Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners - Tuesday, October 23, 2018 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office Present: Commissioner Ulsh, Commissioner Lynch and Commissioner McCray The Commissioners opened their meeting with prayer and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to approve the minutes of the Tuesday, October 16, 2018 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner McCray to approve the Accounts Payable dated October 22, 2018 in the amount of $67,404.71. All in favor. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the Application for Headstone/Marker Expenses of Deceased Service Person, Carl Reed Seiders in the amount of $50. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner McCray authorizing Chairman Ulsh to endorse the Agreement between the County of Fulton and Forensic Pathology Associates for the purpose of forensic autopsy services effective January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Lynch authorizing Chairman Ulsh to endorse a memorandum of Agreement between the Fulton County Emergency Management Agency and the Federal Emergency Management Agency Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) Program Management Office. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Mr. James Crowder, Manager, External Affairs from First Energy. He is the new Representative for our Area. The Commissioners met with Mary K. Seville, Planning and Mapping Director regarding Southern Alleghenies Rural Transportation Technical Committee (RTTC). Motion by Commissioner McCray to appoint Mr. Gary K. Decker as a Municipal Representative to the RTTC Committee for a term beginning January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Michelle Sowers, Tax Assessor and Solicitor Kerlin regarding Tax Appeal finalization. Motion by Commissioner Lynch authorizing Chairman Ulsh to sign and approving the submission to DCED the Fiscal Status Report for FFY 2013 Competitive and FFY 2013 and 2014 Entitlement contract closeouts. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Sheriff Stains regarding budgeting.
