Proof of posting, of notice in accordance with the provisions ofTitle 5. Chapter 551. Govemment Code (Veron' 's Texas Codes Ann. 1994) as amended. known as the Texas Open Mectings Act. Judge Elliott brought the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m., asking for proof of posting which was affirmed by Elizabeth Perez, County Clerk, on the north and south door and the second-floor bulletin board. 2. Public comments. No public comments. 3. Elected official reports. Commissioner Wuebker stated she had someone call her and thank the county for the air-ambulance service. 4. Discussion and/or action concerning CHIRP SFY 2026 IGT (indigent hcalth care) payment in the amount of $69.273.00. Commissioner. Albright made a motion to approve the CHIRP SFY 2026 IGT payment of $69,273.00, Commissioner Willberg seconded; motion carried. 5. Discussion and/or action concerning Cielo Vista Subdivision. Commissioner Green made a motion to approve the Cielo Vista Subdivision. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 6. Discussion and/or action concerning Edoc Technologies. Inc. Nothing at this time. 7. Discussion and/or action concerning Netdata, and other software systems. Nothing at this time. 8. Discussion and/or action concerning road use agreement with SBE DC- Project Orion - Site Access Roads. CR 354: and CR 355. Have not received the road use agreement. 9. Discussion and/or action conceming leasing lot by Annex to NextLink. Nothing at this time. 10. Discussion and/or action concerning Interlocal Agreement with the City ofLott for road work. Commissioner Willberg made a motion to accept the Interlocal Agreement with the City ofl Lott for road work. Commissioner Wuebker seconded; motion carried. 11, Review and discussion of Road and Bridge precinct work reports., including Administrator'sr progress report. Jeff. Jackson, Road and Bridge Administrator, was not present at the meeting. Judge Elliott stated that if anyone has questions that they can contact Jeff. 12. Discussion and/or action concerning the approving of payment of bills, including reimbursements. late charges, the transfer of cash or funds from any line item or departments to another, book transfers and any budget amendments: including but not limited to discussion and action concerning department or non-departmental items with line items that go past their budgeted amounts. Commissioner Albright made a motion to pay all bills, budget amendments, and payroll. Commissioner Green seconded; motion carried. 13. Approval ofr minutes of prior mectings ofCommissioner's Court. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to approve the minutes ofthe prior meeting. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 14. Adjournment.
