Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the minutes oft the July 27, 2021 meeting, All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the accounts payable dated July 30, 2021 in the amount of $105,643.13. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to authorize Chairman Ulsh to endorse the Environmental Reviews Documents for the Fulton County Family Partnership-Dental Clinic CDBG Entitlement FFY 2018 C000070492 which is Categorically Excluded/Exempt. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve endorsement to the Purchase of Service Agreement with the County ofl Fulton and Pathways Counseling Services, LLC effective July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve endorsement to the Purchase of Service Agreement with the County of Fulton and Overt the Rainbow Children's Advocacy Center effective July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve endorsement to the Purchase of Service Agreement with the County of Fulton and Professional Family Care Services effective July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Mike Lamb and Lisa Beatty Fiscal Administrator regarding fund balances. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh that the 2020 General Fund Surplus be assigned to Capital Reserve Funds in the amount of $400,000.00. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Jamie Shrawder, SEDA-COG via conference call and Lee Zeger, CES Engineering after he reviewed the bids for McConnellsburg Curb Cuts and The Fairgrounds project. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to table bids for the CDBG McConnellsburg Curb Cuts and Fairgrounds Projects for further: review by Solicitor Stein. All in favor. The Commissioners had a conference call with Faith Haussler and Janice Cameron, PA Council of Aging regarding technology needs for older adults, The Commissioners met with Carol Wright, HR. Administrator and Brian Barton, EMA/9-1-1 Director regarding Personnel Matters, Motion by Chairman Ulsh tol Enter Executive Session at 10:50 a.m, regarding Personnel Matters, All in favor Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to Exit Executive Session 11:55 a.m. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives authorizing Commissioner Ulsh and Chief Clerk McConahy to endorse the 2021 PCOMP Safety Improvement Grant: in the amount of $26,646. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner. Bunch authorizing Commissioner Ulsh and Chief Clerk McConahy to endorse the 2021-2022 PCORP Loss Prevention Grant in the amount of $20,000. All in favor, The Commissioners met with Christine McQuade, Director of Children & Youth regarding Needs Based Budget preparation and thej possibility to apply forl legal counsel for parents. Motion by Chairman Ulsh to Re-Enter Executive Session at 12:30 p.m. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to Exit Executive Session at 1:10 p.m. All in favor. No action was taken.
