Consider and take action on an amendment to the contract for the sale of the Civic Center, located at 1819 W. Spring Street, Palestine, Texas. Judge McKinney 7. Consider and take action to repair the overhead door at Precinct 1 Road and Bridge Department. Commissioner Chapin 8. Consider and take action to locate an Architect for the Agriculture Extension building, located at 519 North Sycamore Street. Commissioner Chapin 9. Consider and take action on Order Number 0-02-2025, allowing retail fireworks permit holders to sell fireworks to the public in celebration of Juneteenth, period beginning June 14 and ending at Midnight June 19, 2025.
