Gonzales St, Seguin, TX. 78155 501 E Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX. 78666 345 Landa St., New Braunfels, TX. 78130 NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, V.T.C.A, Local Government Code, notice is hereby given of a possible quorum as members of the Seguin City Council and Seguin Parks and Recreation Advisory will be jointly participating in a Facility Tour of nearby recreation centers. They will tour the San Marcos Activity Center, at 501 E. Hopkins, San Marcos, TX 78666 and Das Rec, at 345 Landa St., New Braunfels, TX 78130. This outing is not intended to be a meeting at which business will be conducted. This is an informal, educational, information gathering activity, only. No votes or other actions will be taken. No decisions on public matters will be made. Any action based upon the data observed or discussed during this facility tour will be made the subject of subsequent, properly posted public meetings. This notice is posted in order to meet the requirements of the Opens Meetings Act, in the event that the number of City Council or Parks and Recreation Advisory Board members present make the Act applicable.
