Discussion and direction for cancellation of. July 8, 2025 City Commission Meeting - City Commission Summer Recess (To bring back to June 10th Meeting if conceptually agreed upon) The City Commission conceptually agreed to cancel the July 8, 2025 City Commission Meeting to allow for summer recess. A resolution will be brought back for formal action at the. June 10, 2025 Meeting. K. REPORT OF THE MAYOR L. REPORT OF THE CITY MANAGER 1. Update on request for HCT Certified Public Accountants and Consultants LLC to provide audit(s) update M. REPORT OF THE CITY ATTORNEY N. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS OF COMMISSIONERS, IF ANY Motion made by Commissioner Scott to have a street naming policy in place that can be brought back to the commission for consideration. Duly seconded by Vice Mayor Cowan-Williams and passed unanimously. Voting Yea: Mayor Babb, Vice Mayor Cowan-Williams, Commissioner Boldin, Commissioner McPherson, Commissioner Scott Commissioner Scott moved that the City Commission authorize the filing ofa a civil lawsuit for the misappropriation of City assets against Chandler Williamson, Rodney Lucas, Jongelene Adams, and Greg Thompson. Commissioner McPherson seconded the motion. The City Attorney requested to speak with Commissioner Scott offline to discuss the matter further.
