Chairman Sonnenberg asked ifthere were any revisions for the agenda. Hearing none, Chairman Sonnenberg continued with consent agenda. The Board continued with the Consent Agenda items: Approval of the Minutes oft the June 18 and June 26, 2023, meetings. Acknowledge receipt ofthe Sheriff S Fee Report for May 2023. a Acknowledge receipt ofthe Veteran's Service Officer's Monthly Report and Certification of Pay Form for the month of June 2023. Commissioner Brownell moved to approve the Consent Agenda. Commissioner McBride seconded, and the motion carried 3-0. Chairman Sonnenberg continued with New Business: Chairman Sonnenberg opened a public hearing testimony phase oft the meeting for Ratification of Resolution 2023-19 signed June 26, 2023, declaring the unincorporated area ofLogan County a local disaster emergency as ai result of flood waters from rains and runoff beginning June 21, 2023, and continuing, which have impacted numerous county roads, causing Logan County to expend resources and monies on emergency and continuous repairs and maintenance. Chairman Sonnenberg seeing no public comments, closed the public hearing testimony phase. Fritzler and Karen E. Fritzler to vacate Subdivision Exemption Plat No. 99-15, recorded at Reception No. 635027, Book 923, Page 84, ofthe records oft the Logan County Clerk and Recorder. Other Business The next regular meeting will be scheduled for Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. and then again on July 18, 2023 at the Logan County Courthouse.
