Was Borough paid for wood? At March Council meeting approval was given for Holding Tank. Agreement. Is Council also aware of letter granting permission to open Street? The Borough Solicitor stated the letter was dated July 2024 when applicant approached Council to develop unopened portion of Sachse Avenue. Council had no plans to improve unopened portion; however, an adjoining property owner has the right to improve and use the unopened portion of Sachse Avenue. Mr. Simmons wants to know ifthey will be advised of any: further development with regards to Sacshe. Avenue. The Solicitor stated the Municipalities Planning Code does not require notification. All Planning Commission meetings have been legally advertised for the year and are held on the second' Tuesday ofthe) Month at 6:00 pm at the Borough building. Agenda will be posted twenty-four hours in advance ofi meeting. Linda Grencavich questioned authorization to cut tree down. Michael Schadder questioned what due diligence was done to ascertain ingress/egress for property. He also asked how to file a FOIA request? Forms are available online and in the office. Ron Schadder asked the Solicitor ifhis office gave authorization to open Sachse Avenue. The Solicitor's office prepared letter, however, all properties touching unopened portion of roadway have easement rights. Discussion ensued regarding status of wall construction on Walnut Avenue. Maureen Bending questioned status of PPLI lights & poles. Streetlight outage on Twain has been reported: numerous times.
