Status of Vacancies, Recruitment, and Retention Efforts in Accordance with Assembly Bill (AB) 251 (California Government Code Section 3502.3) Staff recommends that the Council open the hearing, allow for public testimony, discuss the status of vacancies, recruitment, and retention efforts in accordance with AB 2561, close the hearing, and approve to receive and file the report. A Public Hearing to Accept Public Comment and Consider Adoption of A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Arvin Accepting and Adopting the Local Government Plan and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program (PLHA) Amendment Plan, Streamline Application, and Standard Agreement, if awarded. Staff recommends that the Council open the hearing, allow for public testimony, close the hearing, and approve the Resolution. Hearing opened.
