Consideration and action of Resolution 2025-31 of the mutual benefits, the parties to this Agreement, the City Council for the City of Hampton and the Board of the Spalding County Water and Sewerage Facilities Authority, hereby agree to enter into this Agreement pursuant to the IGC Clause Mayor opened for Public Comment - Kerri Spayd spoke and left her documentation for the Mayor.
