ON APRIL 14, 2025, IN PONDER TOWN HALL, AT 102 W. BAILEY STREET, PONDER. REGULAR SESSION AGENDA CALL TO ORDER Paul Gillilan called meeting to order at 5:31pm. This is a time for the public to address the P & Z Commission on any subject. However, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the P & Z Commission from discussing issues which the public has not been given seventy-two (72) hours' notice. Issues raised may be referred to Town Staff. for research and possible future action. No one signed up CONSENT AGENDA 1. Approval of previous meeting minutes. Paul Gillilan motioned to approve, Ryan Dobbs seconded. Consider and Act on approval of the Final Plat for Saddleside, Phase 1. Paul Gillilan Motion to approve per Town Engineer's recommendation, Lisa Fischer seconded the motion. Jason Adams raised concerns about paragraph 3 regarding water well and water to be provided for development. Mike Anderson with Belcheff and Associates explained the project's logistics in regard to water. There are two routes for developers to take. The Town of Ponder is currently improving the Robinson Rd Pump Station. There is an agreement with TOP and the developer to cost participate in TOP upgrades. The TOP is also working with City of Denton on sewer and WWTP plans. Paul Gillilan asked if there was a timeline for the City of Denton to participate and Mike Anderson did not have an exact date but said talks were still ongoing and estimated about 18 months.
