Attorney Joe Maladinch provided an overview regarding city liability for sidéwalks and curb to sidewalk landscaping and he cited city code 16..49C That says "the property owner shall maintain landscaping" Steve Stancil reported that he had 13 new resumes for the Bid Operations Manager position There was a discussion about updating the circle wide music system. Diana had requested that the city provide a scope of services for 2018 as to what maintenance the city would provide. The-reason for this scope of services is In regard to routine maintenance like painting benches, lampposts, trash cans and various landscape maintenance requirements.
