County Emergency Operations Plan that was provided by Jerry Casebolt, the Emergency Manager. Commissioner Bauder seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve Resolution 2019-52 concerning the establishment of Emergency Reserve in Fiscal Year 2019 in compliance with Amendment One (Tabor) and transferring appropriated funds between funds. Commissioner Pelton seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Consideration ofthe approval ofthe following Logan County Lodging Tax Board Projects: NADS In-Room Guest Directory. 2020 Logan County Visitor Center Budget. Commissioner Pelton moved to approve the Logan County Lodging Tax Board Project NADS In-Room Guest Directory. Commissioner Bauder seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Pelton moved to approve the Logan County Lodging Tax Board Project 2020 Logan County Visitor Center Budget. Commissioner Bauder seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve 2019-53 supplementing the budgets of the Logan County Sheriff, and County Clerk - Elections, Office of Emergency Management and Buildings and Grounds Department in the General Fund with unanticipated revenues or fund balances. Commissioner Pelton seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Pelton moved to approve the Certification ofLevies and Revenue for 2020. Commissioner Bauder seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Pelton noted that ifthere are any questions or concerns from the public, they need to talk to the Lower South Platte Water Conservancy Board. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve an application submitted by the City of Sterling for renewal of the license and vehicle permits for Logan County Ambulance Service. Commissioner Pelton seconded and the motion carried 3- 0. Lavon Ritter with Logan County Emergency Services explained the application and highlighted the changes made. Commissioner Pelton moved to approve an Agreement between Logan County and Prairie Moon, LLC to Convey Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery to Logan County. Commissioner Bauder seconded and the motion carried 3-0. Richard Lawler expressed his gratitude to the City of Sterling and Logan County for their assistance through this process. Some ofthe County Offices will be closed on Tuesday, December 24 - Christmas Eve. The County Offices that will be open Tuesday, December 24, 2019 will close at 12:00 p.m.. All County Offices will be closed Wednesday, December 25, Christmas Day. County Offices will be closed Wednesday, January 1, 2020 - New Year's Day. 2 The next business meeting will be scheduled for Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. at the Logan County Courthouse.
