Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Commissioners' Minutes of the March 21, 2023 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the Accounts Payables dated March 27, 2023 in the amount of $365,803.96. All in favor. Commissioners met with Mike Hess, Regional Account Manager for ABM Building Value, via Zoom. Hess showed a PowerPoint Presentation on energy savings solutions and funding options for capital projects. Commissioners responded that there was not a need for these services in Fulton County at the present time and thanked Mr. Hess for reaching out to them. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to enter into Executive Session at 9:45 a.m. for Real Estate matters. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to exit Executive Session at 10:07 a.m. All in favor. Commissioners met with EMA/911 Director Brian Barton to discuss the ComPros Maintenance Agreement. Commissioners tabled signing the agreement until further information was gathered. 184 Motion by Commissioner Shives to proclaim April as "Pennsylvania 811 Safe Digging Month". All in favor. Commissioners signed a Letter of Support addressed to William Kiger, President, CEO of Pennsylvania 811, recognizing April as "Pennsylvania 811 Safe Digging Month. Commissioners discussed the Warfordsburg Senior Center, which is county owned, and an inquiry about renting it out. Commissioners agreed on the rental process as long as proper procedures for liability measures were in place. Commissioners signed the February Retirement Fund Report.
