Motion by commissioner Shives to approve the accounts payable dated October 1, 2021 in the amount of $83,547.52. All in favor. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Bradley Seville, Director of Building & Grounds regarding maintenance items at MDJ Horne's Office and the Probation Department. The Commissioners as a part of the Tax Appeal Board including Solicitor Stein and Chief Assessor Michelle Sowers conducted Tax Appeal Hearings as advertised from 9:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m. Those minutes are obtained in the Tax. Assessment Office. The Commissioners along with Mike Lamb, Wessel & Co and Lisa Beatty, Fiscal Administrator had a conference call with Zelenkofske Axelrod regarding the FY 2020 Audit. There were no findings and everything was in compliance with auditing standards. In addition, the audit report stated the County spent its Cares Funds according to the guidelines with no findings. The Commissioners gave thanks to Lisa Beatty and Michael Lamb for their expertise and continued efforts with assuring all guidelines are met. The commissioners met with Justin Evans, Planning and Recycling Director regarding the recent Tire Recycle Event. Follow up on this matter within the next few weeks. The commissioners met with. Julia Dovey, Director of the Fulton Family Partnership regarding HSBG and ERAP funds, Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Emergency Rental Assistance Program Re-Certification Document, All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the Reallocation to the HSBG fund for True North Wellness Services-$12,897.58 for Human Service Development Funds for Specialized Services for Mental Health Crisis Intervention and Drug & Alcohol Care/Case Management. The requested funds are for unreimbursed expenses prior to June 30, 2021. All in favor. Motion. by Commissioner Shives to approve the Fulton County Adult Probation Department Budget Transfer in the amount of $975. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve budget transfers from the Fulton County Adult, Juvenlle, House Arrest to adult Probation in the amount of $860. All in favor.
