CITY OF GRAHAM, TEXAS PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Graham Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 26th 2025,at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 608 Elm Street, Graham, Texas, to receive comments regarding a proposed REZONING request from the property owners of 906, 908, and 912 Fourth Street. The City of Graham Planning and Zoning Commission is considering a rezoning action from Office (O) to Apartment (A) of certain real properties with a legal description of CRANE- LOT 1 (914 4th), CRANE- LOT 2 (912 4t), CRANE- LOTS 3-4 (908 4th), CRANE- EAST 50 FT OF LOT 9 (906 4th), and CRANE- WEST 150FT OF LOT 9 and a Physical Address of 505 East Street. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the Public Hearing to express comments regarding the proposed REZONING request from the Property Owners of 906, 908, and 912 Fourth Street.
