Consideration and Action to Approve Ordinance 286-24, an Ordinance Amending Chapter 4 Business Regulations, Article 4.07 Mobile Food Vendors, Section 4.07.004 Location Restrictions. ORD 286-24 - PROHIBIT PARKING-MOBILE FOOD UNITS.pdf 0 Warschak stated this is an amendment to the current ordinance. Cummings questioned penalties/fines. LaCourse responded that it reflects back to the original fines as listed in the code. Items from Councilmembers' Cummings - none Daley he googled Bahama Mama Sciba - Happy Thanksgiving Ridlen - Happy Thanksgiving Rankin - Apologized for arriving late Gobert thanked the City for the use oft the glorified pressure washer and Kevin Faichtinger for helping to pressure wash downtown; everyone is encouraged to attend the lighted Christmas parade (Dec 3rd) and Ladies Night Out (Dec 5th). 11. Announcements Warschak wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. Schneider stated she, Warschak, and Jacobs are beginning the process of looking at other healthçare options for employees. 12.
