Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Tuesday, May 26, 2020 Meeting Minutes. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the accounts payable dated May 29, 2020, in the amount of $49,149.77. All in favor. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to exit Executive Session at 9:30 a.m. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to accept the resignation of Mary K. Seville effective July 3, 2020. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the payroll dated June 5, 2020 in the amount of $89,848.17. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives authorizing Chairman Ulsh to endorse the 903 County Recycling Coordinator Grant. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to endorse the Medical Assistance Transportation Program Participation Grant Agreement & Assurance Compliance to commence on July 1, 2020 and terminate June 30, 2021. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Michael Lamb, Wessle & Co and Lisa Beatty, Fiscal Administrator regarding the April Flash report. Immediately following the Board, Mike Lamb and Lisa Beatty attended a conference call with Jason Pepe, Sterling Advisors regarding updates on accounts. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to fulfill the remaining ARC Contribution for 2020 in the amount of $134,983. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Carol Wright, HR. Administrator to discuss personnel matters. After review by the County and Townships, a Motion by Commissioner Shives that the tax deadlines will remain with no change as stated on the bills. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Travis Kendall, District Attorney regarding offiçe matters. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to adjourn at 11:20 a.m. All in favor.
