Upon a motion by Mike Dalby, seconded by Cary Shaw, the court unanimously voted to approve the Auditor and Financial Matters: Budget Transfers of $123,415.00 and no Budget Amendments. Upon a motion by Jordan Rackler, seconded by Mike Dalby, the court unanimously voted to authorize the County Judge to sign the First Amendment to the Contract for Construction with Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. for the Lubbock County Detention Center Loading Dock Improvement project. Upon a motion by Jordan Rackler, seconded by Cary Shaw, the court unanimously voted to approve Form FSA-338 "Request for Obligation of Funds" for USDA Certified Mediation Program Grant. As presented by D. Gene Valentini. 14.00 Discuss, consider and/or take actionregarding the 2025 4thon Broadway funding request pursuantt to Section 74.601 ets seg. of the Texas Property Code.
