Call to Order = Chairman Russell called the meeting to order at 6:31pm. 2. Approval of Agenda - Jamey Towler made a motion to approve the agenda, Tara Argo seconded the motion and it was approved 4-0. 3. Minutes = Mike Lee made a motion to approve minutes, Jamey Towler seconded the motion, approved 4-0. 4. Treasurer's Report - Tara Argo presented report = one change was check issued to Mike Lee for reimbursement for class (see attached). 5. Old Business a. Website Update - Jamey Dempsey Resigned. Tara took over website and gave update. b. Chairman Russell went over workplan and update. C. 254 Main Street Project = Chairman Russell went through the timeline for proposals and it will be discussed at the regular meeting in May. d. Grant Writer discussion - whether we should go ahead with grant writer. The Board asked if she could give us a written proposal and copy of contract. The board will review the contract and vote on it at the next meeting. 6. New Business = no new business. 7. Public Comment - no public comment 8.
