Consider and discuss amendment to lease agreement with the Falls County Youth Fair Association. 12. Discussion and/or action regarding the City 4th of. July fireworks show. 13. Consider and or approve a release of claim with Oncor Electric Franchise for work performed by Double S Contractors. 14. Discussion and possible action to approve the Business Improvement Grant for Nail Expert and Tanning 132 Live Oak Street in the amount of $2,500, as approved by the Marlin 4B Economic Development Corporation at their May 27, 2025 meeting. 15. Discussion and possible action to approve the Marlin Downtown Business Renovation/Restoration Grant for Stem Insurance Agency 114 Bridge Street in the amount of $10,000, as approved by the Marlin 4B Economic Development Corporation at their May 27, 2025 meeting. 16. Consider and approve an invoice for Core & Main invoices for restock of distribution supplies. 17. Consider and approve Wallace Controls & Electric Inc. invoices for fixing communications at elevated storge tank and raw water pump at the water plant. 18. Discussion and or take action on police staffing procedures for coverage on holidays and weekends. 19. Consider and adopt a resolution to approve a contract with Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott, L.L.P for delinquent utility accounts. 20. Conduct a first reading of aj proposed ordinance amending Chapter 19-Offenses, ofthe Code ofOrdinances oft the City of Marlin, providing for the adoption of City park rules and regulations. 21.
