Comments must be relevant to the agenda item. This is not intended to be a question-and-answer. session. Prior to speaking, each speaker must fill out the speaker request form and submit it to the City Secretary before the meeting is called to order. There will be no separate discussion of items unless the mayor or councilmember SO requests, in which event the item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal sequence. 4) CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: a) Consideration and possible action on certification of unopposed status of candidates for the May 03, 2025 election. Motion Carried 3-0 Mayor Pro Tem Rocky Hawkins- Aye Councilmember David Britton- Motion Councilmember Robert Kimbrough- Second c) Consideration and possible action on annual review of Investment Policy. - Tabled d) Consideration and possible action on citizen's, Stuart Gross, request to build a fence. - Would like to build a fence in front yard of his home- consists of 4X4 posts on 8 ft centers, with cattle panel, 2X6 treated on top with a top cap. Nothing precludes, but asking for sake of transparency- council agrees. Also, Stuart will pick up tree from Ingram Garden Club- council gives permission. Stuart has officially obtained his Code Enforcement License and is no longer "in training" e) Consideration and possible action on engagement letter for preparation of audit for fiscal year 2024.
