Mayor Escobar Jr. announced the first item under Work Session Agenda C1. 2025-143: Presentation and discussion regarding parliamentary procedures and the role of council liaison, presented by City Attorney Grant Lowry. No Action. Mayor Escobar Jr. announced Executive Session: Under terms of Chapter 551 of Texas Government Code the City Council may enter into Closed Session or Executive Session to discuss the following: Section 551.071, Texas Government Code.
