CALL TO ORDER Chairwoman Green called the meeting of the City of Webster Planning and Zoning Board to order at 6:00p.m. Present were board members: Kristin Green, Garth Thompson and Ginny Browning. We have a quorum. Il. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Chairwoman Green made a motion for approval of the minutes for February 13, 2025, seconded by Board Member Browning. PUBLIC HEARING Chairwoman Green made a motion for approval of Ordinance 2025-19 Annexation Parcel Id TO7-006- Alvarado, Morales, seconded by Board Member Browning. County Planner Jared Oberholtzer apprised the board about Ordinance 2025-19. Vote was as follows: Chairwoman Green-Yes Board Member Thompson-Yes Board Member Browning-Yes Motion passed 3-0 Chairwoman Green made a motion for approval of Ordinance 2025-20 Comp Plan Amendment Parcel Id T07-006-Alvarado, Morales, seconded by Board Member Browning. County Planner Jared Oberholtzer apprised the board about Ordinance 2025-20. Vote was as follows: Chairwoman Green-Yes Board Member Thompson-Yes Board Member Browning-Yes Motion passed 3-0 Chairwoman Green made a motion for approval of Ordinance 2025-21 Rezoning Parcel Id TO7-006- Alvarado, Morales, seconded by Board Member Browning.
