Derrick May - 230 Mount Pleasant - home insurance (non city resident) 6. Youth Council Update Camila Ayala, Sydney Reeves and Paris McGee presented a slide show presentation ofthe Youth Council trip to Washington DC. (power point attached) 7. City Manager's Update Police Department - Captain Brownlee presented the stats for the month and introduced two new officers to the department Kile Dorsey and Tommy Steeley. Public Works - Chris Boyt presented the stats for the month and introduced the Water department crew in recognition that the water leaks are the lowest they have been in two years. Community Development - Wanda Moore presented Main Street = Kenda Woodard presented the slide about architects for city upgrades, the Black History Parade that was rescheduled from 2/25 and the block party was moved to McDonough Street. Finance Department - Ed Wall discussed the financial results for the first quarter October 1 - Dec 31st. he is pleased and says we are on track, our numbers are great! City Manager Emergenetics Training, Washington DC (facetime with Senators and Congressmen) Council that attended: Mayor Pro T'em Cleveland Councilmember D. Bryant, K. White-Williams, P. Duchesne and City Manager Alex Cohilas. Congressman Brian Jack coming in April and wants to come visit our city not just the Atlanta Motor Speedway. Ossoff & Warnocks office has been in contact with the City Manager, Grant money for the Pedestrian Bridge across Highway 20 - asked for 6M. 8. Unfinished Business A. Ordinance No. 2025-001 (Second Read)(First Read 4-1 February 11, 2025) for the property owner's request (Southeast Property Holdings, LLC) conditional use permit (CU-25-01-17) for +/- 132.97 acres located at Parcel ID Nos. 039-01015000 Hampton, GA 30228, zoned MU (Mixed-Use), to allow light industrial land use for the development of a data center campus.
