Call to Order: Meeting called to order at 3:47 PM MST. District 3 Deanna M. Rocha 2. Roll Call: Done by Naomi Castro Members Present: Carmen Byers, Lucio Glenn, Dr. Karen Herman, District 4 Claudia Ley, Charles Mais, Rodolfo Mariscal, and Laura Valdez. Cynthia Boyar Trejo Members Absent: Patrick Hernandez-Cigaruisia, and Darby Winters. District 5 Ivan Nino Consecutive Absences: Darby Winters Others Present: Claudia Cardoza, Miriam Garcia, Adrian Guzman, Naomi District 6 Castro, and Jesus Quintanilla, and Mayte Gonzalez-Fitzgerald. Art Fierro 3. Public Comment: None at this time. District 7 Lily Limon 4. Approval of Minutes: Claudia Ley called for a motion to approve the minutes from the March 11, 2025 PAC meeting. Dr. Karen Herman made a motion to District 8 approve, and Carmen Byers seconded the motion. All members voted in favor; no Chris Canales one opposed. Motion Passed. 5. Discussion and Action on Final Design for Fire Station 38: Miriam Garcia CITY MANAGER introduced Item #2 and Artist Rene Nevarez. Rene Nevarez presented his Dionne Mack presentation on Final Design for Fire Station 38, Adrian Guzman breifly mentioned that the budget for this project came down to $53,500.00. Rene Nevarez continued with his presentation, he showed a previous project showing how detailed it was and that this is what is expected for this particular project. Rene Nevarez explained how he has been working with fire staff on what they wanted for this project, he gave a detailed presentation ofhis project. A discussion was held with questions and concerns being answered. Lucio Glenn made motion to approve, and Laura Valdez seconded the motion. All members voted in favor; no one opposed. Motion Passed. 6. Adjournment of Meeting: Claudia Ley made motion to adjourn meeting and Dr. Karen Herman seconded the motion. All members voted in favor; no one opposed. Motion Passed. The meeting was adjourned at 4:11 PM MST.
