January 3, 2023 The Logan County Board of Commissioners met in regular session with the following members present constituting a quorum of the members thereof: Byron H. Pelton Chairman Jane E. Chairman Pelton asked if there were any revisions for the agenda. Hearing none, Chairman Pelton continued with consent agenda. The Board continued with the Consent Agenda items: Approval ofthe Minutes of December 20, 2022. o Acknowledge the receipt ofthe Sheriff S Fee Report for the month of November 2022. Acknowledge the receipt ofthe Treasurer', 's Fee Report for the month of November 2022. Acknowledge the receipt ofthe Veteran's Service Officer's report and Certification of pay form for the month of December 2022. Consideration ofthe approval of an application for renewal of a Fermented Malt Beverage Liquor License on behalf ofl LMR Oil LLC doing business as Sinclair #3, 4513 Highway 63, Atwood, CO 80722. Commissioner Bauder moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Commissioner McBride seconded, and the motion carried 3-0. Chairman Pelton continued with New Business: Commissioner McBride moved to postpone Resolution 2023-1 definitely until January 17, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. for Subdivision Exemption on behalf of Robert Mesch to create a tract three hundred (300) feet North and South and one hundred seventy (170) feet East and West from the Northeast corner of the tract six hundred twenty five (625) feet North and South and five hundred ninety-five (595) feet East and West the Northwest corner of the East half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2NW1/4) ofSection Thirty-Five (35), Township Seven (7) North, Range Fifty-Five (55) West oft the Sixth Principal Meridian, Logan County, Colorado. Commissioner Bauder seconded, and the motion carried 3-0. Other Business The next regular meeting will be scheduled for Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. at the Logan County Courthouse. County Courthouse will be closed January 16, 2023, in observance of Martin Luther King Day.
